This email is in response to the excellent customer service I received at the following store: 1706 West Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32304.My vehicle charger stopped working on 4/16/2021. I was three hours from home and without a way to charge my phone. I contacted your corporate store on 4/17/2021 and Sabrina sprung into action. She notified Mr. Darrell Bates of my issue and together they quickly found a solution.The day before, your representative (Alfie) spent about an hour on the phone trying to resolve my issue after another corporate store refused to help. He could not get me a vehicle charger, but he was so patient and professional that I had to mention him in this email.After contact with the Tallahassee store today, I notified customer service of the excellent service received in hopes of getting this e-mail to the corporate office. The representative (Bryana-BF2895) did not have the corporate information but did contact her manager to assist. I do not know her supervisors name. I failed to get that information. However, he/she will be forwarding this email to you.I do not want to make this post too long, but I just wanted to let you know about your wonderful staff and their excellent customer service skills. If it is possible, I would love follow-up on this matter. I just want to make sure these representatives (Darrell Bates, Sabrina, Alfie, Bryana, and Bryanas manager) are praised for all that they did to assist me.

I have been a customer going back to 2014. i am not a valued customer. i up grade my phone to a new phone then it gets stuck in airplane. i sent it in to get it back not fixed. i sent it back again to be sent a used refurbished phone at a new price. i refused it sent it back.they charged me $200 deductable then credited it back to just add it back this month. they are still wanting me to pay for a phone i sent back and refuse to take it off my bill. i dropped at&t to go over to T-MOBLE. shame on you at&t for taking advantage of your paying customers

Do not come to my house advertising. Had someone come and despite me askigg muktiple times if he was advertising, told us he was warning of construction, then continued to talk about how bad Spectrum is. You changed my mind alright, Im switching our mobile from AT&T to T-Mobile. Your sales practices are atrocious. Your guy pulled me away from my family dinner for his sneaky sales pitch. Shame on you.

The worst service I ever met. I set up an appointment with a technician and when he came he realized that the apartment number was incorrect and he just canceled my appointment and came out while I was calling to support to make changes in that ticket. I took a day off waiting them all day and they just fleek on me. I wasted about 2 hours talking to their technical support without any results. Terrible user experience. Then they rescheduled my appointment in 3 days. But I called Spectrum, picked up their equipment and got wi-fi next day. The best service really quick and professional. AT&T the worst experience I got. Don’t recommend 👎👎👎

It appears ATT does NOT OFFER or care about customer service. 2 hour phone holds are the norm!! When you go to any ATT store they are worthless, unless you want to buy,buy,buy they tell you call customer service . When Customer service answers they say we don’t handle that here and pass you around with CRAZY HOLDSTWO HOURS ARE REALLY THE NORM!!!!!

GO TO VERIZON!!! VERIZON has better service and coverage. ATT is the WORST COMPANY for cell, direct tv, internet, hotspots, etc., additionally, the customer service department is awful. No one tries to help you and once you call them out for fraudulent charges, suddenly the previous information is not accessible or it changes. They keep accounts on separate billing statements to make it more confusing. I am still working on my issue, if ATT resolves the problem I will update my review.

My router was installed in the incorrect area thus causing my internet to stop and start and they want to charge me to move the router/modem. I refuse to pay to move it due to your technicians placing it in the wrong place. I was informed that the modem should not be placed in an area where there is a metal door, which is exactly where they placed it.In the 35 years that I have lived in the United States, Los Angeles and San Diego, I have never ever had such bad service that I had to go through 7 people in almost 2 hours before someone was able to help me. How on earth you are able to get customers is beyond me. Unfortunately the building where I am now living has contracted with AT&T otherwise I would change my carrier immediately.

I recently switched two phone lines from Sprint on promises of $250 credit for each phone line, a %25 teacher discount and our activation fee waived. Once again ATT lied to me. I was told i could bundle and save with my direct tv and internet for lower cost monthly. I am now paying more monthly! I will be switching services out of ATT.

Absolute worst company ever!!! They wrongly took $1025.09 from our account. When we noticed we called in about it and they reviewed our account and agreed that it should not have been charged. However, no one was able to process a refund and kept transferring us from one person to the next, one department to the next. This happened on 1/10/2020. It is now 1/21/2020 and direct tv still has not processed our refund. They even went as far as to tell me to call my bank and have them return the funds back to my account!!!! I am applauded at the way they conduct business and as soon as my refund had been processed I am canceling our services and making it a personal goal that no one else does business with them!! They committed fraud, agreed that they shouldn’t have taken the money, but act as if they don’t know how to get it back!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

If I could give a lower score I would. Been without internet for two weeks (and this is a school) due to equipment problems on their end. Never can get anywhere calling these people. They only bounce you around to different people. No customer service at all.

WOW so disappointed and shocked with AT&T. Two decades of being a loyal paying on time customer and they just screwed me over. Cancelled account despite two attempts to ask them to help, as a competitor offered a much better deal (Verizon). Cancelled account 3 days into next monthly billing cycle and they are charging me for a whole month, and I’m not even under contract with them. I will never be an AT&T customer again or subscribe to any of their services. Be warned people. They are cut throat.

I was a loyal customer to Directv for more than 13 years. Since AT&T took over it has been the worst experience with a company ever. They have not told me the truth on a single phone call, they changed our plan without us knowing (put us into a plan with less channels and cost more money), and they have lied to me on every call since! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...THEY HAVE NO ONE THAT CARES AND WILL HANG UP ON YOU AFTER DEALING WITH THEM FOR MORE THAN A HOUR!! Wouldnt even give them one star, they stole money out of my account and wont refund it back to me, cancelled my services 48 hrs of having it because I was upset that it took the cable guys 7 1/2 hours to hook up the cable, my Dad had just passed away from cancer so I had had to put off going to the funeral home that I had to book by appointment, because the two cable guys spent most of the time arguing in front of my greaving Mother, my 6 year old and me plus they got everything wrong and had to start over 3 times. The worst and to even make it worst they charged me $121 for services I didnt use and was unhappy with..... Suddenlink has been very helpful and a breeze I promise you AT&T will never get my business EVER!!!! Again

Oct bill $260. Now Nov bill $#571.00 Dec $1069 bill. Wait a minute my phones been shut off since month of October. So how can I my bill still be going up when my services is disconnected/off? So Att can charge a ppl like this. Att told me that my bill will NOT go any higher, It stay same. STOP LIEING! They lie to my me. So big companies like can screw you over like this. They dont unlock your cell phones automatic after you paid them off. Why use there services, We ppl that put them where there are at now today. They forgot that. Terrible prices, customer service and cell phone service for what you have to pay. I was a customer for over 15 years, finally got fed up, cancelled, paid my bills every month to the point of cancellation, and they were trying to charge me for another month of shotty service. I dont think so....AVOID ATT AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER ALTERNATIVES! AVOID DIRECT TV TOO, USE SLING INSTEAD!

I dropped off the att box at wrong location and they did not get the box and charged me for the box.Went to collections. Made a deal and got it paid off.It shows up on my credit report as I still owe it when it is a 0 bal. will be on my credit report for 7 yrs I guess. The problem is I am trying to buy a house and the lender wants it writing that we paid the bill. Att will not put it in writing that we paid it.I went back and forth with att and the credit co- affinia. I’m upset and do not recommend att to anyone! Not even my worst enemy.

If you can, avoid ATT at ALL cost. This is the absolute worse experience I have ever dealt with. The only reason I followed through was because I literally had no other option due to being in an apartment complex that uses att. First of all, I tried to set up service online to take advantage of the $100 rewards card. I plugged in my address and said it doesnt match any of their records. So I was required to call and set it up via phone. When I asked about the rewards card (since it said it was for signing up online only) they guy told me they didnt do that online and started to get an attitude about it. I had to say, I dont need the attitude, Im just asking. He continued with the attitude so I hung up and called back. The next person I talked to, set up the internet for me that took an hour long conversation. I inquired about the rewards card with her, she initially said no and then by the time the phone call ended, she said, since I saw it online, they have to honor it but will have to talk to customer care. They also told me, that a self install was not available in my area and I was required to have a professional install for $99. Not sure how a self install is not available in some areas and not in others. Once I was complete with the set up, the lady transferred me to the wrong department. Not sure how you mix up customer care for internet and direct tv services. Later that day, I looked at my bank account, they required I pay $100 up front for whatever reasons, and I saw two charges on my account. So I called back and talked to the lady. She told me I had to wait 30 days after my set up of services before they can look into any charges on my account. I told the lady, that is unacceptable and I want to speak with the manager. I waited on hold for over 10 minutes to be told I couldnt speak with a manager because none of them were avaible. I just hung up and walked in the store I drove to while waiting to speak with a manager to see if they could help. They were very helpful and recommended I call customer care and talk to a specific department because there wasn’t anything they could do. So I called and talked to this department and they confirmed that everything that was scheduled to be set up was all wrong, the address was wrong and everything had been messed up. Well, now having so many different stories and not trusting any of them, I call back to confirm and this person now confirmed all the original information. And on top of that told me somehow the $99 professional installation fee was now free. It’s crazy that no one know what’s going on when they look at the same account. So at this point, it’s a mystery on whether of someone is showing up to connect my internet and what time. save yourself the time and effort of dealing with this. In what should had taken 20 min max took a total of 4+ hours. These people are the most incompetent people I have ever felt with and this is not the first issue with them. I had similar issues when trying to set up phone service many years back and went to Verizon instead because att creates so many headaches.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I am in California and been trying to get at&t internet. It has been a month and they are still rescheduling my installation day because they are messing up with my order. I called multiple times and they say they know they made a error. They simply say sorry we are going to reschedule because there is no available technicians. There goes another week without internet. I know I am just one customer and maybe at&t won’t listen, but take care of your customers because we customers make at&t possible!

AT&T you have been a nightmare since 2016. I switched over from Verizon and that was the worst decision I ever made. I have spoken to two representatives within the last 5 days and both confirmed that I will not be charged ANY FEE. Here I am with a $225 bill increase. I started my phone services with you in Nov. of 2016 when an iPad special was going on. With each of the devices you would receive a free iPad, which I did + paid $10/per device for 1GB of data. The two representatives both confirmed that for me to cancel the 1GB of data, I would not be charged. I always request a transcripts of my conversations if they are via chat online and NEVER received anything for either. Now my monthly bill is $628. THATS ABSURD!!!! After speaking to another agent (over the phone) + a manager today, no one is able to do anything for me. Not waive a fee or access the transcripts. The only thing the manager, Marie, offered was to give me back the 1GB of data per device after running a credit check, that could potentially worsen my credit. I will never use AT&T again and if Im unable to switch to a better carrier before my contract ends in Nov., then I can promise you that you have lost my family as customers forever. I will be publishing my review all over social media as you have continuously taken money from me and over-charged on fees that do not make sense or have provided inaccurate information. This is absurd and cruel and I will do my best to avoid this happening to those I care for and are in my lives. No one deserves the horrible treatment yall provide.

This is a long story, but worth reading. If this review saves one person from making the mistake of going to AT&T it will be worth it. My husband and I switched to AT&T for the military discount. When they created our account there was a “glitch” and somehow they created 2 accounts. One account with my husband and another with myself and our children. Now keep in mind my husband and I had NO clue this had happened. A few days later AT&T notices their mistake and and joins both accounts. This leaves the account my husband was in alone out in limbo with a $35 balance. Keep in mind we have no clue any of this had happened, but AT&T does. Anyways, 4 months go by and my husband receives a call about this unknown account and balance. He was explains that there was never supposed to be 2 accounts, and the rep from AT&T says “don’t worry about that sir, the account now has no balance. We apologize.” A few days later my husband gets another call about the same account. He tries to explain to the rep that this had already been taken care of, but this rep is YELLING over my husband! She is telling him that she is going to send the bill to a third part collection agency. We are in the middle of buying a house and we can’t have that. So my husband gets frustrated and hangs up. I then try calling the 611 or whatever it is to call customer service myself and try with a different rep. Guess what?? That rep that my husband hung up on disconnected all of our services. Yes, unbelievable. So we head down to AT&T. We talked to the nicest guy, but this situation was far above his pay grade. The manager, Mark, came out and did his best to help us. He spent 3 hours on the phone but couldn’t fix the issue due to the disconnection being from the malicious rep collecting on the mysterious account. Mark, the manager, says to us “oh yeah, those reps will cut off your service if you make them angry.”. At the end of the 3 hours he says there is nothing he can do and he hopes he can have it resolved in a few days. Keep in mind folks I have teenagers and no cell phones, internet, or cable....Not to mention my husband missed out on work calls that totaled over a thousand dollars. I run a business as well and had customers and employees unable to contact me. The next day we go back and spend another 3 hours. Still not fixed. Finally they get the phones back on but the cable and internet still gives us issues going in and out. AT&T’s idea of making it right to us was a $50 credit on our bill. So let me get this straight. AT&T screws up and creates 2 accounts. Not my fault. Then merged them together without telling us. Then sends the account into collections. The account we didn’t create or ask for. Then they yell at us over a bill on an account we didn’t know existed and maliciously shut off our services. Leaving us with TEENAGERS and no cell phones, cable, or internet for 2 days and my husband missing out on over a thousand dollars worth of work....$50?? I spent 6 hours in their store trying to resolve a mess they created and they offer a $50 credit?? Wow. Congratulations AT&T. You suck.

I have never encountered such poor customer service from AT&T before signing up for Direct TV. What a horrible experience I am having and I will have my lawyer/brother review my contract to see what I can do before I just bolt from them and take the ding on my credit. Heck, I;m over 65 and pay cash for everything and have no debt. At this point I just dont care.

Has been a month and AT&T still has made no internet installation. Management does not care about customers. If only Verizon was possible in my area I would totally change even if I have to pay extra. AT&T management training is a joke! I am currently using my phone from Verizon hot spot to connect my devices to internet. I can gladly say that Verizon simple internet hot spot sharing has been an easy process than getting internet from AT&T.

AT&T sales and tech sopport for Uverse are idiots. Do you know that under the uverse 350/450 package the steaming is a joke. You are told that you can record 4 HD channels. Its like this if you are recording 4 programs than your other TVs in your home will be intrrupted. The most disturbing thing is that AT&T knows that and dont tell you that when buying a package nor when the technician finish installing it. But want you to purchase a higher internet package so you will be able to record the 4 HD channels and watch 2 live programs.WHAT A RIP OFF. BEWARE CONSUMERS OF UVERSE

Should be an option for no stars! Customer service 800 number always sends you to the phillipines where they refuse to transfer you to the us or resolve an issue unless you threaten to cancel service! Sad thing is that even the reps in the us once you get thru after arguing for 15 min to be transferred will actually tell you “oh just say you want to cancel and you will be transferred”!?!? This is the most pathetic, horribly run company on the planet! They could give a damn about their customers!
