I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from them. I purchased a truck from them in may 2021 and first after less than a week it wasn’t drivable so I brought it back and they claimed to have frxed the problem and they did do it at no cost to me because I only had it for less than a week. After I got it back it seemed to drive ok but after three months the same problem came back and worse. So it seems to be they just doctored it up as to appease me but did not fix the it. So now I’m out of a vehicle wile paying to get it fixed. So don’t go there

Went for major exhaust repair. Half the price of the chains like Meinke or Midas. Angel took care of me and answered all my questions.

At first was very happy with Sam and his team they got me in the truck I wanted and worked with me when most dealers wouldn’t. Only thing is approximately 56 days later not even 2 months, my alternator goes and he tells me to bring it in for diagnosis. It was the alternator like I suspected but mind you I just bought this car and am literally just over my lemon law warranty. So I figured he would work with me. Offered to replace the alternator for about 1,000 dollars which is a complete rip off. This is also “wholesale” price tried to get me to pay 500$ just for an alternator that goes for 250$ at any local auto parts store. I was very happy at first but now am left with a whole new set of problems and ended up getting it done for almost half the price at a legitimate licensed shop. I wanted to give him a chance to make it right and he didn’t. All I have to say is make sure you talk warranties and check the vehicle thoroughly before you plan on buying from like new because they will get you in a vehicle regardless of credit.

Not a good experience here. Thay advertised a Ford truck for sale. I called 5 times and had to leave a message each time. No one called me back, I stopped at the location twice. 1st time the owner was not there. His female assistant was in the office. When I asked why no one returned my calls she stated she was very busy and doesnt return calls. (1st Glue) I asked to see a few cars she told me to go outside and get the stock numbers for her and she gave me the keys to 3 vehicle. She never came outside or told me anything about the cars. (2nd glue) I was interested in a truck and she than call the owner who appeared shortly but was busy doing many other things in the office. I now was here over 2 1//2 hours and he spend less than 10 minutes with me. (3rd Glue)I asked to test drive it and hesaid go ahead but he had no dealer plates for the vehicle and that I could go drive it but to avoid getting pulled over with it. I was very uneasy with that but did it. Upon return to the location he was gone again. I was going to buy this truck. His assistant got him on the phone and stated his price was non negotiable. (4th glue) Stated he was very busy and could not come back to the location. It was now after 8pm and than stated that I had to leave a $500 non refundable deposit for him to hold the vehicle for me. This is a violation of Ct dealers laws. When I quested him on this he hung up. The assistant stated they were closing.I left and returned at 10am when they posted they opened. No one was there but the office was open. I waited 30 minuted before leaving and calling them leaving another message on the phone. I returned at noon to find they were still were not open and another message was left on the phone. They never return calls. At 3pm I stopped by and found they were open. When I told them I wanted to buy the truck they than stated it was sold last night after I left. I believe that was an out right lie. They were closing when I left and the owner had gone already.I became upset and once again the assistant call the owner who stated he had a better offer and sold the truck even knowing how much time I had invested in an attempt to buy this truck. He wasted all of my time. He stated I had asked to many questions .I advised him a complaint with the St of Ct Dealer and Repair Licensing Division would be getting a complaint by me against his business. He laughs and stated go ahead it will go nowhere. When I looked at the license on the wall it was for another state. He is not licensed to do business in Ct and I reported him the next day. This place is a scam, the owner is dishonest, the state of Ct is investigating him. Many complaints have been make about him. He follows none of the Ct laws that protect a buyer. He is buying cars at actions, doing nothing to them, jacking up the prices and selling with with no warranties as required by law. Think twice about this place, Check with the Sate of Ct Consumer Protection Division before buying a car here.

Buyer Beware. I bought a 2003 Dodge truck. Now, Ill take it on the chin as far as within a 1,000 miles of buying this vehicle the engine would not idle properly, despite 3 idler arms being replaced and 2 sensors. This happens with a used vehicle. The reason for my dissatisfaction stems from my paying $400 to have the exterior fender wells painted (by their vendor) due to rust and having those fender wells bubble within 3 months of the repair. I had an easy and inexpensive solution for the dealership; just cover the bubbles that will soon burst to rust with cosmetic fender well guards for $176.00. However, after a month of many phone calls and emails I have received nothing but Ill get back to you. Well, I reckon ya cant beat a dead horse to death so Im getting back to them. Stay away from this dealership. They buy junk at a low price and that is why their prices are low. They WILL NOT follow up on service, as in the case of my issue. Good luck and God Bless.Capt. When I put my money down and supplied my info the bank was trying to deny me but Like New would not give up on me and found me financing that I can afford. My note per month is 250!! Before them other dealerships were trying to get me to pay 3000 to 5000 down with 400 a month payments. I felt like they actually wanted me to be able to afford it rather than getting a sale. I absolutely loved my vehicle that I bought from them, until the next day when I find out there are mechanical issues, that have been a long time coming. But dont worry, he sold me the warranty doesnt cover the issue. So, here I am, having to pay more money to fix this car, and having to pay for a rental to get around in the month + long process. I wish I could give this place less than one star. Went there twice to look at a Jeep Liberty with my 17 year old son. We were told by Sam to take our time and not rush into buying the car because he never wants to push someone to buy a car. We told him we would make a decision by the next day and would call him. We told him our son was buying this himself using all of his savings. Called him the next day to tell him we wanted the car, and he told us someone else at the dealership sold the Jeep and it wasn’t available anymore. Nice way to do business. Shame on me for not reading all of the reviews. Don’t waste your time going to this place. Very underhanded way of doing business. Glad I didn’t leave a deposit.

There was a minor issue he was not able to resolve for me on the car in time of pickup, but his price was very reasonable so I had no problem fixing it myself. I bought my explorer at like new auto and shortly thereafter noticed a vibration. I was told time and time again by Sam to come back because either his tire guy was out or some other reason to why no one could look at my vehicle. I had my explorer in at colonial ford, they stated that the rear tires were not safe for road use due to dry rot. I told Sam what I was told by ford. I was then told to goto a hole in the wall tire shop in Danbury, but to no avail the tire shop didn’t carry that size. I was told I’d be contacted a week ago now I’m still waiting and they are just not answering my calls. So now IM driving a vehicle that’s not safe and cannot move my kids around. All the while I sent a buddy to like new and he bought a car yet I’m still left dangling.

Im giving them a one star review strictly because zero stars isnt an option. I went there to purchase a vehicle, spoke with Sam and agreed on a purchase price. This was going to be an all cash deal so he said he would give me a break on the price. WE VERBALLY AGREED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND DENIED THE NEED FOR A DEPOSIT. Went there the next day to sign paperwork when Sam denied having the conversation with me on the phone and said I could never agree to an offer like that. The fact is, that he did agree to the offer, said I seemed like a nice person and he would give me a break on dealer fees and price of the car. BEING THAT IT WAS A CASH DEAL. So, I took a day off of work to go finalize the sale just too loose a days pay and walk away empty handed. Would steer very very clear of this establishment strictly because they are not legitimate what so ever and will try to con you out of money.

The staff acted like I was imposing on their day and tried to downplay the value of my trade in by half of what I received elsewhere. I also ended up buying a newer SUV with better features. I guess leaving me there to sweat it out worked to my advantage. I heard you all laughing in the office but really-Thank you! I got a 2017 where you tried to sell me a 2014 with way more miles on it. Even my grandmother knew you all were full of bs and told me to leave. Under new management? Maybe you should have kept previous. Sad.Your reply says a great deal about your service. You made “accommodations” for a 94 year old woman by allowing her to sit. Thank you so much for these “accommodations” I had no undivided attention nor do I require it. I was left for long enough to shop elsewhere and since you are not big enough in the game, I went to a dealership who wanted the sale more and paid off my so -called -damaged car. I thank you though because I ended up with a 2017 Chevy equinox so no complaints. So I will change your rating as a result. Again, thanks!
