I wish I could give this company ZERO stars! Three issues with this service I received today for weevils:1. THE EXTERMINATOR, JOSE, STOLE $300+ dollars. When I went to pay for something after his service, the money was completely gone from my wallet. I was left with a $5 bill and 9 $1 bills. There is completely no one else who could have taken it.2. He was 1 hour late with no communication about his arrival time, nor did he apologize for the inconvenience.3. Jose did not have a mask on despite professional conduct and county mandate.This company told me “they would right the wrong”, yet could not do anything. I strongly warn you to HIDE YOUR STUFF if you don’t want it STOLEN by any employees of this company.

I have a 6 month old and we are on a schedule so I I appreciated the punctuality! I also appreciated that the technician was wearing a mask and took off his shoes when entering the house. All together professional and efficient!

These guys are awesome and very honest and diligent team of folks. They brought up some concerns in a good way and automatically plan for the best most economic plan of attack without selling the most high priced deal on the market. Definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely outstanding service and customer service!!!!!! From the moment I called in for a service to the service itself was outstanding!!! I called in with an emergency of termites and within 45 min they had a service tech Thai come in. He explained everything and called the main office to see if they could treat my home with foam until the baits were put it in. Thai explained they didn’t have any but his service manager Kelvin went to garland to purchase some and drove to my home to service it himself!!! Thank you so much Arrow exterminators for going above and beyond!!!! The prices were incredible and were def signing up for pest and mosquito treatments in our home.

Horrible customer service they routinely show up unannounced even with our contract stating that a call is required before hand and not to show up before 4pm. 3 times they have been ignored our requirements and trespassed on our property. This last time they did this I canceled our service and they stated I would not be charged and today I received a bill. I recommend staying away from this company as their technicians obviously cant read contracts.

Service was ineffective and overpriced. I was expecting a professional to diagnose and problem-solve for my issue. Instead they sent a kid with a can of insecticide who looked at a few cracks and crevices, concluded he didn’t know where the problem was coming from, and just sprayed the apartment hoping it would work.Not exactly the service I had in mind when I decided to spend over $80.

I appreciate the tech listening to my concerns especially since I am a single mom. This is one less thing for me to worry about. They are always on time and communicate way better then my ex-husband. Thank you

In all of my years, I have only heard that exterminators only fed the bugs and that it was a waste of money. That sure has not been the case in my experience with Arrow exterminators. They have kept my yard very bug free, I havent seen termites since I implemented that program a couple years ago, and they quickly eradicated a problem when a start of some cockroaches occurred. Nothing but a great professional experience with their office, their products, and their technicians!
