I got a oil change at this location and was very impressed. The manager of the oil change ed was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I liked the fact that he walked me through and showed me everything he was checking on my vehicle and what needed to be done. I actually feel like the old place I used to go to ripped me off which is upsetting. Fleet Express Oil Change has gained a loyal costumer and I will definitely be returning for future services.

Idea of cleaning the windshield was told to use the windshield wipers. They dry your car with a dirty rag. The car came out with dirt i had to wipe it down again. The rims brake dust all over them I had to clean them by hand. This is not the first time I brought in 5 cars in the last 2 days which all have the monthly plans. Or should I say used to I plan on canceling them tonight. This morning I brought in a brand new car 2 months old came out with spits all over the chrome and rims. I do not have a monthly plan on this one I paid $15 for just the outside I should have went to sparkles on main Street and paid the $15 there which includes interior as well. I plan on switching all my cars to the other carwash first thing in the am. Yes longer wait but I have to protect my investment as well. My recommendation to the owner hire staff that care and maybe you will get more business. Recommendation to other consumers stay away. Not worth the $$$

Like every 5k miles on my truck I stop by to get an oil change. Yesterday (07/23/21) I went for an oil change. However the worker there saw me pulling in my Truck (F350) and said ‘we can’t do your truck because it’s to high. I told him here’s where I come all the time. I told him that he has done it in the past. He said”don’t you understand what I’m sayinh; I’m the manager and we don’t those trucks” I’m like whatever it was ok service until now. One less vehicle to service more break for those ‘manager/worker”

In+out in a few minutes. Got the basic $10 wash.My car was very dirty with pollen + dirt. Cleaned everything except the hard to remove bugs on front grill. Will go again.

Its great place for car wash

I am a member of the monthly subscription club which is convenient and reasonably priced. It is a good car wash but it is just like most automatic car washes I would not recommend them if you are perfectionist about your car. I personally only take my daily driver here.

Has always been a good experience, dont like the new tire spray shine . But the guys there do a great job !!!

If I could I would give it 0 stars not only did they break the inside of my car windows mirror, but also insulted my father and me which by the way I’m only 15! They told us they would have it fixed today as we brought it in yesterday, but yet when we came in today it was still broken. When asked to get it fixed they told us to come tomorrow, which we could not afford to do as that is the only means of transportation. This should not have even happened in the first place, very unprofessional business.Edit: we called the police, the manager told us to come back another day we couldn’t, your workers pushed my dad. Thanks though.

Popped in on a Friday afternoon and was in and out in minutes. Great affable guys, good Mobile 1 oils and parts. Will return and recommend you do too.

Only discovered that when I pulled into the bay that it was not touchless. I prefer to use car washes that either do it by hand or do it touchless.

Great experience. Had my car detailed on the inside. They really took their time to ensure all the nooks and crannies were cleaned. I would definitely recommend going in. Enjoy!

I’ve been coming here loyal for 3 years, despite them being overly expensive. I haven’t had money to get a car wash so I went to get a free vacuum. It says free all over the machine. But I guess recently they wrote a sign” must get car wash first to get vacuum”so now I’ll go some where else to use a vacuum.

Expensive. Interior cleaning is extra. Not the best value but my son likes riding through the car wash with all the lights and sound. He is a child with autism and we actually used this place to desensitize him from rain storms and bright lights, so that made the extra cost alone worth it.

Nice and convenient but the back of my car never gets properly cleaned and Im not sure the undercarriage washes properly. Every other car wash, I can hear the water hitting under my car but never here. They assure me it does but not certain about it.

I brought my car in for an exterior detailing due to scratches on the car and my car looked brand new when they were done with it! Great service & quality. Highly recommend!

Expensive place. The pricing are confusing, the attendant helped me choose the car wash package, but failed to mention the seats where not part of the deal. I paid almost 40 to then be told they do not clean the seats for that price, not even wiped them down. I have never paid this much to get my car cleaned and not have the interior cleaned properly. Never again.

Would give it 5 stars but the undercarriage wash, as they call it, is done by spraying water manually from the sides, not a helpful way to get rid of the salt from the roads in winter.

Competitively priced. Nice staff. But they must pay attention to the dipstick markers. Check the owners manual if necessary. They over filled the oil & did not confirm the oil filter gasket was replaced. Both will cause serious engine damage.

Needed an oil change but the guy wouldnt sell me standard oil. He insisted my car only used full synthetic. Told me SAE means synthetic. Go ahead and google that one. Buyer beware.

My wife and I had an unpleasant experience with Fleet Carwash. Originally her credit card had been mistakenly charged for several months for services not rendered. After speaking with the owner Dan, he apologized for the misunderstanding and assured us that the charges would be refunded. Today my wife was notified by her credit card company that the charges had indeed been credited back to her account. I want to thank Dan for being fair and a real stand-up guy when it comes to honesty and doing the right thing. This is the kind of business people should be willing to do business with, when righting a wrong is one of their policies.And we will continue to do business with them.

Very good wash. I drive 25 minutes past my home town car wash to get this service. I have never been disappointed.

I am updating a previous post I wrote about my car getting scratched during the car wash.UPDATE:I came back to this car wash and brought it to their attention and we realized I scratched my car from scratching the ice off on the previous day! The manager was so nice and buffed my car for free even though they did not cause the scratches. I am extremely pleased and will continue to wash my caR here!

Been to other places for an oil change, and they give you an oil change--and thats all. Platinum Car Wash & oil has been my go-to place lately. Why? I bought a synthetic oil change for $59.95 for my wifes truck, and received a rebate form from Mobil good for $9-$15 at the service desk. Then, I got 2 car wash coupons, worth $20.00 apiece. Not one, TWO! Amazing. Professional. State of the art. 3 men dried my truck, one also treated my tires. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK 20 MINUTES, INCLUDING THE WASH. Really!!?? Goodbye to any other quick oil change places that give you nothing and charge a fortune for their services. A very pleasant surprise these days! Try them, you will be very happy in no time. Ive been to many oil change places but my experience today at Fleet Express Wash stands out. I was greeted quickly by the manager, Michael, who explained my options with my oil change. He was professional and did not aggressively try and upsell me. Within 10 minutes, my oil was changed at a reasonable price and I was on my way. Cant say enough good things about my service there today. Kudos Michael!

Convenient location. Semi-automated wash gets the truck clean. Unlimited subscription is reasonably priced and keeps my truck looking good year round. Some of the staff are more diligent than others, but generally a good group.

I have a fleet contract and every time I get my car washed theyre great but I didnt know that the free vacuums were available to every non-paying customer in town! I cant EVER get to the vacuums and every car holding customers up is unwashed and leaves without doing so. I think that its bulls#!♧ that no monitors the vacuums to stop these people from abusing what paying customers actually pay for.Ps- thank you for your timely response but it was not busy this afternoon.

I was referred to this place by a friend at work. First impression of the place was very nice and clean facility. But when my car was all finished not once, but TWICE I went back and I felt like their service was not what I expected. I thought, giving one more try may change my mind. My car is brand new and already scratches after coming out of the wash. I arrived home literally in tears and I paid $26.99 for such a shitty job! Theres still dirt inside the car and my rubber mats are still dirty! After paying close to $30 youd think the job will be spotless! Theres the clue...SPOTLESS! Its cold out and of course I dont have the proper equipment to clean my car. So I go to one that of course a friend tells me thats best in town. Well, I have never in my life been so disappointed!!!

These guys are fantastic. first time there they really take care of you, flexible price, in and out quick. knowledgeable staff, plus you get a free awesome car wash with an oil change. car wash is awesome only place i take a brand new car besides my driveway to get clean.the guys that were there before (some other franchise) are out - no one is there totally new better business. its a true sense of the word mom and pop oil change. these guys genuinely want to see you come back so they take care of you! - Highly recommended.

Great work. Not expensive. They actually took time with my car, which was very dirty and dusty due to the work I do. I was quite impressed.

We have been going to this car wash for about 6 months now and Up until today it has been great. I don’t recommend anyone using them! We just went today and the water wasn’t working and the water pressure was terrible and they just kept sending cars through even though they were fully aware that there was an issue. And by that result our right side passenger panel on our car got all scratched so my husband called to cancel our membership and he told the gentleman on the phone what happened and all the guy did was say sorry didn’t even bother for us to go over to show them or offer us anything in return.

First off very friendly employees. I didnt even have to get out of my car it was a 5 minute transaction from start to finish. Definitely recommend this car wash to anyone who might want a fantastic car wash in a time restricted period. Thanks platinum for the speed I was able to finish my lunch happily with time to Spare.

Good place to get a solid car wash. One of the only places in the area that does hand towel drying after and tire shine for under 20 dollars. Always very fast too, never waiting to get in and out.

After to wait about 5 minutes (no one was in the place). The manager came and asked me to relax if I wanted a oil change. He acted like I was begging for something. I left. After 2 years washing my personal and company card, Ill never go back there.

I dont understand how businesses with such poor customer service and disrespect to the customer are still running.Went there today, and had a terrible experience that was mainly due to the owners attitude.I made the wrong selection on the machine outside by only selecting exterior cleaning. When I asked if I can change it to include interior cleaning, I was told no... so I walked inside to pay for interior cleaning separately, and the gentlemen tells me it will be free today! So of course I was satisfied.Then the owner runs in, calls me as I was leaving out the door, and says I have to pay. He blames me for making a mistake, and gets very disrespectful. 😠 has the owner, so he makes the decisions.I paid for the cleaning (which I shouldnt have), then I walked out of there thinking to myself what the hell just happened!Never going there again although its right by my house.

Ran in for a quick oil change near 5pm. They had me in and out in no time, and they still took the time to check everything else in the engine area (and let me know that I could replace my air filter now or soon). Extremely helpful and professional.

My friend recommended this place becuase she had a great experience. I happened to be in the area and stopped by today. They did an amazing job. The staff were helpful and very nice!

Paid about $59 for outside and interior to be cleaned. Car was done in 5 minutes and was still dirty. Minimal vacuum..coffee stain on console and everything. Sears not wiped down etc. keep in mind my car usually is pretty clean so it wasnt a big task. When I mentioned it and explained unacceptable the guy said he had 3 more cars behind me!!! The 2 cars in front of me complained as well so I was stunned. Never again. I had heard bad things but was willing to give them a try anyway. Awful. One star to many.

Non sense system, I specifically told the guy I did not have much time, and he sold me a service that 5 min later they were too busy to provide, only two guys running around and too many cars to wash. When I asked the attendant what happened, he yelled while running to the other end of the place, su puso busy ( we got busy) and kept going.I did not like the service, $36 for that ?

Fleet Express Wash in Danbury is the best! My dog had an accident in my new truck. I was mortified. I came at 4pm on a Friday, describing my dilemma. Their detail guy goes home at 5pm, I couldnt get there until 510pm. They held their detailer until I arrived. They cleaned the interior and were so kind. I am so grateful to this wonderful group of men! Best customer service bar none!

Best place ever, better than Waterbury one, went for oil change and they check everything and at the end got a 2 free carwash, so when I went for the wash the crew was very attentive and my car got spotless, thanks... You will see me at my next oil change. Thinking to buy a monthly wash!!!

I am a frequent user of the services at Platinum Car Wash & Oil in Danbury. I use the Oil services for all 3 of my cars and I utilize the anytime car wash for 2 of them, averaging 2 washes/week for each car. Without exception I am extremely pleased with all of the services and I consider the car wash program to be an excellent value.

Dont go anytime after 5pm if you want the inside cleaned. Apparently they stop cleaning the insides of cars after 5, but nobody told the guy selling service when you first pull that fact. After I paid $25 they told me they dont do the cleaning after 5, but they would take care of me (like they were doing me a favor). The job they did reflected their unhappiness of having to continue to work. Windows smeared, console still dusty. A scrappy job for the price I paid.

I have been going to this place for over a year now. The owner is such a good dude, they take their time and do a really great job without gauging the prices. I get my oil changed here as well and they always do a great job. Staff is friendly and professional. Twice now they have made an exception and gave me a wax even though i only paid for the interior express detail. Customer service is their top priority. They even take care of little things like scraping off old stickers for me when they do my windows. They have earned my business and then some. Great job guys keep up the great work-slowhite

I have been continuously charged weather I did car wash or not. The man talked to me into getting the monthly wash never mentioned I would be charged continuously.

The wash was average, the No speakum english attendant, will deter me & others from going there again !

Brought my car in for a simple oil change. The manager tried to upsell me on an engine flush in a long-winded, rambling explanation on how my engine was going to seize if I didnt do it because of the sludge. (see other posts for this pattern of behavior.) I expect this at quick-lube places, but I had to interrupt his rant to decline and told him thanks, Id have my mechanic check it out, but no thanks. This is when he got really rude with me, telling me he had to tell me this because hes on camera and this was going in my file. When my wife overhead that we used synthetic oil, she interrupted and said that she always uses conventional, and the manager got really rude with both of us. Not only did he belittle me in front of my her (what kind of man does that?), but he raised his voice at my pregnant wife who is battling depression and anxiety, and an argument over motor oil is the last thing she needs. The other guy didnt speak a word of English and I couldnt understand anything he was saying. Put it in my file pal...I will never, ever return to this place. I will also be contacting the BBB and the owner of this establishment to let them know about my experience.

Always a great and reliable place for an oil change. However, used to be able to go in there and just get an oil change. Now with the changes there, every time I take a car they try to sell me more and more services, which are sometimes unnecessary. Guy there talked me into an engine oil flush on my car with less than 70k miles, few weeks later spark plugs misfired and cost me hundreds in repair costs. Shop said the flush most likely messed with the plugs...Again, great place for a simple oil change with the free car wash, but dissapointed in the constant upsell and a simple oil change ended up costing me over $500!

Ive been taking my jeep and yukon here for a few years now. Good prices, fast service... tire rotation, oil change, differential fluid change, all in about 30 minutes. Prices on par with other service locations in the area, but here you just walk in and youre taken care of.

This place has everything that you would need for a car wash, moreover, the owner and the staffs care about your car more than you do....... I have had great experience with Fleet Express Car Wash and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I came to this car wash right when they were closing. The manager was nice enough to let my car in.The employees took their time to dry and clean my car really well, and it look like brand new.I will always go back there.

Over all my experience with the manager was horrible, the service was adequate but very expensive for what I received. The car came out ok and will now go to Splash for the correct service and Ill pay the $200 to them to do the car properly.Read below for a recap of my experience...Brought my car here, pointed out problem areas in my car and asked the manager what it would cost to clean the car properly. $160... ok, 1 1/2 - 2 hours, ok. (Just want to know a price before ae begin, not interested in surprises).Came back and the problem areas were still a problem. Spoke to the manager, he agreed to touch them up ok. After the touch up the areas were better but for $40 more I could have went to Splash in Brewster and got a full detail (inside and out) for $200 and I wouldnt have had any issues. After trying to tell the manager to maybe to call over to Splash and ask them about their prices and services; he then said a full detail with carpet shampoo was over $400. WOW, EXPENSIVE!!! He then started yelling at me and walked away from me. So I went inside to ask for the owners information which he refused to give but instead badgered me in front of another customer. Then asked me what MY problem is... you are the problem, you dont let people finish a sentence or get a word in edge wise. Then the manager told me if I didnt leave, he was going to call the cops and report me for trespassing... now thats not the way I would want my clients to be treated by my manager.

Ive been using Platinum Car Wash an Oil change for 6-7 years now, each time I do Im happy I did, the service is great at the oil change department, the people working there are happy to give you great service at a great price, the car wash does a great job, I have tried other car washes in the area but always was disappointed with the out come and some of the outrageous prices they charge for a rotten job. At Platinum I receive a fantastic job at a great price.

In addition to my poor car wash experience, they didnt even wipe the excess water off my car & windows. The worker just waived me on to leave. If youre looking to get your car cleaned & vacuumed, dont go to Platinum. There are other places cheaper with full service!

They pre spray the car to make sure the salt buildup is washed off. And I like that they put a protective bag on the rear windshield wiper.

Ive been getting our trucks washed here since they opened (GMC Yukon, Jeep Wrangler). Ive tried others in the area, but keep coming back here because of the quality. Price is about the same as others.

Ok basic wash. My car was not very dirty, just left outside for a week parked and while it is clean, it could be cleaner.

Tried it once. Guy tried to sell me a more expensive wash or package of washes, which isnt what I wanted. I went thru with the wash I wanted, but after the 10 second towel dry, some spots were dirtier than they had been.

Got an email for 20% off bumper to bumper and couldnt pass up the savings for my daughters car. Dropped it off dirty picked it up spectacular! They forgot to put the cup holder things back in so I went back to pick up. Manager was so nice. Gave me a free car wash for my car while I was there and one for my daughter for the trouble. I had just gotten new tires and they were dirty and now they are shiny and look awesome! Thank you Platinum. Thinking about signing up for the monthly car wash since I seem to be in Danbury so much. Only wish they used the window cleaner Torrington uses...it smells good :).

Wanted a synthetic blend oil change. Most places offer a cheaper price for a blend over a full synthetic oil. They wanted to charge me full synthetic price for a blend. Might as well get the full synthetic I am paying for it. Disappointed in that kind of practice. Charging the same price for less.

Horrible cleaning, came for the first time, guy offered me a cleanong for 50$ after discount, took it bc all the snow etc, had a lot of dirt, when i come out car is all dirty, they didnteven clean the door sides, the guy was argueing saying wasnt his job to stick his fingers on the sides. manager came and gave an extra wash and apologized so explains the one star. only came her as new to the area but never coming back.

The automated payment system is confusing. I paid $19 for what I thought was a full car wash, only to find out at the end that it didnt include the interior. That was an extra $11.$30 for a car wash? Really? And they didnt even vacuum underneath my kids booster seats.Expensive. Poor quality. No way I go back.

The WORST car wash ever. First, they did not honor my groupon because of invalid bar code read: scam. Was told I had to come back when manager was back on duty. Its saturday afternoon and there is no manager??? Had my car cleaned anyway paid $20 drove home and was as if car was never cleaned. Dirt visible on car plus all the water droplets from not wiping it down. And oh btw i guess i was expecting to have my car vacuumed as part of the service but this was apparantly not included. I am typically not that particular but feel that this is a complete rip-off. Stay away from this carwash place.

Ive been going to Platnium car wash and oil change for six or more months. I enjoy the quick oil changes and the mechanics checking my filters an informing me when they need changing. The car wash cleans my car perfectly and the free vacuums are a big bounus. I rencently got an oil change and was please with the service and the car wash.
