My son and I are trying to build our 1st computer together and couldnt get the fan over the processer to fit correctly. Brought the motherboard here and they were able to get it on perfect! Great place. Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal service! Staff is so polite and willing to help with any problem, big and small. They work fast, yet incredibly well. They managed to fix my hard drive with in a week. I was having some issues with a custom built pc that I recently had put together. I was able to drop off my desktop quickly to them and got it back only a couple days later after repairs. I highly recommend The PC Guys for custom build pc support. If you dont have a lot of experience with building PCs, do yourself a favor and save some headache by taking it to them for assembly. They will get it done right the first time, minus all the headache and frustration that comes with building a pc for the first time.

These guys I 100% recommend. I had a custom build with a whole bunch of problems, and they fixed it for a very fair price in 2 weeks. They were professional about it, and I would never go to another place.

Had a great experience! After having two separate computer repair places look at my laptop and not fix the problem, I decided to try the PC Guys as a last attempt. The day after i dropped off my laptop they called to tell me the keyboard needed replacing, and also suggested upgrading the hard drive-- with no extra labor fee as well! Steve was extremely knowledgeable and also patient in thoroughly explaining my options to me, and why the laptop was worth repairing. I got my laptop back about a week later and am so happy he encouraged me to upgrade the hard drive. My computer runs even better than when I first got it! I am a writer and just want my stuff to work!!I met Steve about 6 years ago when my computer had crashed and years of work including a movie script vanished!!Not only did he fix it, but he put together a system to retrieve the lost movie script!!Now I’m working on a book and just as I’m about at completion, my computer is not cooperating. I was freaking out a little, but Steve calmly downloaded all my work into a new computer.. meanwhile staying cool and relaxed as he guided me through the new system.Everyone in that office is smart and friendly and treats you like you are their only customer... let’s face it ... it can be a love/hate relationship with your computer.. The PC Guys did work for my family. My parents arent very computer savvy and they were having some issues with their computer that they simply couldnt figure out. They reached out to the PC Guys and Kyle went over to take a look. After realizing it wasnt a major repair he charged them an incredibly fair price. Its hard to find trustworthy people to do work these days, most are out to take you to the bank, but these guys have built their business on trust and that is huge. These guys are like finding an honest car mechanic, except for your computer. I highly recommend them. Now that they have a store, you can literally drop your PC off and go about your business without having to wait around. Thumbs up.

I had a nasty ransom-ware on my work computer, and the guys were very helpful in instructing me on my options and methods for prevention. They reset my PC, and gave advise for future security practices. They were very thorough and professional. A pleasure working with them (despite the unfortunate circumstances). It was a challenge to find any computer support group to assist with the transition of email/files from a Mac to MS machine. The PC guys were great. They were able to transition it all and for a reasonable price.Great technical support and with people skills!!

I usually like doing things for myself, but when I recently purchased a LenovoT430 laptop, I was dealing with a new computer and a new operating system, so I decided to go to the professionals to setit up properly. The PC guys did an incredible job. :Replaced my obsolete programs, transferred all data from my other latop, put in a super fast hard drive, and tuned up the laptop so it runs like an Aston Martin. They were so accommodating, answering all my amateur questions politely and with great thoroughness. Im so happy I discovered these guys. You have a computer? You should discover them too. JA

I have used these guys for a year to handle hardware upgrades and complex configuration issues on my desktop machine, which is a very unusual multi-monitor setup. I work from home and this machine has to be available without fail.While Im an IT professional, sometimes the minutiae of keeping exotic hardware running is beyond my abilities, but nothing has fazed them. Theyve done everything I asked of them at fair rates and everything has been ready when they said they would be. They even made a house call for a particularly complex issue and arrived on time and fixed multiple problems within an hour.

The PC Guys have been our techs for over 4 years, and we have nothing but good things to say about them. From the beginning they have been very professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
