First off I miss the old owners!This new guy think he’s big shot. Had his staff paint my toes first then do the pedicure because he didn’t see a “difference”. Like hello, it’s my toes and I’m paying and tipping for it. He was very unprofessional and rude. This was the outcome. Looks like my 12 yo painted my toes. Highly upset and won’t be returning or recommending any of my friends to go there. Had I know this place had new owners I would have never made an appointment. Big disappointment!Also the chairs are sooooo uncomfortable to sit in! Tuh!

Ive been coming here for a few years. Cassy always takes her time and does a nice job on my nails. Place is a little dated but I dont mind. I normally get a pedicure and gel manicure on my natural nails for about $50 after tax. Definitely recommend. My gel nails will last about 3 weeks..sometimes longer!

Love the dip powder experience... its quick strong, long lasting and they have a beautiful variety of colors.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment for 3:00 today, it’s now 4:05 and I still haven’t been seen. I’m just not gonna go to the appointment because there are other things I have to do today but regardless I wasted an hour here for no reason. I never once even received an apology for the wait….. worst customer service ever.

This place is the best nail salon I’ve been to, in Danbury. They take their time, and truly do a great job. Today I had to wait about 30 minutes, and they gave me a complementary bottle of lotion. Just the extra touch of great customer service.

The manager of this place is rude and do not care about customer service at all !

Literally the most AMAZING nail place in the area and I will forever stand by here and get my acrylics here. They’re fantastic at gel and sns too. Ignore all of the negative comments this place is amazing and most importantly hands down the BEST prices in the area

If i could give no stars i would horrible horrible horrible my sisters gel manicure lasted only 4 days and they did my acrylic set in like 20 mins did not take her time at all and i had to go redo them at another salon. the spa is clean but horrible customer service

They sterilize there equipment and helped me with my two yr old while I got my nails painted I love them there I wouldnt go anywhere else plus I have a nail that always splits the nail tech fixed it so I didnt have to cut it short for free now thats what I call caring about returning customers!

The place is clean and the owners are great. They take appointments but will partially overbook as like all salons they don’t like “downtime”.

I’m a regular at U2 nails only because of the value you get. But make sure to go when you have a few hours to spare because they do not follow the book or respect any scheduled appointments. I will no longer be returning after waiting around for more than an hour today with an appointment while they took walk-ins before me. I waited for so long that I had to leave because there wasn’t enough time to complete the manicure even if they started right then. I told her I had an appointment but now there wasn’t enough time and all that I got in response was an “awww” no apology, no offer. Will not be returning.

Its a great mani/pedi for the price. My mani usually lasts 4-5 days (regular not gel), which is a long time for me. I also sometimes get chair massages and they do an awesome job.

LADIES, MY SISTERS PLEASE NEVER GO TO U2 Nail & Spa IN DANBURY. The nail technician was mad because I asked her to redo my nails because she was a new technician did not know how to paint nails properly because I do my nails first I always end up paying before I do my pedicure apparently she either pocketed the money or the money was lost whatever so theyre basically trying to say I did not pay for a $25 manicure/pedicure, not only was I disrespected and called names but I asked them to check the register which they refused to do because they did not want the argument and I offered to stay while they check the register.I will not tolerate disrespect in my community, I will not tolerate disrespect because I am a minority, I will not tolerate disrespect because I am a woman that is putting money in their business. I will be doing all of my nail services in New York or at NAILS #1.

Got a 1 hour massage and am in more pain now than ever. She was clearly not trained...even with the basics. Kept pressing and rubbing on the same 4 areas over and over and over and over. Had to ask for oil because she wasnt using any and I was getting an Indian burn. Couldnt explain my discomfort or needs because she didnt speak English. Pedicure was ok but I would highly recommend only getting nails done here.

Ive had pedicure and manicure done about 7 days ago. The person who was doing my pedicure did a good job, then I went to have them paint with gel nail polish. Ive been using gel for over 4 years now, at the different places. I dont use regular polish anymore because it wont stay on my nails longer than few days. The polish that they use was OPI, it came off the same day on one of my nails. The next morning, I came back and had it redone. I dont live in danbury. So since Monday I came back to my town. It starting to chip off on other nails too. Some of them completely gone now. It hasnt been even 7 days. Ive never had it happen to me before. At all other places it stays for at least 2 weeks. I pay extra for gel, so I dont have these issues. This salon does not have a good technic or they dont use good quality materials.

I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience, I went with my 11 year old daughter for some extra pampering and we both enjoyed our mani pedis :)

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. I thought U2 was clean because they open all their tools in front of you but I got fungus under several of my nails after getting a pedicure and it took over a year for my nails to grow out to remove all of the fungus. My sister went with me the same day and also got fungus under her nails. I wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone especially when it puts your health at risk!
