Dr. Sue is one of a kind. Not only is she an intelligent woman but has such an interesting life. She is so personable and really wants you to have the best experience. This is by far my favorite nail place. From the first hello in the door to the very end it is the most enjoyable experience! The amazing scrubs and lotions she uses smell and feel amazing! I LOVED this nail salon. I just came back to the area and honestly, I was looking at the options for nail salons and I saw the typical salons weve all seen before. Then I found this place. I showed up and not only did they go above and beyond to make my experience incredible, they have package deals, offer specialized pedicure and manicure services, and can do events with potential catering and speakers. The water for my pedicure had coconut milk, red rose pedals, it was amazing. The owner is a medical doctor and if you have ever had a bad experience with unsanitary tools, dont worry. You wont have that issue here. Everything a sterilized and clean for each and every client. I literally love this place. It makes me glad I moved back to Dana Point. Its individualized and they really care and are working to finally upgrade an aspect of self-care that so badly needs a revamp. NailBoxx is the way to go! You wont regret it.

Had the best experience ever! Georgina and Dr. Sue are the sweetest most attentive ladies ever! Everything is super clean and smells fabulous ! Don’t forget the complimentary drinks. If you like to be pampered and have a good time this is the place to be.

I’ve been in twice love love love Tracy and my Gel-X nails they’ve been beautiful and have had many compliments. The services are fabulous and much more offered than any other salon.. It’s very clean and friendly, I’ve referred several people I’ve Been so happy.

Such a great experience for my birthday with my friend! Such a nice change of pace from your traditional nail salon where you feel rushed or not cared about. Definitely the place to go when you need to be taken care of! Great quality products and service!

I couldn’t say enough good things about this place!If you’re in a rush then I’d recommend to go to somewhere else because they make your experience so personal. They really know how to make you feel at home! And the avocado pedicure is the absolute best!

Worst so called “ manicure” ever.I can’t believe all the positive reviews are real, other than the woman that wrote about owner trying to up sell EVERYTHING possible.2 and a half hours I was there.I could go on and on and on.. but I’ll just show the photos. They soaked my nails in acetone for an hour and then tried polishing them. NOT even a manicure and charged me two, count em two extra charges!!!I deserve a refund ASAP!!!

This was a fun atmosphere. Laughing, joking making me feel more like I was with old friends than just a customer. Cleaned up the hands and feet, they did great job on the manicure and pedicure, I will definitely be back.

I was looking for a local nail salon for a mani-pedi, and Ive been to a few nearby but was not that excited about going back to any of them. So I searched online for someplace new and I found this salon right near my home and I am so happy I did! It is not your typical run of the mill salon. This place was awesome. Very friendly, excellent service, delightfully aromatic hand made scrubs, and a lovely atmosphere! A great place to pamper yourself! Walked in with my daughter on a Monday afternoon and place was empty, other than the owner and a nail tech Who was apparently from another salon. Zero preparation so we sat and waited while they set up our pedicures. Everything was up sale, EVERYTHING!!! The owner boasted about her amazing massages but they were very short and unsatisfying for a $50 pedicure! My daughter intuitively opted not to get gel polish put on as we both knew it would most likely be a fiasco and overpriced. I could go on and on but bottom line this was one of the disappointing nail salon visits I’ve ever had and it was for my daughters 21st Bday.

My mani/pedi always come out so Fabulous!!!! They are always up for a challenge when I come In with a picture of what i am looking for. Customer service is 100%. Always so clean and professional. The atmosphere is very mellow and relaxing.... especially when you are looking for Me time!!!! Love love love this place I highly recommend it ❤️

Susan, Elise and the professional Nail Techs are awesome. I dropped in after lunch with a lady friend of mine and we had the greatest Mani/ Pedi combo experience ever. Some people are hard to please but the lady I brought here was extremely satisfied with the level of service and delivery.

Had a lavender pedicure with a divine massage! So relaxing ♥️ Recommend highly.

I got a mani-pedi done here today and it was such a lovely experience ! At 38 weeks pregnant I was just looking to relax and pamper myself and this was perfect. I loved the atmosphere and people.

Absolutely loved this place! First of all, the service was amazing. They set aside time for my two friends and I who were getting ready for a bachelorette party. Took great care of us and just ya no running back and forth between clients. I got gel polish and a week later still completely flawless. I also got a pedicure and hands down best I’ve gotten. I’ve never seen my feet look better. Overall it was a different experience than I’m used to and i would highly recommend Nailboxx to anyone whose looking to get a quality service for a decent price. You will not be disappointed!!!!

I have never written a Google review, but I use Google search all the time. I feel an obligation to share this great find with who ever else was like me and not finding a great nail place! You have to try this place for yourself, it isnt like any nail salon around here.I moved here about 6 months ago and I have found ok nail salons to replace the one I loved in our old town and had been loyal to for 12 years.I had tried 3 or 4 salons in the area and they were always missing something, quality, ambiance, cleanliness. Today I stumbled upon NAILBOXX! I am blown away that I finally found a nail salon near our new home, that had ALL the things I was looking for and much more! Impeccable attention to detail, great location, beautifully appointed facility and amazing customer service! The end result, beautifully done nails and toes, and I have finally found my new salon! I would challenge the most scrutinizing nail clients to go to Nailboxx and be blown away!

I completely lucked out walking into the salon and being able to get a manicure and pedicure without an appointment or any wait! I was desperate for a manicure and pedicure in advance of a wedding and this place was a dream come true! Truly one of the best mani/pedis I’ve ever had. Nail techs were professional and perfectionists, salon was clean and welcoming and the owner was so sweet and accommodating! I had a little bit of nail art done just to spice things up and I couldn’t love it any more! I also love that they do your mani and pedi at the same time so it is super time efficient. Highly recommend this salon and I will definitely be back!
