Great Service ! We had a mix up and never ordered the dumpster for our bath room demolition. I called at 4:30 in the afternoon and Liz was great got us a dumpster delivered the next morning at 7:00AM. Thank you for your great service.

Always responsive and caring people - great company. For instance, when we repaved the driveway, Roseann made sure we understood how long we had to wait before we put the dumpster back since the warm weather was slowing the curing process of the asphalt! She went the extra mile for us and we appreciate her and the company for this thoughtfulness.

My parents recently rented a dumpster from Lostocco to clear their house of unwanted clutter in preparation to put their house on the market. The dumpster was dropped off on Tuesday and the scheduled pick up was for Thursday. Since it was supposed to be icy on Thursday, my parents called to see if the dumpster could be picked up on an earlier day. Unfortunately, the company was unable to. Thursday’s weather was icy as predicted. Lostocco did not come on Thursday nor did they call. The dumpster remained all of Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. On Sunday, my parent’s realtor showed their house to prospective buyers with the giant eyesore of a dumpster in front of their house. On Monday, around noon, I arrived at my parent’s house only to find the dumpster still sitting there. I asked my parents when the dumpster was supposed to be picked up, they replied that they didn’t know. Upset, I called Lostocco’s number. Liz called me back and proceeded to tell me that an employee had sustained injuries when their company tried to pick up another dumpster on Thursday where the driveway had been icy. An unfortunate event, but why were my parents not notified of the delay in pick up of their dumpster? Liz never once apologized for the delay and lack of communication regarding it. Liz’s response to my frustration was, “I told your parents that we would call before we picked up the dumpster”. So the dumpster could have sat in their driveway another week for all they knew. After expressing to Liz that their communication was disappointing and that I would post this review, the dumpster did get picked up quickly. Lostocco, I recommend that you please work with your customer service representatives. An apology goes a long way when you haven’t met your customer’s expectations. Also, if you’re able to, record an automated message to send to your customers when you’re experiencing delays so that your customers aren’t left in the dark.

Great Customer service, fair pricing. They dont add fuel surcharges like other collectors and dont raise rates every month. Always answer the phones and are willing to chat about services and offerings like dumpsters.

The trash/rec pickup is fine however, the back office is a mess. The same week I signed up they called me and said they no longer service my route. Why take me on as a client knowing days later you were cancelling my route? Refunding my money was not easy as it took several calls to resolve. Just go with All American Waste...

Lady who answer the phones couldnt be more rude. I called to cancel my service as they never picked up on time or even the same day each week. Sometimes they wouldnt even come and I would still get charged. I am a single male who puts out one bag of garbage maybe every two weeks. So I called to cancel. I settled up my bill and canceled my service. The rude secretary then call me back saying that she was charging me $35 for canceling, because it was the first day of the new billing cycle. I did not get any garbage picked up within that one day. To me thats unprofessional Business practice and on the borderline of theft. They continue to send me a bill each month for the $35 and I will never pay it as long as Im breathing. You Thieves can keep sending me bills all you want, I just use it as kindling..

Left message for a call back today to make sure we had correct names for Christmas gifts.....and as usual, Roseann did just that - no matter how busy, they always take time to call you back - Love the family run business, the great service, the awesome drivers.....totally deserve Christmas gifts from every customer!!

Poor service rude and unprofessional. They sort through your garbage which is invasive and violating and refuse to replace a can when it gets gross other companies gladly do this. And they make an effort to bill accordingly. We are good customers and will never recommend this company again to anyone including people buying our house. Poor poor poor.

Been using Lostocco for 17 years and never regretted it. Never missed a pickup, rates have only gone up $4 in 17 years, very easy to work with when we have larger items.

Very poor customer service. The worst I have ever encountered. The lady on the phone is just miserable. Apparently it’s now it’s a favor for them to service my refuse removal needs. I’m taking my money elsewhere.
