Great costumer service. My car came out very clean. I left some dollars under my seat to see what happens and they left them on my seat. Gladly left those bills as extra tip!

I took my car to get a full car wash and the inside was still dirty. The inside of the glass and out was not clean. I had to complain about the service and the man came out to just wiped out the car. Never again 😒

I was at glitz some days back, but they try to steal my car mat. I had to ask the person handing over who got the car mar after some search. it was a horrible experience. I paid the most expensive deal. There is also someone there who don’t even work at the place but is allowed on the property trying to ask money to clean your window. When I refused, the actual person who was cleaning inside the car, apparently is the friend of the person asking for additional money to clean the windows did not clean the leather part at all. Worst some chemical color blue was splashed on my front bumper that was used to clean something else. Don’t go there.. you will regret a lot.. even if you go watch carefully, they will look for opportunities to steal your stuffs. The person taking the payment also seem to know the unknown man looking for additional money but does not care at all. I tried to email them will all proof of pictures but their email address does not work. Also they don’t respond on their Facebook page. Don’t go at glitz. You will regret a lot.

Have gone here for years and always had great results. Unfortunately, lately my car is not coming out clean. Even my windshield still has bug remains after a wash. Also, the water they use smells really bad and my car smells just like the water after a wash. Sad to say Im not going back.

Spent $19 and change on a car wash here today and was very disappointed. Had good luck change in my back seat (its a new car) stolen or vacuumed up after asking for them to not to vacuum there. Was supposed to wipe down windows and interior and smudges, finger prints remained on three separate areas. Additionally staff inside were not wearing masks and one of the attendants was coughing frequently. My gfs car was left with windows being smudged on interior and exterior as well, we definitely will not be returning

Quality has really gone down. Last 2 times my parents have went they don’t even vacuum the interior :(

These guys did an exceptional job detailing the inside of my car. No dog hair or smell could be found. Great attention to details. The price was good too. One minor complaint that I had to wipe out excess of polishing oil. Other than that, great and friendly service!

I heard good things and work during the day and need to come in the evening so, I decided to drive from two towns over to get a car wash, detail and wax before winter. I checked the hours on the google business page and it said open until 6pm, apparently they’ve changed that because when I got there at 4:50pm they were shutting down. No one spoke English to tell me what was going on they just waved their hands which I thought meant come in...none the less I got stuck between barrels and had to come to the conclusion that they were closing when lights shut off and had to maneuver through cars, barrels and cones to get out. I don’t think I’ll return to even give it a try with that experience.

Thorough cleaning and detailing of my car. But, what was even more impressive was the fact that one of their employees found a $20.00 Bill in the back seat, which was my daughters lunch money for the week and he returned it to me! Good Samaritan. Honest employers. Dedicated owner.

Im a total car person and Im very particular about the care it gets. Ive been going to glitz for a few years now and I have NEVER had a bad experience. The manager and ALL of the staff are courteous and strive to make your car look as good as if it were their own!5 star recommendation doesnt even come close to the rating they truly deserve!!

Scratch cental. If you have a daily you dont care about its fine but i wouldnt put a car you care tru that car wash. After just a few wash car will get full of spider web scratch marks.

Worst car wash ever, all my windows have finger prints and they didn’t even clean the interior right, uhhh I’m so disappointed that I paid 33 dollars for nothing....

Great place. Plenty of water, and I mean plenty!!! It was my first car wash and the guys explained everything that would happen before they took my car in!

They stole stuff from my car and no one seem to acknowledge, the car wasn’t even clean it was a terrible trip I don’t no recommend coming here.

Brought my car in after my kid threw up all over the back seat. I asked them to do an interior detail. Came back after a few hours - they did a fantastic job. Vomit stains gone, other previous food stains disappeared. The car looked AND smelled brand new. They had the best price amongst neighborhood competitors. Ill use them again, for sure.

Glitz always does a great job with lots of attention to detail. The staff goes above and beyond. Once, my sunroof wasnt closing all the way and they took the extra time to seal it with tape. The oil change place next door gives coupons for a free car wash when you get an oil change, so take advantage of that if you need an oil change and car wash.

Employees made homophobic slurs among themselves in Spanish directed towards a good friend while getting his car washed. No excuse for this and Ill be sure to let friends and associates know.

After about 10 washes over the past year with two different cars, all have been cleaned perfectly annd never had to ask for a post wash fix.

Just got my car detailed here about a month ago and I have to say I was really impressed and happy with the results. My car looked like it just came out of the lot.

Fine place to get a car wash. Reasonably priced.

So. I needed to wash the car. My usual car wash had a line to the street so I decided to try Glitz. I paid an extra $4 to have the wheels and tires cleaned. My car rolled out of the wash and a young lady towel dried the exterior. Another young lady had a bucket full of soap. She brushed each tire and rim, then she walked away. I was standing about 20 feet away. The windshield was still dirty. The panel below the door was obviously still dirty. I stood waiting until someone asked me to move the car. I told him the car was still dirty and the wheels were covered with soap. He took a towel and wiped onto tire, walked away. I left without another word, never to return. Dont wash your vehicle here, for $18.61 but salt to melt the ice that will be in your driveway after youre rinsed the winter off your vehicle.
