We had an amazing experience living here. Philip and his team as a cut above. The move in process, the move out process, everything was a 10. Easy to pay rent online, animal friendly, and inviting atmosphere.We definitely recommend this complex. Please stop by and tour a home and fall in love!!! 10 out of 10!

We have lived here for a year now! We like it! It’s convenient! Derek and DJ in the office have supported us and they have been quick to respond to us when we needed something!

Beautiful place to live, and property management works with you to solve any issues you may have.Only complaint is the guest parking is abused by other tenants.

I have lived here for 6 years.Philip does a good job addressing our issues/Concerns. Teddy & Bob do a Great job maintaining the property.I recommend the 1080 cul de sac. It’s quiet & we’ll maintained.

We have lived here for 2 years, so as others like to mention, have a fair amount of experience living here. PLEASE note the date on postings, anything before 2018 involved an entirely different staff and they were great. Since the start of 2018 the new staff and Mgr in particular could care less about the residents. If you have a noise complaint, they don’t care, if you complain about the smell of weed coming into your apt, they don’t care, go tell them about the garbage piling outside the neighbors apt, they don’t care.And yes, this is a pet friendly complex. Unfortunately the residents and their pets are not friendly. If you think it’s ok for your dogs to bark at 7 in the morning when you leave for work, or all weekend until late at night when you go out, YOU’RE WRONG. I should not have to listen to your barking dogs while I’m trying to sleep. You expect us to be considerate of your fake paper emotional support dog but not considerate to my enjoying my own apt while your dog barks all day, YOU’RE WRONGAnd also as others have mentioned, the rent goes up every year while the quality of what you pay for goes down. We just received our renewal notice for our third year here and it had gone up again, over 300.00 since we moved in. The pool was closed for over 6 months, the 1 single grill broken for over a year, missing weights from the gym, and laundry room with constant broken machines. I’ve had my car broken into and things stolen and eggs thrown on my car (and others) The air circulation in the apt is poor, which leads to mold around the windows even though I keep them open regularly. I asked about having it cleaned since I could not manage it myself even after using bleach, and was informed this is common in the units and to do my best to clean it.As you can imagine, we are not renewing our lease, and with all the things that have gone wrong here, now I’m concerned about getting my deposit back given the horrible nature of the management and lack of customer service.

Terrible place, go anywhere else, not here! Administration TERRIBLE, my apartment is full of BLACK MOLD, and they didnt NOTHING! Manager always avoid talk to me and dont answer my emails NEVER! They just let us live with the mold! They never came even to clean!I have a newborn baby at home and they dont care!I lost a couch, mantress, breastfeed chair, baby chair, sheets... everything got mold! They didnt payed me back!Run away from here!

Horrible experience living here. Management is beyond terrible. While construction, some how the roofers managed to tear my screen to my back window and damaged the blinds. Upon closer examination I noticed roofing nails and roofing tar on and near my windowsill. Damaged many things. I called and emailed the manager 10 days ago with no response. This place is a joke. Do your self a favor. DO NOT RENT HERE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A RIPOFF.

This place is absolutely horrible! Do not move here! It is dirty. My apartment had mice, roaches, black mold!! It was disgusting. It’s a complete scam they will lie and do anything to keep your deposit. Super unprofessional! I have a million bad things I can say about this place, but I’m just happy to be out of there.

Pretty pricey vs other buildings especially at the top of the fog. So close to the airport you have to mute your tv when planes pass. Thin walls so you can hear your neighbor screaming next door. Neighbor pulled strings to get more hardwood floors so they are extra noisy. So thin I hear my neighbors smash session every Sunday night. And they love leaving their trash at their front door for days on end. Reduced office hours from 7 to 6 days. Reduced maintenance staff from 3 to 2. Added parking, but for a fee. Dog park is a swamp. To the owner, I did tell you about these things and you had no response or resolution.

The staff has changed since I moved in almost 2 years ago, and they are not only unhelpful but also rude and unprofessional. The reviews about mold are true, especially around windows, which there are 2 of so its usually dark and has no air circulation. And if you love listening to barking dogs all day, this is the place for you. As it is one of the few complexes that allow dogs, almost everyone here has them. And not all dog owners should own dogs. The barking starts in the morning and continues all day until someone comes home to finally pay attention to the animal. And forget about people actually cleaning up after their dogs. Ive had 2 cars vandalised in the parking lot, one with eggs and another Ive had broken into and a bag stole, not too mention the stolen packages left at doors. No cameras on property and parking is at your own risk, so nothing can be done. My lease is up in 2 months and moving out cant come soon enough.

What positive can I say? No one has died here because of mold & the building is still standing so that’s a plus right?

This place is infest with mice and the managers dont do anything about this problem . the managers solution is for the tenant to move to another unit but they want the tenant to pay for the fair market price for the new unit. can you believe this ? very difficult for them to help you and they dont care that you are going thru this and that its very inconvenience for the tenant. my daughter have to come to our home to sleep cuz she can sleep at the apartment because she afraid of the mice. Can you believe that? But i the same time she is paying for the rent on her apartment that she cant be there.

The staff at Skyline Heights are very friendly and easy to work with. Tutsi provided great assistante with my application process and I was able to get qualified within minutes after seeing my studio. Thank you Tutsi.

Infestation of mice and rats. Its not hard to tell its the whole complex that has the issue by all of the traps outside the apartment. And they still keep the price high because they know theyre one of the few places that allow pets. Also we moved out paying higher than expected because they gave us wrong numbers in our move in letter. Still havent gotten the deposit after 2 and a half months.

Manager is a tool. Bad place to live. Wouldnt suggest it. They lie about their pricing and they also have horrible attitudes when Google reviewers attempt to state the truth. Only to have these tools lie again and again. Pathetic.

Three months after I moved out they have not refunded my security deposit. They dont follow up like they promise they would. They took my money and now dont do anything to give it back. I was there for 7 years and the staff changed a few times a year, including the manager. The ownership also changed at least twice in seven years and nobody seems to be responsible for resident services.

This place is a scam. They dont refund holding deposits and they ignore emails and phone calls regarding the matter.

They took my deposit and not giving it back. It has been 6 months now. I gave then bank statement and their receipt as well but they are not giving my 500$ back.I am thinking about contacting police or lawyerThey are scam stay away

I spent the most terrible 2 years here. Office staff has a high turnover and is constantly making mistakes. The apartments are dark and have poor ventilation making them prone to mold and our apartment had 7+ leak incidents due to faulty pipes in another apartment. Parking is so limited it is atrocious. Not worth the slightly cheaper cost.

Staff is completely clueless when calling about pricing and availability.
