House in Georgetown we rented had bed bugs before we moved in, confirmed by Orkin. Asked them to allow Orkin to treat and they insisted on Rays cause theyre cheaper. I asked for my first months rent and deposit back and they refused so I went to a lawyers office. After they watched me come out of the lawyers office they called me and said they would. Now they wont rent to me, oh well...DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Bought a house from them on contract, and they failed to pay property taxes on the house. We learned from the county that the county was going to take our home because of his negligence to pay his taxes. This company is a scam. Ben Cahill refuses to honor his signed contract, so off to court we now go for the full contract amount, all because he’s a con artist, a liar, and a horrible business.This company operates by ripping people in the community off...do not rent or buy from them at all!You have been warned!
