They did a really good job,and the service was great the people was really nice and answered all my questions

My company was called to go pick up this customers car. customers car happened to be at Franks Auto and wrecker service. So I show up I literally wait for almost an hour for Frank to show up to release this guys car. After I get it loaded I wait for the customer to go pay Frank for you know what storage fees and and picking it up and so on and so forth. Well the customers buddy that was with him walked out and all you hear is a customer screaming at Frank and when he come up to me he said yeah its like world war 3 in there. I said what is going on in there the customers buddy replied well Franks automotive told us that he didnt have our car. He said we had to end up calling Whitfield county sheriffs office and have them call Franks and stand right there when the sheriff asked him hey do you have so-and-so car Franks like yeah yeah we got that car after he had lied to the customer and said that he didnt have that car. Why Frank do this I dont know all I can guess is hes dirty

They really look out for the customer. You rarely find that type of customer service with mechanics. Frank is an honest businessman who knows what hes doing. My truck broke down 2 hours from home and Im glad the good Lord led me to him..... I would definitely recommend their services.

I needed someone quick and to make things easy- Frank certainly did that for me. This was my first time using a Wrecker service and I will definitely use Frank again if needed. He got there quickly, was very friendly, delivered my car as promised, the price was great, and he notified me that my car had been delivered. He made it easy! Would recommend!

I want to sincerely thank Frank and his crew for fixing my 2004 Pontiac Montana. It was just after New Year 2021 and this was our only vehicle. We had a water hose and coils that had to be fixed. Frank was kind enough to send a wrecker to my residence (which was just up the way) and fixed every problem that was problem. My wife Penny claimed that the crew was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Got my car fixed within 3 business days. We were given a great price of $600 to get everything fixed! Ive used Franks for towing and auto repair for many years now. I know when I give them a vehicle to work on they will do a good job and that I will pay a reasonable price for the work when I get my vehicle back. If you want a trustworthy and fair mechanic you should definitely give Franks a try.

Had them tow my daughters truck. It had been sitting a while and the weeds were taller than the truck. The poor guy had to crawl through that to hook the truck up. He was very friendly and very affordable! I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with my service here. I talked to Franks son at the shop on M.L.K. and he was very polite. The issue I was having actually stopped when I got to the shop. I think that has happened to all of us. He test drove it anyways and it still didnt act up. He didnt treat me like an idiot like most mechanics would have. Instead he took my car back and ran it on his computer. It showed that my O2 sensor had set off my check engine light. Now I know I have an O2 sensor going bad and can replace it before it leaves me stranded. I highly recommend this shop. Its not the main shop on Glenwood but is the same company. This shop is located off of M.L.K. Great service and they go the extra mile.

Driver lied to me and said that if I came back first thing in the morning, they would not charge me the extra day storage. And then when the office lady called he said I didnt say that. In my opinion, they should honor what he said. Its only $15 but it is Christmas time

My husbands car broke down on me this morning,called franks and from the get go they spoke to me kind and were very respectful. May i say they also speak Spanish! Which is a plus for me. Now I’m just waiting to see how everything turns out.
