My phone screen was so broken I couldn’t even unlock my phone. I decided to give Mobile Rescue a try and so glad I did! The staff was responsive and friendly. My phone was repaired quickly within half an hour. The screen was much better quality then one I had replaced at a different place before, the picture quality is amazing. In addition, they caught a mistake the previous place did which cause my home button to get stuck (a missing screw) and repaired it. Now my phone is like brand new. I highly recommend this store.

Broke my phone screen Saturday while out biking. Called the Brookfield store and was told to come in that Sunday at 11am to get taken care of. Show up at 11am store is not open. End up waiting around till 11:30am for a employee to show up. He ends up not even having the screen in stock so he was kind enough to reach out to the Danbury Mall location. They have it but the price has now gone up $70, magically. I drive to the mall,walk in and explain who I am and how they just got off the phone with the other location. The guy lookes up from his cellphone eyes half closed says he never spoke to anyone.I ask if he could speak to the other employee since someone definitely spoke to the guy in front of me before directing me to the mall.He abruptly cuts me off to tell me that nobody spoke to anyone and that he answers the phone. Im not use to people being genuinely skeevy and rude but this dude knocked it out of the park. Instead of arguing I ask the other employee and he says yes that he spoke to the other location but explained to them that they didnt have the screen in stock...Save yourself the time and disappointment and head some place else.

Not Happy. I was told they could not fix my phone but they can send it to Norwalk Service Center to do microscopic work . I was advised Norwalk has received my phone and they are working on it. I waited patiently for 2 weeks. I then was told they never sent it. We will get back to you next week. I was told they had other phones that had to be fixed first. I guess my phone was not considered important enough. I also was told that man I talked with over the phone probably looked up the wrong ticket #, but I know he didn’t. He knew who I was. He had my full name, my phone #, ticket #, and texts. He knew my whole situation. I was lied too. IDK WHY??. I was willing to pay $250.00 or more if I had to. I should have listened to my gut. He didn’t tell me his name and was pretty rude on the phone. Maybe they did this to me because I am a young hispanic women and they think I can be pushed to the side. Very upsetting.

I was very pleased with the service here. I got my old iPhone 5 repaired at a great price. It was fixed quickly. While I was there I heard another customer say that she was also pleased and would be back because she had kids and knew that theyd break their phones sooner or later.

Overcharged and took a month to fix a charging port for my iPad. I literally spoke to their answering machine more than a real person. Lesson learned..don’t be cheap and just buy the freaking Apple care!!! SMH

If you have a Samsung phone, this is the place to go! I had another company quote $550 to fix my phone. They said it was the motherboard and other internal components that had to be changed out. I took the phone to Mobile Rescue and Shihab diagnosed the issue. Within 30 minutes my phone was ready- just needed a new battery. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

About 3 weeks ago, We went to the Danbury Mall location for help with our daughters rose gold IPhone 6s...Barbara was so nice and helpful!   Long story, short, We needed a whole screen replacement as well as the battery. Took my iPhone X for a screen repair being that it had water damage required a brand new LCD screen which was fine by me. I paid roughly $230 or so and I can tell the new LCD screen is low quality being that it freezes often and the touch sensors don’t work more than 50% of times I have to swipe numerous times until I can unlock my phone it’s soooo annoying. Now I’m gonna have to bite the bullet and buy a new phone upset cuz the $230 could have gone towards new phone. Otherwise gentlemen running store is a nice guy.

I decided to give this place a try when my iphone 6+ screen cracked since the wait for the Apple store is always ridiculous. The technician who was working was very polite and informative. I am very pleased with my new screen and cant tell the difference - its like brand new.

I made a mistake and taken MY 1phone 7 to a Kiosk in Danbury Fair Mall and they not only did not fix it but I can hear something loose inside. I paid $220 on my card. I took the phone to Mobile rescue and within 1 hr they put a new scene on fix the phone and attached the loose screws.They also took the time to write a letter to state what was wrong and that it was not fixed properly at Kiosk. So I not only got the phone fixed cheaper and right but got my money back from kiosk that would not stand by their repair within 1 hr of having it fixed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOBILE RESCUE THEY ARE RELIABLE AND PRICED RIGHT.

Mobile rescue came to my rescue! My phone went through an entire wash load. A Galaxy with no back up set in place. 😣 AT&T repeatedly told us nothing could be done. Cracked screen, black screen and password protected. Mobile rescue recovered it all! Contacts, calendar, notes, photos, and apps! Provide numerous repair services along with buying/selling phones new or used. Bought an iPhone case with 3 pictures I wanted on the back. Expected a cheap tpu case and a sticker but ended up with a nice case with a metal plated back that had the pictures on it. Came out great will definitely be back.

Not consistent - There are times I use Mobile Rescue and the service is amazing, quick and well done. Other times they misquote the time it will take or do not fulfill the order. I ordered a part from them 3 times, and never received a response, and when I called they were apologetic, but were not able to get me the part.I would describe it as mostly good, but inconsistent.

I would rate this disgusting place 0 stars if possible! TERRIBLE service, overpriced items, and limited stock of items as well! None of their items actually work.Not to mention they illegally charged me double the money that the item was supposed to sell for in that store, the seller probably wanted to pocket the rest of the money! Do not go to this overpriced barn because you will regret it or you will keep coming back to complain or repair. It is a trap do not do it!!

The people here are absolutely incredible. I cracked my Ipad screen and I was concerned that they would erase my data, which they didnt. They couldve also charged me an extra 200$ by telling me I needed to replace the LCD, But They Didnt! This place is amazing, they are honest, professional and fixed my Ipad FAST! Very helpful after several stores were not. My phone had a minor problem ( headphones broke inside of phone) and it was fixed. The Apple Store, Verizon store and Best Buy Geek squad could not help but thankfully the crew here was able to fix my phone and saved me from buying a new phone!

Wasnt sure if the damage could be repaired, but these guys really came through and saved my butt. I cant recommend this place enough! I brought in a broken iPad that for some crazy reason I thought I could fix myself. Not only did they fix it super quickly, Gabe let me watch and answered all of my million questions. Some of the parts I brought with me were for a different model and he replaced them at no extra charge. No one does that! I will definitely be bringing Mobile Rescue all of my business from now on.

My IPad was not working properly, went to the Apple store, which they quickly tried to sell me a new one, without even looking at mine. Then, went to Mobile Rescue on Federal Rd, they said it was my LCD, which would cost $119.00. I agreed for them to fix it. They called me after opening my IPad, to tell me it was a loose connection and the cost would be $29.00. I am extremely impressed with their expertise and their honesty. I would highly recommend this place for any kind of repair on electronics!
