I Absolutely love it hear! The property manager Andrea is phenomenal in every way possible. She take care of every problem inside a unit and also outside of them. She stays on the property past closing time to ensure that everything is up to par, she is very dedicated! I love it here and I recommend this apartment complex to anyone local or anyone looking for a nice living opportunity. She’s always available to help people.🖤

Ve moved around Champaign-Urbana a few times, trying to find home and I found it in Waterview Estates, The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, thenew management is incredibly helpful, maintenance(Kenny) is prompt and efficient. I would certainly recommend this place. Had my career not presented broader opportunities, I would have renewed without question.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely overpriced just to have a bunch of unwanted visitors who live rent free (Bedbugs and cockroaches) management continues to go downhill as the prices go up definitely a joke of an apartment complex. Won’t even give tenants service to fix problems that should be taken care of. Would rather live in a homeless shelter then continue staying at “water view estates” more like lake forest trunna rob you of your money.

Bugs are still everywhere in the buildings. Cockroaches are still in every room. Bedbugs too
