Unprofessional and the lack of effort and information was not given. I was moving in the area from out of town and not only did it take forever to reach a live person, but I followed through the process of a rental application and mailed it in on a timely manner due to moving. I called and called and called until I got a representative who told me that he didn’t have time to check their office mail and he’ll get back to me. I waited a few days and called back which he forgot and then told me it may take an additional 3-4 weeks to review my application and someone would get back to me which it never happened and they took my fee for the application. I went with another rental realty company, and they were consistent, and the turn around time was two business days. I’ve never heard of any place making a person wait that long nor ignore a follow up in return. I highly don’t recommend this place because is the consistency lack on the Rental Office Personnel, I can only imagine how long they would take if it was a matter on the unit👎🏾UNPROFESSIONAL
