Amazing place to get cases and phone replacement for broken front and back. A very professional setting. Clean. They wear their masks and I saw no dust or dirt on any of their white counters. screen repairs take 10 to 30 minutes and it’s good as new.👍🏽

Avoid these people like the plague. They will ruin your phone.My s9 screen was broken. Take it in, tech says 30 minutes. I call a few hours later- they broke the charging port for the phone but likely wont get a replacement in time before closing (I brought this in at 3 pm on a Thursday). Come in next day, they rudely tell me that theyll call me. They never do, I have to follow up with them to confirm that they finished it. I picked the phone up and it doesnt receive reception. They gave me a reimbursement of the labor ($80) but refuse to give a full refund. They offered to fix the problem, but I dont trust them operating a pencil let alone my phone at this point.I take it over to Mobile rescue to fix their screw-up. Turns out they installed the incorrect component because the wires are different lengths and colors. I wont get into details about mobile rescue, but its been 2 weeks and my phone still doesnt operate correctly.

The service here is unbelievable. My phone was destroyed and they fixed it up brand new in less than 15 minutes. The staff is educated and they did an amazing job. They also put a screen protector on my phone for no extra cost. I would recommend The Fix to anyone.

The guy fixed something that only took two minutes and no parts. I would have been happy to pay $$$, but he wouldnt take my money. I HAVE been in there several times, so dont go looking for freebies, but an honest fair service center. He saved my bacon!

WONDERFUL!!!! Gave me a few options to get my info off an old phone, The most expensive was 100.00. Then the gentleman said let me try something...Switched a few things around behind the cover near the battery and PRESTO all my info from old phone to new just like that...Mind you my old phone was DEAD!!!.Thanks Again!!! DO NOT HAVE SCREEN REPLACED FOR IPHONE HERE. Spend the extra $20-$30 and go to Apple. The Fix only offers a 90 day warranty on screen replacement, even if its an issue with their hardware, spoke with the manager who looked for reasons not to replace the screen. Lesson learned, spend the extra money.In response to the owner, I came into your store with receipt in hand, all your employee/owner could say was 90 day warranty...Thats fine, you wont respond for your product beyond that time frame, Even though Apple confirmed your hardware froze my phone. My main point is for everyone else,....Just spend the extra $40 and go to Apple, they will replace with genuine parts which will allow the phone to work properly for a longer period of time. I refuse to go back to the fix and will let others know.

This guy is great: I asked him about a chraging port on my Galaxy s8, which another phone repairer said would take a $120 procedure to fix. He looks at it for half a second, grabs a tool, and starts working out the dust that had settled into the port over the months I had had it. It turns out (like I expected) that I had damaged the port slightly and a repair might actually be needed, but he refused to be paid for the 5 minutes he has spent testing and cleaning up my phone. The charging port doesnt work perfectly, but it DOES work a lot better now thanks to this guys pro-bono work. Stand up dude, give him a call for any phone related fixes you might need.

I feel like this store ripped me off big time. I could not turn my phone on. I left the phone with the store owner. In less than 60 seconds, I got a call on my husbands phone saying that my phone was fixed. I went right back to pick it up. The guy said it would cost $50. I thought he was joking. He wasnt. He ended up taking $40. I will never, ever go back there again. The store is a rip off.

If I could give them lower than 1 star I would. I will never go back here ever and I wish I never went here in the first place. First they asked me for phone password which I thought was weird since no other screen fix it asked for the password.The first time they fixed there was glue bubbles on the bottom of the screen. If you compared the brightness to any other fixed phone or original Apple screen the brightness is definilty duller, and the screen is rough and lifting on the sides. I also had to wait 3 hours for my screen to be fixed I realize stores are busy but 3 hours is unexceptable. I am extreamly upset and unsatisfied that I payed $130 for all this. I do not recommend this place at all. Since this place is in the danbury fair mall I recommend going to zagg across from Apple it’s cheaper, faster and the workers are very helpful and respectful.

Rips you off avoid this shop tried charging me 120 for fixing a SIM card slot that was not broken just needed the right sim tray which in total was $13 at Apple.
