I have a 08 Jeep Commander that I recently had scheduled for the recall and oil change at the Dalton location on Friday June 5 at 8 A.m. Please note that I set up the appointment Tuesday June 2. The reason I chose Ed Kirby is because my wife has a Mitsubishi that get serviced in Chattanooga. I love their customer service and prompt repair. Also they communicate well with us about service. Unfortunately, I didnt get the same experience at the Dalton facility. I had to call several times to get the service department on the line. I had to leave messages but still didnt get a response. They close at 5:30 and it was Friday and I didnt hear about the status of my car. So I started calling around 4:30 and FINALLY got the service advisor on the phone at approximately 5:25 to tell me that they done only half the recall and would I like to leave it for the weekend or bring it back Monday. I agreed to bring back Monday because he told me it would not take long to finish it. I dropped Jeep off Sunday night! All day Monday, I didnt receive the slightest phone call. I began calling AGAIN starting at 4:45 and no answer. They end up closing on me with no status update on the vehicle! I left a message. Tuesday (6/9)come and I CALLED around lunch and lady couldnt get in contact with service advisor. She told me that and asked would I like to leave a message. I said, No because I had already left a message. I went down there at 2:30 to check the status and for them to FINALLY say that they allegedly ordered a part but I could get my vehicle and they would call me when the part gets in. REALLY? According to the recall, I am entitled to TWO new FOBS and he tells me He is Trying to get me a new key. No I get 2 New keys! I found the part number for the kit at Mopar for $70 bucks and could have it shipped to me! I was a service tech for FORD being a Specialist Tech. Also I was a Parts Manager at a Mitsubishi dealership plus a manager at an aftermarket parts store for many years. (Advanced Auto). I also I have a two year technical diploma in Automotive Technology. The reason I list that is because I am familiar with the process but most importantly, Customer Service. This recall is a Safety issue and its June 11 and still havent heard from them nor received my 2 New Keys! I didnt want to do this but this is unacceptable!

We came here shopping for a truck and Sahil Chaudhary was able to help us. We were able to speak on the phone beforehand and he kept his word once we arrived at the dealership. He was very honest with what he knew and did not hit us with the usual salesman tactics which was great. I would highly recommend this location and if you stop by ask for Sahil!

I recently purchased a car from Edd Kirbys in Downtown Chattanooga. They helped me get a vehicle even with below average credit, which I did appreciate, however they did not seem like they cared about the quality of their service. My car that was purchased was not cleaned on the inside or outside beforehand, and my one key that was given to me had missing buttons and had clay holding the key blade together where it was apparently cracked. I would recommend this place to anyone who cant get approved elsewhere, but thats about it.

Picked my car up after it was in the shop for a week for a warranty repair, and the check engine light was on. Poor service dept

Ive now purchased 2 cars from them. There was no hassle when one of them needed repairs. My only complaint is the lady who handles the rentals. I hope she learns to be more honest in the future.

Shout out to these guys today. Ive had my 2016 Town & Country serviced here since it was purchased new. Never had an issue. Today, my wait was much longer than usual. These guys completely waived the bill as a result. Super classy move and just another reason Ill keep coming back.

Wonderful service department. Hank took great care of us! I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The leather on the dash had come unglued. Chrysler paid for it; however, the jeep dealership in Ringgold would not help us. Ed Kirby did! Thank you so much. You will have our business from now on!

Had my vehicle there twice In the past two weeks for a warranty oil leak, given the run around both times. Even sent video of the oil leak to the service manager. Still not fixed, still leaking. Either they do t care to fix the issue or they have a lack of knowledge to fix it. Horrible customer service, went to pick up this morning and couldn’t get my spare key, service manager would not answer the salesman who called to get my key .Wish zero stars was an option.
