The worst.... brought my computer in, it would shut off and then come on again. it also had pop ups all the time.they said it had been infected with a common virus. they could take care of it no problem. if i signed a contract they would fix the problem and they would cover any problems for a year.they made it worse. it wold play a video but had no sound, it just needed to have a driver downloaded. they made everything worse not only did they not download a driver for the sound on the video, something i could have done but the deleted the program to play the video ..they deleted all my info and couldnt recover all of it. each time i went to pic it up it was worse and each time i had to bring it back. after three or four tries [might have been even more, one or two times i had them try it when i was still there and it didnt work so i just left it there. l finally told them to cancel my contract and give me my money back.there response was ...//well you can cancel your contract but you will have to pay for all the work that was done!what work all they did was make it worse and the pop ups even seemed to be worse ...never againi will be taking them to court to recover the cost of the contract and for my time and and travel expenses. i tried to post this with no stars, it wouldnt let me, that is way there is one star.
Agents are well-qualified to answer my questions and resolve my concerns with patience and respect. An employee at the near-by counter commented to me after my appointment that she chose to work at Best Buy because of the wonderful climate created by the Geek Squad agents. Thank you!
They replaced the battery in my iPhone 6. After the repairs the screen was loose. Nothing could be done about that. Ridiculous. I bought a toolkit for the iPhone and fixed it myself in 10 minutes. Also the battery is not recognized anymore. As an official Apple reseller i would think that things like this would be checked after replacing the battery. Will not go there anymore.
I went to geek squad after I bought a iPad online from them. I wanted them to set it up. I go to the line which I was the only one there and the guy told me I need a appointment if I wanted to see them. When did this happen ? I am a silver card holder. I really don’t like nasty people. I had to walk away not having my iPad checked. These people who work there need to learn how to work with the public.
Took my computer in and they did not do the repair I needed. Got refund of payment.
If I could give negative stars I would. Called specifically for a problem, told to come on down to fix. Got there, waited 15 min for someone to come out and go oh, we dont do that. Awesome. Hate them.

I did not use the GeekSquad. I DID pay for the monthly service to cover damage on our new Iphone 6s (I bought 2). We paid $8.00/mo for each. My fault for not reading the fine print. But we have a broken screen and even though I have paid every month, it will still cost $149 to repair it. I can go to the Apple Store and replace it for less. Sooooo for $256 - I get nothing of value and I will go to Apple to have my screen replaced.
Said they couldnt fix my Lenovo Yoga, tried to sell an new laptop. Brought it to local shop and it only had a loose cable. AVOID
