Junk King was great. I called a few weeks ahead of when I thought I would need them, and got a reasonable quote. When I called again the day before I needed to have my old furniture removed, I was quoted a different, slightly higher price, but this was adjusted down to match my original quote after I mentioned it.The day of my appointment, I got a call about ten minutes before the team arrived, and their ten-minute estimate of when they would get to me was dead on -- plus they were actually here 15 minutes before my appointment window! (If only I were that punctual...)They were very accommodating of my situation with respect to having very short notice of the exact date I would be able to get the furniture out, and also very understanding and helpful when it turned out that the renovators had thoroughly blocked the furniture I wanted disposed of in behind furniture I wanted to keep. They moved the other stuff carefully and efficiently out of the way, at no extra charge.The team who came to help me out were personable and professional and I was happy to tip them. 10/10 would call them again!

Tom and the team were very professional and treated my home as if it was their own in cleaning out my spare bed room so I could turn it into a home office. They arrived a few minutes early for the apointment and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I had to resechdule a few times and Tom Instantly picked up the phone every time and was super accommodating.

I had lived in my Danbury house for 20-years, with the accumulations of a lifetime (nearly 80-years worth) and, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, had no idea that I could not clear it out, by myself, until it was too late!! The buyers were moving in on Wednesday and this was Monday evening!!The first truck came right over, and the guys began to load stuff. They worked with care and consideration for my needs and my state of mind, and always asked for my instructions. They could see the stress I was under, and were especially kind to me.The job was finished faster than anyone has ever cleared a house and yard. It took five trucks, and 10-men, in all; and by Wednesday morning, a crew came back to pickup the relics of my sorting and packing from the night before.The one thing that was disappointing to me, at the time, is that the website shows all the environmental and socially responsible ways they dispose of your belongings “under normal circumstances;” but, in the end, given the COVID restrictions and my impossibly late notification, and timeframe, those many ways were not feasible - so, most of my stuff was delivered to the city trash and recycling center. Do not wait to find the help you will need - and realize that a move of this magnitude, will have as many emotional, and psychological reckonings as the logistics of just distributing the possessions of your life to their next trustees.Thank You Team Junk-King - you were lifesavers for me.

The guys were great. They came to our home. They removed a sofa and cleaned up electronic and construction debris, and they left. The sofa would not fit oyt the door easily so they saw zalled it. They were fast and efficient. I wish I called them years ago.

Junk King came to pick up some things I was throwing out of my garage. My window was between 10-12 and they showed up at 10:30. They were very friendly, and worked efficiently.
