The WORST salon experience I’ve ever had.Thought about posting, because I’m not the review type but decided to share my experience to save others.Long story short, I had an ingrown nail as I run a lot. Prior to the lady starting my pedicure, she rushed me choosing my colors, telling me “go and sit down” about 15x and when I finally told her “I haven’t chosen my color yet” she said something in her language and all the techs started laughing. I’m not one to be phased by this, but that’s unprofessional and would definitely discourage others.Before she started the pedicure, I pointed out the ingrown nail and she reassured me she could help me. That was NOT the case. I was sitting there mortified for about thirty minutes while three other nail techs intervened trying to help her, as she was only making it worse and clearly flustered and inexperienced. When I finally came to terms I had to stop this whole process, as there was a risk of infection (considering I was already bleeding), the lady and manager tried fighting with me and telling me to “not worry and sit down” I finally had to be firm and tell them “look I’ve had this done many times, I’m prone to these and it’s so apparent you don’t know how to help, which is fine but don’t say you can and in the end, make it worse” the manager finally apologized and I left. Hopping around for the next week.

They always do a great job on my nails. My pedicures and gel manicures always look nice and last a long time. The staff are friendly. I just wish they would greet me a little sooner when I walk in. Always a little awkward just standing there.

What a great and professional experience!! They provide free wine and drinks!! All the employees were so funny and respectful and the actual nails were P E R F E C T I O N!

Chronically run late even if you have an appointment, only one person able to do gel or acrylic, extremely rushed impersonal service, poor quality.

Love my nails!All the employees were very helpful and treated me well. I got Tony as a nail stylist and he did an amazing job and was also very nice. The location is beautiful, inside and out. The cost was very affordable, I paid only 45 for my acrylic set with gel on top. I will for sure be making this my local nail salon!💕

Found them through google search..visiting here in Dana point and gave them a try...Wonderful service, friendly and clean /Both my daughter and I did gel manicure and regular pedicure- I would definitely recommend them !!

Terrible nail salon. Since they were new to me, they told me if anything chipped prematurely that I shouldcome back to get my manicure fixed. Well, 4 nails has the top coat completely off at 7 days and 3 nails were then chipped due to that. Same exact people working the day I went in and I was told I must have done something to chip them after waiting 30 mins to be seen. One of the guys working there who said that walked away from me and told the woman who I sat with about to fix them, not to. So, I left and called and asked to speak with the owner. I was promised a call back but that never happened. CitiBank has refunded my money and is in the process of dealing with them to get their money back. I shared photos and my other reviews with the cc company to prove that the dip nails did not even last a full 7 days when they should last 3 if done well. I went into Dip on the Row in Dana Point and had the best dip manicure in Cali so far - just like I was used to by my gal in AZ. They are so worth the money and it’s the nicest salon around, by far. Takes a few times to get it right but customer service should never be as bad as it was at A+ nails. We have discerning generations more than ever before coming up after us and that salon will never outlast them... buyer beware! Dip on the Row is money well spent, and it’s very affordable.

I love this place! Always friendly, professional and perfect nails every time. Definitely worth driving out of San Juan Capistrano to use their services!

I have been going here for a couple of years. I highly recommend this nail spa. The shop is clean and everyone there is really polite and nice, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I am never dissatisfied my nails always look amazing. Tony is extremely personable and does a great job!

I came here for a pedicure while staying nearby on vacation. It was right across the street from the harbor and the Marina Inn which is where we always stay. They are very nice, I called ahead about an hour so they were expecting me. The inside is peaceful with beautiful mural paintings on the wall, peaceful music playing and not a lot of chatter between the employees which I appreciated, because sometimes when they talk a lot it can be very distracting from the relaxation I’m looking for when I get a pedicure. The gal working on me did a very nice job and I would definitely return here again when I am in town.

Im usually weary of nail salons while travelling but found this one had good reviews. Definitely lives up to them. Gel manicure was good. Pedicure was amazing. The paraffin massage was so warm and relaxing. My nails look clean and well done. Most importantly this place is very clean and aseptic. Will return when Im in town again.

I love this place! Location is great, stylists are so sweet and professional. It’s incredible what they can do in 30 minutes....I used to hate getting my nails done because the sets never lasted and the process took an hour or more. Now I go every 2-3 weeks religiously. They also serve champagne and wine!

Usually I do my nails in germany but I‘m here on vacation for 8 weeks - so, I decided to see this place.Everyone was nice and it‘s a very clean place!TONI made my nails - powder nails, in ombre style with white tips and little stones on it - I LOVE IT ♥️ He made such a great job!And the price was also fine - 55$ seems fine to me.All in one - nice place, great nails 👍🏼

The best nail salon in the area...and Ive tried most. Very clean, lots of gel colors, all staff are really talented and professional.

Excellent pedicure but lots of upselling for massage and foot scrub. Stick with the basics.
