Our internet has been down and weve been calling all day yesterday to no resolve, lost an entire day of productivity. Still calling today and we have no clue when a technician will be available to come out.This is costing us major delays as well disturbing the cash flow of our business. REDICULOUS!

Their network engineers are useless. Boingo customer here. I live in Oklahoma and in order to reach Dallas, the packets go to Michigan before it goes to Dallas……. Because of it, now I get high ping.
