DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They killed my outside plants when I told them not to spray them. They over sprayed in my house staining my carpet. Which is binging replaced.They will also automatically put you into a quarterly payment plan. Even though after a year of telling them to take you off if you dont answer they just show up. And will not take the charge off. Even though you have it on camera the Tech rang the door and left! My backyard is locked!Crooks!!

This house is the proof, not to mention the outside grounds, around this house. Only bugs seen, are literally, on their back, dying! They have been coming to this house for many, many years. A routine. Always attentive on the phone and in person. No automated phone system.... always a LIVE ADVISOR answering! My thumb is up.

I used these guys and referred them to MANY of my friends and neighbors!! The guy I signed with retired and another guy took his place. Thats fine, but then I realized that prescription drugs were missing and I was able to pinpoint it to him! I cancelled with the office, asked them not to mention to the tech about the problem and he contacted me within 30 minutes of hanging up with office. I mentioned to relative and they were missing prescription meds also!!

Superlative customer support!! Their technicians are experienced and don’t hesitate to go above and below for their customers. I had hordes of termites coming in from everywhere that was too annoying. I had their services to have control over them. they worked fantastic.

After being a customer for nearly a decade, I decided to cancel my pest control and termite contract. It was becoming a full time job scheduling and rescheduling service visits.Compound that problem with missed appointments, technicians getting lost, and technicians claiming they came by but but left because I wasnt home. Interesting claims as I live in a gated community with video surveillance.The ladies that schedule the service visits became less and less knowledgeable and seemed to have lost their commitment to customer service.Several years ago, they were a 5 star outfit. They have worked hard to drop to 1 star. The other google reviews and those on other sites are consistent with mine, so appears to be a systemic problem.

This company is a joke! Employee are paid under the table with no breaks or lunches. Worked for one week until realized what sylvia was up to. Once called to her attention was let go then one days pay was held out of check. Internal operations are fraudulent.

First i would like to apologise for any bad or umprofessional behaviour from this company. We do our best to be our best. There have been a lot of turn arounds within the office.. Due to shortages of decent office staff and service technicians. But as of right now we are on the road to a 5 star rating. I love the service..have been using them for 6 years.

We have used Premier for 30 + years and love their technicians. We started because we had a roach infestation we didnt know about until it was really bad. They cleared all the roaches out and kept them out. This was in our previous home. Since we moved into a newly-built home on what used to be farmland, they have kept us bug free. They were recommended to us originally, and we have recommended them to many others.

I have been with is company for a number of years. In the last six months I have had trouble getting my quarterly service done. Once I was just stood up. When it rains, and they have to reschedule, they do not put you on the schedule to be serviced quickly. Instead you are put at the end of the line, and have to wait two weeks. My last two quarterly treatments have been delayed over a month. You also do not get the same tech every time, so he can become familiar with your property and what needs to be done.The manager does not call you when you request to speak to her. Right now their phones and website have been down for days.

So I discontinued service about 7 months ago. Ever since then, they have been relentless in the sales calls. After repeated times of telling them I am not interested, they still call back about every other week. They are literally calling me twice a month. The last time I said I wasn’t interested, they hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Don’t use this company.

I have not used this company personally, but wanted to make one note about one of the service trucks I drove by this morning. I witnessed the driver of the Premier marked truck driving recklessly and he flipped off another driver for what seemed like no apparent reason. Whatever the case, this obviously did not give off a good first impression of the company.

They will put you on hold for an hour until you are forgotten and have to call back again. Will not use this company, the techs that work here cancel appts with the receptionists and will not call to tell you that they are rescheduling you. I recommend Orkin Pest & Termite Control or All safe pest & Termite have not had a problem with either of these companies.

I had an appointment for inspection a couple weeks ago. The appointment was at noon. The man that was doing the inspection showed up at 8:00 AM. I work nights so I sleep late. He didnt even come in to do the inspection. Just stood out on my porch and told me what needed to be done, that it was going to cost me thousands of dollars for the service, and would take a minimum of 3 treatments to get rid of the problem. These people clearly either need to hire exterminators with good customer service or just shut down. They obviously dont want to do their job. Not to mention, my parents have a contract with them and the person they have doesnt want to do the job they were hired to do at their house. This company is the absolute worst.

My family and I have been customers with Premier for years. I recently had a rodent problem. When the worker came out, he wrote upa quote for the work and set an appointment for the following day, but never showed. Another appointment was set, no one showed. Another appointment was set, the guy who showed had no idea what he was supposed to be doing. Another appointment was set, and no one showed. I ended up fixing the problem myself.

Never used the service, but a Premier Germite Company truck just got road rage and tried to run me off the road in Cedar Hill because I honked at him for not yielding as I was exiting off the highway at the 1382 northbound exit, 11:12am on 7-11-19.

We have used Premier for 20 years. As of today their phones and website are offline. They didnt show or call to sat they werent for a Friday appointment. Looks like they have gone out of business.
