First time Ive left the car mechanic without feeling ripped off. Fair price and great customer service. Dropped off one day, fixed by the next. My usual mechanic would have changed the estimated quote 3 times, ended up charging me twice as much, and keep my car for the whole week while insistingitll be ready by this afternoon if they even remembered to call. Ill be coming here for my future repairs instead.

Ive used Blackmans several times. Jim and his team do great work and you wont feel like you have been robbed. He has given me advice about buying / selling my auto and what needs to be done to my car to repair an issue. Ive never had to return to his shop for a job that wasnt resolved. I highly recommend this garage. He obviously does good work because he has alot of repeat business. His garage is a rare gem in Danbury.

Blackman’s is a very professional and capable auto service company! We were traveling through Conn to Arkansas on a 95 degree July day with our A/C out. We could just not go further without AC. Called ahead to several of the national chain repair stores, not available. Tried Blackman’s, explained our troubles and they worked their schedule to fit us in the next morning. I was very impressed with them and cannot thank them enough for their help and honesty. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
