I usually have no issues with the security guards working here, but I think some need to be trained on having tact. I had an issue where my card was charged twice on tuesday the 2nd in the parking lot and after speaking with the older lady at the desk trying to let her know what happened instead of letting me speak about it she assumed I wanted a refund wich isnt the case I really just wanted to be let out again and called even, she cut me off and was like well thats not my problem thats downstairs immediately wanted to call her manager when I didnt feel was needed but because it was offered didnt mind. I felt like it was a simple matter just wanted to be let out since I was double charged and i tried to show her the proof so she wouldnt think i was lying. She just completely said it wasnt her problem that it was downstairs issue. Then she asked who I worked for and proceeded to tell me I wasnt allowed to park there, but when in reality as long as its paid for theres no issue with my employer. In the whole year Ive worked there never had a issue with them, hopefully this doesnt happen with anyone else and if it does I hope they actually decide to listen before blurting out its not their problem:) other than that one issue this place is pretty great really friendly guards :)

Beautiful building! Professional, kind and courteous staff.

Large facility that has so many policies in place that nobody knows how to get in from day to day. Their covid protection policies cause more backups and health risks than they prevent. Every time I go in there I get stuck in a little room with 8-10 other technicians while the few employees try to figure out access requests.

Bank of America building is a great place to work. Laid back environment and good benefits, great pay.

This building has been here for as long as I can remember! I’ve had the pleasure of being able to get a tour of the facility today and the interior is absolutely breath taking!

Its a great place for conferences & they have excellent parking, however the traffic you encounter to get there can be rough, so leave early when going there.

The security guards are nice while still being security. The have an awesome coffee machine, snacks and a customer appreciation lunch monthly. What more do you want in a data center.

I work here at the Infomart, IT guy for the bank, the building is very nice, theres a cafe, for breakfast and lunch, a building full of friendly people, awesome security staff.

Make sure to bring a State ID, known the company that you are visiting by name and suite number, and if you are a company tech coming to do work wear a company shirt-trust me youd save soo much trouble -. PARKING! Is not free so do not try to be sneaky by parking on the tenants parking, youd get towed.
