These guys are Awesome! Got me right in and they went to their other store to get the tires instead of sending me over there. You dont think of Customer Service at a tire store, but Excellent customer service is what I received. I recommend you visit this store or one of their other ones. If going to be near Dalton, GA though go to this location.

Had an issue and needed tires that day. Mine are larger size tires and not common stocked. Chris found my tires at another location and brought them for install. In and out same day (called after lunch). Superior service!

My email was handled very quickly with a follow up call after I scheduled a service online. They were very informative, answered all my questions and set up a time frame to pickup my car with their valet service. They explained how the service would be handled, any necessary repairs and the return of the car. It was all handled very professionally.

I was on the way from Atlanta to Nashville when I had a huge tire blowout on I-75 (about 2.5 hours into my trip). The tow truck took me to this location to have my tire replaced and I cannot sing their praises loud enough. Not only did they have the tires that I needed in stock, but I was prepared to buy a pair instead of just one. The gentleman at the counter said the other 3 tires were in good shape, so I would be fine only purchasing one. I truly didnt have any idea and would have been an easy sell. They worked me in among their other customers and I was on my way within and hour. Sooooo, as a stranded traveler, I was very thankful for this gem of a retailer and workman. Highly recommend!!

Great service took excellent care of my car. Where very transparent with the alignment and even offer free alignments for a year. Which is great for us who constantly modify our cars. Freddy tool excellent care and was very knowledgeable on the specifics of my car and it’s sport suspension set up. Will only come here from now on

We had a scary tire blowout on 75 heading home from Thanksgiving, and the team at Tire Discounters immediately put us at ease. From the first phone call to checkout, the whole team was very communicative and helpful. The waiting room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and service was quick but thorough. Prices were very fair, and they did not try to oversell us. It’s clear why this family-owned business has been around for 30+ years.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Dalton in ‘99, back when it was Johnson’s Tire. Bought several sets of new tires and had multiple repairs done. The guys up front have always been great. New staff since they changed over to Tire Pros, but they are just as friendly. They are typically busy, so try to get there before they open, there’s usually a line waiting at 8.

I like this place. They are fair and I never feel like they trying to get one over on me. As a single female, they could easily tell me I need something I dont. Usually not a long wait but once I went in first thing in the morning and youd think there was a concert going on in this place it was so packed. They honestly told me the wait was 4-6 HOURS. Told me the oil well Id okay although theyd rather me use them, if I need one NOW I can go there. Which I did...next time Ill just go back another day. Oil well is okay but.. ehh I rather this place.

They always take care of my vehicles, Chris and the guys always gives premium level service. They put on tires and did the alignment on my Escalade. Professional service at great prices.

I took my corvette to Linda at tire discounters and she was so very nice. I needed a ton done to it because it was old. Linda told me she recommended me trading or selling it because the repairs would be more the. The car was worth. Been doing business with Linda since it was turbo tire and even though they have changed names. She is still honest and trustworthy. I will always take my vehicles to tire discounters. Chris and his team have always taken care of me and the people Ive sent their way. Ive been going to this location for 10+ years, well before it was acquired and became a Tire Discounters location. Over the years, Ive tried a couple of similar businesses when it saved me a little time or a few dollars. Ive never been satisfied with other tire shops. Not only is the quality and speed of their work above the rest, they care about doing the right thing by their customers. I have a gently preowned vehicle that I didnt purchase the tires myself. During my last couple tire rotations, the Tire Discounters team has thoroughly checked my tires and advised that the tires have more life in them, even when I would be happy to pay them hundreds of dollars if the team only advised to do so. Chris and his team are more concerned with doing right by their customers than just making another sale. I have suggested many times and will continue to suggest that anyone who needs new tires visit them.

I would make sure to check around for prices before going here. Was quoted around $650 for 4 tires (Charging 125 each for Cooper Cobra 225 70 r14. Prices show $100 nearly anywhere online.) Including mount, balance lifetime balance etc..Called Taylor Tire down the road and asked for a quote for the same tires (did not tell them of my other quote) and they quoted $475 out the door with tax, mount, balance, lifetime balance, etc..

Pretty good people to work with. We had new set of tires installed on our car and they have went above and beyond to try and fix the small issues we have had since the alignment and tire install. Only reason for 4 stars is because the issue that we are having cannot be resolved by them and I would think it could be with them being an alignment shop other than that one thing, nothing but great things to say about them. They worked hard to try and figure out the issue and were very nice about it it seems. I think they are a great tire shop if your looking for decently priced tires for your vehicle.

Tire Pros is no good. Johnsons was better! .....Paid $169.00 to buy one tire after getting a flat. They told me afterward at checkout. Never came to let me know it would be so expensive. That plus an oil change was more than !200.00. I was shocked.Never in my life have I spent so much on a tire for a non SUV/truck.Johnsons was good ack in the day.. Tire pros not so great and very expensive.

Called at 8 that morning for oil change an tire rotation was told to bring my car in .left it they call me in a little while to come back it was ready..great people

I have been using this business for all my tires for years now. They are nice, professional, and down to earth employees. Others have said they dont respect women, and thats bull. Theyve always been respectful, and very honest with me about my vehicles. A lot of times people dont know what theyre talking about and get mad if the worker contradicts them. The point is, theyre honest and will tell you if something will or will not work for your vehicle. Great place to go!

I only come here to get my oil changed and tires. They have great customer service and will rotate tires (if you ask) for free when you get your oil change. Just make sure you come a few minutes before they open if you want to be out within a hour as they tend to have quite a line even a few minutes after which can lead to two hours or more wait time.

I had a friend recommend Johnson Tire in Dalton. I live in Chattanooga but since their prices were definitely better than any other place I had called, I decided to go there. I called and spoke with David about the tires and that I was coming to get them that afternoon. When I arrived, they had sold one of the tires. I was having issues with one tire so I had no choice but to at least get that one fixed while I was there.The customer service/attitude I received was far less than professional considering word of mouth can hurt a business. David acted like it was no big deal plus even told the friend who recommended them that I didnt call. He never offered an apology or a discount and just seemed not to care at all that he inconvenienced me (a customer). Anyway, I drove back to Dalton the next day to get the other 3 tires. I was delayed getting there due to rain and the funeral procession of one of the Marines killed in Chattanooga. I arrived about 4:15 and upon entering, David immediately looked up at the clock. They had approximately 45 minutes to put the tires on and balance them. As I was checking out, the other gentleman told me about the warranty and free rotation etc. and informed me I didnt have to make an appointment but not to show up as late as I did today. Let me tell you, it took everything I had to not blow my top. They dont have to worry about me coming back for free tire rotation or anything. I wouldnt return there nor recommend them to anyone.But having said all that, now the tires vibrate. I would consider taking it back but after the treatment and attitude I received but I think it would be pointless to return.I am now regretting not getting my tires from a friend who has a tire shop because the tires were more expensive. I do know one thing, he WOULD HAVE NEVER treated me like that! It also makes me wonder if a man had come there for tires instead of a woman, would the treatment been the same. I really dont think so. Anyway, Ill choose customer service over price from now on. LESSON LEARNED!!!!!

Changed prices halfway thru the service and when I asked why I was rudely talked to. Johnson Tires arrogant, rude attitude and treatment of its customers goes back to Lou Johnson, the founder. He was a complete jerk, not only to do business with, but as a person in general. It was not unusual for confrontations, some escalating to physical outcomes, to be witnessed at the business. These guys are the last people you wanna do business with.For example, if its close to the end of the workday, they typically lie to customers so they can leave on time as opposed to doing the job correctly.As a life lone resident of Dalton, I cannot tell you how many times I have heard harsh, negative comments about people s experience here. I had a one and done experience with Lou Johnson. The depth of his willingness to lie still surprises me to this day.Deal with these guys are your own risk!

I have always used Doyle Hayes when buying tires for several years. I decided to call Tire Discounters this time. So glad I did. They not only bet the price I was quoted at Doyle Hayes but the staff was super friendly. We have 4 vehicles, we will be using Tire Discounters from now on.

Was quoted a price before work commenced, and asked about 3 times if it was definitely the final price. Arrive to pick up car and sure enough the price has risen by about $30. When I brought this up, the manager starts bullying me and giving me a dirty attitude, instead of at least trying to find some way to explain to me why the price rose. Never returning to this establishment.

If 0 was available it would be reviewed as a 0. Bought a 1000 set of Michelin 5 year ago from johnson tire with lifetime rotate ect. Was refused by them to have a slow leak fixed because of dry rot appearing. Michelins are well known to show dry rot way before tread wears out. Said they could replace the tire but not fix, so the free tire repair advertised is false. Went straight down road to taylors tire for 2nd opinion on the repair. Taylors said they see no problem with fixing it and repaired the nail hole within 15min. Taylors also sold a new set of tires for a different vehicle of ours. Shame on you tire discounters. Customer service will make or break you these days!
