This salon is definitely a hidden gem. I went in for a pedicure and Henry was outstanding. He gives a great message and takes his time. Everyone is so nice and it’s well worth treating yourself. There is never a sense that they just want to rush you out but take their time.

I think its is reasonably priced and they do a good job.

The lady was very harsh with my natural nails with the cutting and filing. I got dip and it was put on so thick and shape is too wide. Will not be going back. At least the color I chose came out nicely.

I love this salon. Li, the owner, is so sweet and does a great job. They recently upgraded their pedicure chairs and some other items and the salon looks great. Pricing is reasonable and the salon is very clean. I am always satisfied with my nails/toenails when I leave. Highly recommended.

The salon had a makeover and looks amazing. Its extremely clean. Everyone is great but I must say Ann is my favorite.

Never been here and was not even 1 minute looking for polish before getting rushed to get to the chair. Whatever. I let it go (until it came time to write about it, obviously, as things started to add up). Cutting and filing of nails was pretty haphazard and kind of careless. Same for the rest of the usual procedures. Pushed cuticles pretty hard to the point where it was excessive and then claimed, oh youre sensitive. Maybe, but Ive gotten many pedicures before and never really ever have that kind of excessive force on cuticles to the point where it hurt and my reflexes were to pull back. Honestly this experience couldve been way better if the person conducting the service actually cared about her craft. She did an ok job with the polish and for the most part it was fine. But Im not keen on the other parts of the experience. I was eager to give it a five-star. So much for gambling on a new place. Seemed like there were more to choose from around the area the next time I visit.

I am very happy with nicoles nails. I usually have Lee do my nails and she is wonderful. I Have some of the other girls done my nails and they were very good too. I like that Lee always tries to squeeze me in even when shes very busy.

Originally, I came to Nicholes Nails a few years ago, and I really liked it back then. The reason I stopped coming was due to the fact that I moved to North Reading. Now, Im back in the area as a returning customer.I really like going to Nicholes Nails because the owner Li is great, and so are the nail technicians!The prices are reasonable and they are very accommodating when it comes to nail designs.Needless to say, Im happy 😊 to return to Nicholes Nails!!!

Rushed us out the door by 7:10, even though hours say until 8. My friends nails didnt have enough time to dry because we were being rushed out so one got ruined seconds later in the parking lot. (We couldnt ask them to fix it because they were gone and out of the lot before us.) Since they were rushing to leave, two different workers had hovered over me for a tip (I prepared my friends payment since she was trying to dry her nails). First and last trip here.2 stars for some initial friendliness, but I will never return.

First time ever to a nail salon. Henry did a great job on my pitiful nails. I got a full set of tips, and Henry made them a perfect length for me. One week later, my nsiy look just as good as when I left the salon. Salon was clean & tools were sterilized after every customer.
