Very clean self-service laundry. Lots of machines of various sizes from top-loaders to comforter sized. And the bonus is that the dryers are free with a wash. Did I mention very clean.

Very clean laundry facility. Washing in the top loader costed me 2.75 today and I saw the front loaders are 3.25. Drying was free because I washed there. Nice place to do laundry. They sell detergent (Gain). They also offer laundry service of washing, drying, and folding your clothes as well.

Was very good! All the machines work, wash is a little pricey but free dry makes up for it. its clean, and climate controlled. There is nothing worse than going into a laundry facility and half the machines are out of order, its crowded, and no A/C your folding your laundry and dripping sweat all over it. Frustrating!! Like the one I was going to on Inwood rd behind Race Track. I went to that location today and it was closed were broke into or something. Always have a huge homeless community sitting there by the doors, and at night its a huge party. So I had to find another on google and found JR Coun Laundry, and Im glad did. It was so much better then where I was going. 5 stars from me!

Very clean place the A.C. works in the summer and the heat works in the winter. I drive 10 miles to wash my stuff here when theres one 1/4 mile from me. All washers and dryers work I dont need to put loads in different washers all over the place. And the food next door is 5 stars too.

Good spot to wash your clothes or better yet get your clothes washed for a small fee. The employees are always hard at work cleaning the place and helping the customers with needs. just be prepared the parking lot can get very tight when Mikes Chicken connected to the building opens up for business lol.

This seems to be more of a Wash and Fold Laundry. A lot of women working very hard to wash, dry and fold.As I was opening the washer, which was stuck, an employee ran over and rudely shamed me, “No, no, no. BE CAREFUL!” I apologized but the handle didn’t open dryer immediately. I apologized again and she was visibly irritated. Once I was finished, there were no dryers. So, I left with wet comforters (I’m not usually a wet blanket.) Also, mask wearing was not enforced which made be nervous. So I left. Won’t be returning.

Not a good end to the experience. Started off fine. I was wash three comforters and was able to get them in the larger washers. Finished washing and moved them to the dryers. Right after I started drying, the power went out. Not a big deal. It came back on a few mins later. When I went to start the dryers again, I noticed that one of my comforters had been moved to another dryer up top ( initial all my blanket were in bottom dryers. Ok fine. As long as it’s in a dryer, that’s fine. I sit down and play on my phone. A few mins later, I look up and see that the comforter has been moved again. So I go to check on them and see how far they are. They’re far enough along to where I can finish them at home. I have three (blue, brown, and white). The blue is the biggest and still kinda damp so I’ll take that out last. I check on the brown one and a lady comes up to me and say no that’s not yours. I wreck her. Yes, it’s mine. I have three. She takes it and puts it back and dryer and say “no, it’s for a customer. It’s not yours”. She says that dryers with numbers on them are hers to use ( I’m assuming she works there and there are indeed dryers with taped numbers. I guess for the employees to use for customers who drop things off for them) but I know this blanket is mine. I guess she was the one moving it around. So I have to straight up tell her, no. This is my blanket. I have three. The blue one, the white one and this brown one. It is mine. She then takes a step back and says well you’re not suppose to use the dryers with the numbers on them. I had no idea and as far as I know, this was said or labeled anywhere. It was my first time using this place. I told her “that’s fine, but this is my blanket” and fold my things and left. She was so rude. And would not listen to me. How many things are getting mixed up if they can’t keep track of what they’re washing and drying. It’s a blanket. She should know if shes drying a blanket or not. Just so rude

I moved here from California and I thought I found a nice place that was cheap, friendly, clean but this is not the case I used to go here weekly, and little did I know someone was STEALING MY CLOTHES! Do not go here. Yes they are cheap but once you switch over your clothes they are watching you and going through your stuff taking what they want. Dirt bags.

Washers were clean and cheap! Staff was constantly cleaning, and the Dryers are free.

Three loads in the large IPSO washing machine. Selected program 7 for a prewash + wash cycle. Which is suppose to last 50 mins. The first machine ran properly for 50 mins. The second one ran fo 28 mins. The third one ran for 43 mins. Asked for my money back on the two machines because it didn’t wash properly and the owner denied the issue and refused to refund.

I washed my shoes here and they didnt come clean. Paid $2.50 in the top load washer, I told one of the employees about my shoes still having dirt on them and all she tells me is the washer is no good and wont give my money back to put them in a better washer. Why have washers that arent good and just taking customers money. I always wash these shoes in a top load washer and they look almost new. Big inconvenience. Im very upset about this.

J&R Coin Laundry provides excellent services. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The washing and drying machines are excellent. The laundry is also very clean. It has a very safe environment. I highly recommend J&R Coin Laundry.

They stole at least 6 pairs of pants/Jeans from my husband and I and offered all of $30 as compensation. Do not use their laundry service.

Ive been coming to JR Coin Laundry for several years and my review is long overdue.I use their drop off and pickup service which is about $1.09 a pound and tip 20% at the time of drop-off. The staff is friendly and always ask when I want to pick it up and they will do their best (hence when I tip 25%) to accommodate a 5 hour window!They also follow my instructions, hot and bleach for my white bath towels, everything else low heat (i.e. sheets, underwear, jeans) and have never had issues with lost items or destroyed items.If I had one complaint, its minor and thats the traffic for the adjoining Mikes Chicken. Its probably the best friend chicken Ive ever had but dinner and lunch time traffic can make their small lot packed. Ive parked next door at the automotive shop and always ask if they mind (they havent to-date) and most of the patrons observe the drop off pick up only spots.All of the ladies Ive done business with are polite and professional.I wish them many years of continued success.

I’ve been using their wash and fold service for the entire six years that I’ve lived here in Dallas. I know just about everyone who works here and they are all wonderful people. When I do need to do laundry myself I do it here as their machines are good to use, and the free dryers are nice. All the prices are reasonable especially the wash and fold prices which are excellent- so much so that it’s a no brainer to include a $5 tip for the gals who do your laundry when you drop it off - at least that’s my humble recommendation to y’all! Enjoy!

Come here from time to time to wash large items and stuff and its always clean and doesnt feel sketchy like some laundromats.Just used the washing service for the first time because I was short for time and my dryer is on the fritz and wow!!! My towels have never been this soft or smelled this nice!!! My only regret was not taking my bedding in. I would love to sleep in this wonderful soft scent!! Next time haha

If I could give no stars I would workers are rude . Dont speak English. And rush you out when you still have 45 minutes to fold everything unless you know them they let you stay and finish. Ive never had a worker mop and keep mopping cause shes ready to leave and its not even time for them to close . Will definitely not ever go back . I will stick to the laundry mat that I usually go.not a good place the positive reviews are probably from people they know.

If you want to save big on hotel services like laundry (room service etc) use coin laundry. Many people in guess use the same outfits every day or pack a lot. For light luggage that is the best option.

Great place if you have lots of laundry. The bigger washers are 5-6 dollars, but they will hold a lot of laundry. The best part is you may spend money on washing machine, but you WILL save money on the dryers. Dryers are free to use.

A terrific place to do your laundry. it is very clean, owned by the same folk that own Mikes Kitchen, attached to it. The place opens @ 7 AM, and you need to get there early, or it gets packed, and there are no dryers available. they also do laundry for you, at a cost of $1.09 per pound, with a minimum of 8 pounds. If you need to do your laundry out, this is the place to go.

This place opens at 7 am its quiet too. But more expensive than my regular place. The dryers are free if you wash here. I definitely will only be coming back if I need clothes washed ASAP.

This place is great. Ive been using it for a while and its always clean and well lit. Prices are fair and the dryers are free if you wash there. Nice attendants and theres a chicken place attached to it. Super convenient.

Great place to get laundry washed. From an out of towers, I felt safe coming here to wash. Machine in great shape, employees were more than helpful, location was well lit and property was clean and well kept.

Basic and cheap laundromat. Nothing particularly spectacular about this place but it is clean and CHEAP. As little as $2.50 for one wash and you can use the dryers for free if you wash. The drop off service is pleasant and efficient. I can drop off my clothes around 11am and they will be ready for pick up around 3 or 4pm the same day. Unsure how their prices on that compare to other nearby places however. This place has an ATM as well as a couple of vending machines and a chicken place right next door (same building) if you get hungry waiting on your load of laundry to finish.

Place is always clean and price reasonable since they have free drying.

Heres the thing this place is clean and the machines for the most part work and its in a good location however if the owner to signs he doesnt like the way you look he will be a complete ass to you we used to go there all of the time. The washers and dryers at our Apartments never work so we would go once or twice a week to this place and also eat next door the mans wife is a total dream and she loves us and she has no clue what an a****** her husband is but when we were in an accident and lost our car and we started walking to the laundromat I think the owner decided that we were probably homeless people doing our laundry because we brought it in and duffle bags and we walked to the washateria. It didnt matter that we dropped 30 bucks every time we walk through the door he would always find a reason to pick on us he didnt like where we were standing what we were putting our clothes my husband would walk without his shirt all the way up to the door and try to put the bags inside and then put a shirt on because of the summer of course its grueling in Texas the man would stop him before he even got to the front door screaming at him to put his shirt before Steven even got to the threshold of the business this man is a total a****** he is giving me nothing but grief every time Ive ever been there when hes there and its such a shame because the food next door is great his wife is a drain the machines work really well its clean and its a cool place to do laundry if he wasnt present so just beware the owner behaves like a bigoted racist.

OMG! Love this place!I use their same day drop off laundry service often - as long as you get your stuff there before 4pm, theyll have it ready for pick up same day (latest p/u time is 9pm)! I dropped off 30 lbs on a Saturday around 11am and was able to p/u @ 4pm! $.99/lb for wash, dry, and fold or hangers (no additional charge for hangers like other places). Also, they weigh the clothes @ drop off in front of you - Ive gone to other places that dont do this. Ladies are super friendly and the restaurant next door is pretty good :)Ive also used their laundromat which has free dryers - cant remember the washer pricing but it was better than what they offer @ my condo.

This laundromat is always extremely clean, the staff are really friendly, and machines are always in perfect condition. Free drying is a huge bonus and theres also some coin operated games to keep you entertained as well as a tiny store with all of the laundry supplies you may need.

Love this place. The drop off and pick up service is really good and a bit pricey but its ok because youre paying for convenience.

Nice employees all machines work well or have repair tag you will never have any issues here someone is always there to help you and the best part Dryers are always FREE. They sell all items to do laundry + lottery tickets also have flat screens TVs Video games machines and there is a Chicken restaurant inside with outside tables under a covered oning. Gave it 3 stars for the awesome friendly staff. Found the washers outdated and final spinning on a $3.75 front loader washer dirty water so foggy you would thought first clean spin. A bum walked through and personally walked from person to person babbling asking for something, but couldnt make out dialog, think it was money. Have a dryer at my house, and my clothes did not spin out and were water logged. Been there 1 time before and other washer didnt leave clothes saturated in water. But will seek another washeteria. Atmosphere is dismal, not built for people, but designed for owner money income.

These batches throw away your clothes...dont come here...i washed on Friday....left out of town forgot a load of clothes. Called didnt pick up the phone. Came back Monday and talked to the girls in the morning. She said my clothes are gone. Check back after 3 to talk to the other girls. Came back she said Monday the trash picks up the morning. When I was I was here in the morning, she said Sunday trash comes. English is a dead language in America.

The service is nice. When first coming here my whites were really white and my colors were clean. Since then my instructions are not being adhered to.My white have been so dingy that I had to put them in the tub and soak them in clorox.They turned back white again. It lets me know they are not using extra clorox as instructed.I got back a formally YELLOW blouse which is now GRAY. Its obvious they washed it with the color clothes.I smelled under the arms of another blouse and it smelled like my deodorant. If I had time to re wash my clothes, I wouldnt drop them off in the first place.This is NOT the first or second time this has happened.

I am in transition from another state and my dear friend brought me to this laundromat. Very quick, easy, and helpful place. Oh and to dry your clothes is free. It only cost $7 for 2 loads of clothes (only on full load and 1/4 of a load). The bonus was the restaurant next door. Omg those chicken strips were sooooooo good. At a certain point it does start to get crowded and the chances of drying your clothes may delay you by some minutes.✌✌✌✌
