These guys know their stuff. They’ve been managing for me and my clients for over 2 years now. They stay on top of tenants, yet are fair as well, and handle maintenance very quickly. True, if you are someone who doesn’t pay your rent you will have a 1-star experience, as you should...there’s an easy solution to that. If you pay your rent on time, you will have a good experience with RC Management.

I switched to RC management for my Danville Rental properties two years ago and they have been tremendous. They collect rent, maintain properties, turnover units fast for me. and always lease my units promptly. I highly recommend them for any landlord - big or small.

I am a tenant now and all I can say is he is OK. He Doesn’t really work on the homes if it something wrong with it . All he care about is MONEY. It’s getting cold I have 2 little kids and I’m pregnant the wires for my heat is all messed up . I’ve been complaining for 2months now (way before it got cold) and he still haven’t came and did anything. My ceiling was leaking they still haven’t came and fix it, but texting my phone about some money I refuse to pay rent whn my home is literally falling apart! He is a TERRIBLE LANDLORD

The ladies on the office knew that Andrew was going to be living with me and still let me go look at 3 places and waited until I came on to give a deposit and first months rent on the rental I wanted none of the problem where fixed in the house when my boyfriend Andrew Brannin in maintenance orders before he moved in. He gave a 1,500 dollar deposit that was not given back and told that he still owe 575 dollars so I am not able to rent from them due to my boyfriend who will be living with me owes them money the apartmens that we went and looked at were in very bad condition and had bugs. I never rented from them but Andrew did and it was not a good experience

I moved from IN area to Danville in February 2020 Aaron was great he helped us all the way we love our new home and if things need to be fixed they are fixed. The girls in the office are very sweet and will do what they can to help you. Wouldnt ask for a better landlord and he is very good looking and very sweet. #Happyrenter.

We came up from California to buy a house from these guys and it was so easy to do we paid him the money and we got a contract with them I give this company five stars they are professional. They have a no hassle paperwork you fill it out and youre done.

I was trying to leave a very abusive relationship with my 4 yr old son they had knew the whole situation and when I asked to speak to a boss he laughed in my face when I asked him a question for my boss and continued to laugh until I told him that I couldnt believe he was laughing at me. Just extremly unprofessional and disrespectful. A complete lack of human compassion.

Extremely Unprofessional They Definitely Need To Rebrand Because The Kid From Chicago Is Definitely Making Statements About The Business To The Whole Danville Community Warning The General Public Not To Rent From Them I Didn’t Take His Word For It Until I Did A Walk Through On A Building Last Week I Was Extremely Shocked With The Conditions Of The Apt And How They Actually Are Trying To Rent Out An Apt That Is Legally Occupied But They Did In Fact Do A Self Help Eviction Prayers For That Young Man And His Family / 2 YR Old Son The Good Will Prosper And The Evil Will Be Brought To Light Soon

Very unhelpful. New to the city had a Saturday to check it out. The homes all had a musty smell. I know paint smells but I am sure this isnt a place you want your pets or kids to live... Generally, the landlord is responsible for repairing moisture problems and ... Ensure good air environment in your home to prevent condensation on cold. I did not find that that this management rental place. Convenient key pick up

They are something else not ppl you want to deal with in that town they own most of the properties in that town so they get away with doing the minimum to get you in a place just to overcharge you once you leave smh and reading some of these comments all they can say is we don’t see you in the system maybe they saw the bs in the beginning and didn’t want to deal with you guys or maybe the name on their email isn’t the name used for wherever they lease at but anyway it’s sad to me really then y’all say call or stop by don’t you mean text or come by cause the only time we can ever talk to you is through text or for immediate answer coming up there one thing I can say they do give you chances if you have money issues going on but other then that the places aren’t all that unless your in a decent part of the town and they make you pay for things that wasn’t done correctly in the beginning ijs

The management broke into my apt through my window and moved all of my furniture out when I was doing a drywall job in saint Louis I was 13 days late on rent I made 2300 dollars this week I figured I could pay my late fees and be safe when I returned home after picking up my son in Champaign I guess this is why you don’t rent from slum lords lessons learned but lawsuit pending they claimed I abandoned the property lol and people always leave nice furniture behind at least they gave me a pick up date and a lawyer has picked up the case and making them pay the court fees see you guys in court in January I would definitely recommend using another leasing office they remind me of a Subcontractor Aaron was not helpful I would consider him a professional con artist

While staying at 602 Bryan ave in Danville we had A major issue with Rouches I would not recommend leasing from this apartment complex the management Needs helps as do all of there buildings I would definitely just go over to westville stay away from Aaron he’s definitely a con artists who lets anyone move in crack heads and drug abuse go hand and hand with RC Management
