I was driving home from work the day after we had a rainstorm that made my suv dirty from mud. I saw this carwash and decided to take my Highlander to get a detailed. Best move i have made when it come to the look of my vehicle. They did a complete detail that left my suv looking like it came out freshly painted off the assembly line. Freddy, and Marco are awesome and very professional and you can tell they been doing this for years. Once the vehicle was done the owner himself came out to thank me for doing business with them. Highly recommend them for any car wash service.

Asked for the deluxe package that included wiping down the interior. Was handed the car back without the interior wiped down. Was told by the “‘manager” it’s an extra $18. I informed them I wanted the deluxe including the interior when I first pulled in.After some issues we got it resolved. They went above and beyond to make the situation right and gave me an extra service. What could have been bad turned into a good situation

I never give a review but I had to for this place what can I say, I just purchased a used car and brought it in for a shampoo and disinfectant service. They did an amazing job and I didnt have much confident that they would do a good job. But i was pleasantly surprise also because it was a cold day but I think they did it indoors. They also do boat detailing and I will bring my boat in for a detail in the spring.

VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!They left the doors open in my vehicle for over 4 1/2 hours and drained the battery, leaving me stranded at the shop. If you dont have the money to pay this establishment, then a mechanic, I would not advise you to visit Pro Wash Auto Spa.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I called Fredy, the manager, and he was UNWILLING to work with me after damaging my battery. You should know that Fredy does not care about the well-being of his customers, nor does he care about providing great customer service.When I called, he hung up on me because he was not willing to rectify the situation.

This is hands down the best carwash and detail place around. Every time I get my car washed it appears as if it had a multi hour detail ! The staff is excellent and the owner is very friendly and always in a good mood. This is the only place I trust with my car in Danbury. I highly recommend you give them a chance, you won’t be disappointed !

Great experience here at pro wash on padanaram rd Danbury. I recently made to switch to this location because I heard the new manager Freddy was incredible. I will be a life long customer! Spotless, immaculately clean inside and out!

I was the first person in line and felt like my car was rushed. There was water dripping on multiple places and the mats must have been vacuumed very quickly. My car is relatively clean and it was obvious that someone rushed through the work.

Terrible customer service. Everyone’s got an attitude. The woman answering the phones gave me wrong information and when I tried to explain to the owner why I was upset for wasting my time going there, he shrugged it off. All it takes is a “sorry for the inconvenience” but this guy just wanted to argue. Very disappointing experience, and hope to save you all the struggle.
