Ramon is a good guy. He offers a great service at a fair price. He comes when he says he will. And gets out of his truck to chat and makes sure youre happy with his company. He takes pride in his service to others and gives the feeling as if hes personally involved with his customers project.

I have been a client for many years and recently had an issue with an employee that comes to pick up my trash. In addition, my trash has not been picked up for two weeks after paying in advance and upon the employee picking up the payment, I asked him if he would take the trash, his response was, yes but did not follow through. I would like to resolve this issue ASAP! Other companies I am in close contact with have mentioned to me that they are having the same issues.
