I wouldnt suggest anyone going there after 6pm to workout. The facility is dirty, not enough cleaning tissue and solution at the posts during this covid time, stinking dirty toilets, overcrowded, not enough equipment..etc..its a mess of a place..and above all understaffed and disinterested employees..KEEP IT CLEAN DURING THE PANDEMIC OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS...and there is a brand new clean facility down the street called texas family fitness...clean, new and same monthly !!! SO WAKEUP..

Tried to cancel account in July with a staff person at this location and was told wed have to call a customer service number instead. After a runaround, was told it could not be cancelled but they put a 6 month hold on it instead. Was also told theyd refund us a $54 facility fee since we were unable to use the facility during the shutdown. The refund never came and 5 months later, without notice or consent, we started being charged the monthly fee again.The staff at this location are nice, but dealing with the company is a nightmare when you want to cancel your membership.
Never open in time this is the 3rd time workers dont show up on time gym opens at 5 am and its 5:40am and still not open. This is ridiculously I will be cancelling my membership.
Horrible customer service - they sent my account to collections with ZERO notice after I was told that I could freeze my membership for 6 months. 4 months after an employee froze my account, she said for 6 months, I received texts stating account was overdue. I went into the club and was told that there was nothing they could do, there was no manager available and no customer service number to contact. So even though I was told my membership was frozen until February 2021 because of some employee, and even though I was never contacted before my account was sent to collections, I am supposed to just pay for the membership. The only way they could do anything was if I signed back up which I obviously don’t want to do after this experience. My friend had the same issue with being told she could freeze for 6 months, only to find out she couldn’t and be charged as well. Perhaps YouFit should make sure their employees know the correct information before this happens to other people. Especially during COVID when a lot of people are freezing their memberships.

This is a worst fitness center, I have ever seen in my life. I used go to different location(17721 Dallas pkwy), which they closed that permanently without any notice. Now the manager who works in this new location is suggesting me to move to this other club located in a different place. Which is located 30-40 mins one way.They are continually charging my credit card with their amount of choice. This is a trap please avoid this gym. I would not recommend this fitness center..Beware of this scam fitness center!!
Walked in to cancel my membership,, stated this to the girl at the front desk (she was white) immediately she called the Hispanic guy to come assist us. She didn’t even spoke to us. I guess my English wasn’t good enough for her. After driving an hr because the club close to me closedown and is not reopening, this clubs customer service and the whole company is the worst at its best!! I would give this place 0 stars.

Went into Youfit trying to cancel a membership and was told I was not allowed to cancel for 3 more months and even if I didnt use their facility in the next 3 months I still have to pay them them over $600. DONT GO HERE... Once youre in youre stuck being a member and it is not worth it...

This is a great club. The pricing is great! The staff are very personable and helpful. The members are cool - a very chill situation overall.Lockers available, showers available, classes available for a number of different things, and you can get personalized training as well. I highly recommend this location.
Youfit employees work hard to ensure that our workout experience is the best. The Instructors in the Group Fitness class are all so good and engaging. Its a wonderful social experience that happens to be good for us.
I enjoy going to the gym and I meet the nicest people here. The Wednesday Body Pump class with Heather was cancelled -- it bummed me out! She is a positive high-energy instructor who gave clear directions for all the exercises in this fast-paced 1/2 hour class. The regular attenders will definitely miss her!

In some way you have to understand that You fit is an entity that pays the rent of the premises and other expenses, I was also paying during this pandemic that closed the premises, but I did not speak so that they do not charge me because it is a place very close where I live and it is my favorite, the staff is very nice..do not get angry for paying 12 dolar a month in the end you have to help us .. we know there is something for everyone.

The gym is well maintained, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable & the equipment is almost always available to use. Even when it’s busy, everyone there is cool and accommodating. My favorite gym.
You actually fit in and feel apart of the staff even though you dont actually work there. Theyre always greeting you with smiling faces and they remember my name! Lol Most people dont remember my name. Ive been going every day and I will continue to do so. They are all so awesome. My child goes to the kids club in the morning and she LOVES it there. Im smiling when I go in and Im smiling when I leave. This is the first gym I actually look forward to going to daily because I dont always feel like Im just going to work out; I feel like Im going to visit family.
I was unable to reply to the managers reply to my previous review so Im doing it here. He argues that one can just call that phone number and contact a person. Before his reply, the number would just disconnect the call, but now it tells you that ppl are busy answering other calls and they hang up. This happens no matter what time you call. Theres no option of a voicemail either.They just charged my account AGAIN (3rd time) despite the manager assuring me it wasnt going to happen. I had explained to him Im without a job and I do not get unemployment so things arent exactly easy. He had agreed to a freeze and to credit me for one month and then refused to answer any of my emails but he did have time to answer a review.This practice is beyond wrong and unethical. All other gyms stopped charging their members when this started. How can they charge for something you arent using? The fact that they REFUSE to give any kind of communication so they can cancel payments should tell you the kind of people they are.They dont care if you need that money to eat or keep your electric on. They dont care if u have kids or if you may have a sick parent. All they care is to take your money against your will.So if you have the same problem, please contact me so we can all place a complaint with the BBB and the state/AG and hopefully get our money back and people like them out of practice. Taking advantage of customers during a pandemic is the worse kind of corporate evil Ive seen in a while.
Ive been going to this location for nearly 2 years and its been a great experience overall.Pros:-Tons of equipment (Plenty of machines, 2 Squat Racks, 2 Smith Machines, free weights going up to 90 pounds, etc.)-Equipment is almost always in good shape.-Employees are friendly.-The environment is generally inviting.Cons:-Management is getting switched out every 6 months-Bathrooms are not cleaned up oftenOverall: At $10 a month (excluding their ~$40 Annual Fee for Maintenance), this is a great deal. 100% would recommend for gyms with membership costs under $30/month.

Never suggest this gym to anyone . I Cancelled over two month ago at this location but am currently still being charged 2 times and also being charged for annual fee ($54). I went and spoke with the manager and he was absolutely no help. He said there is no refund in the gym policy.

Clean locker rooms and facility. Friendly staff and nice open space for working out. The exercise class room is a bit smaller than expected but I enjoyed the yoga classes.

Clean, but customer service sucks. They really need better people at the front desk. Most have a sassy attitude when asked simple questions. I guess you get what you pay for, also its not appreciated when youre working out and one of the trainers is pointing his camera phone directly at you. There should be something against that.
The gym is nice and clean, but the staff just lose their professionalism because they want to appear cool. The equipment are top notch, there is always equipment available even when its crowded around 4-9pm. Overall I think its worth the money, I have the lime membership and it comes with different perks except I dont take their classes because I dont want to. Give it a try

Has all the equipment to improve your bodys condition and health...excellent staff to guide and assist you in your planned goals..Comfortable atmosphere to work out in given the color schemes of the interior..they are healing, relaxing colors...a designing good choice....Green and Purple....try the free three day trial just to check it out....
Just started working out again. This place has a good vibe. All of the equipment is new. Friendly staff! My only complaint is they only have 2 exercise bikes yet dozens of treadmills and other cardio machines. Old farts like me like to start out on a bike to get the blood flowing!
Friendly staff. Plenty of equipment that is placed well, close to home and much more affordable than most gyms. No pressure. No huge contracts or extra fees. I love it.
Great female manager, thats always helping with anything, locker rooms are fantastic, wish theyd get rid of some of the people that just tie up machines to hit on women, but theyve done a good job at doing so. Also, the gym is never packed, always machines to use while waiting on yours to open up. I just wish they would hire employees that actually put up the weights or make customers clean up the station before they move to the next. Get ride of some lazy employees and the gym would be flawless.
Great price and perks for lime membership. Staff is very courteous and no matter the time of day there is always free equipment. Just wish all the classes listed before I signed up were actually offered. I went to try out the Piyo strength class only to find out they no longer offered it. The closest location where it is now offered is 30 minutes away... 👎👎
Not a great experience at this location. Cancelled over a month ago due to bad encounters with some of the members at this gym but am currently still being charged . Called and spoke with the manager TAYLOR and he was absolutely no help. He accused me of lying about cancelling and about my horrible experiences with some of the members. Threatening to “roll back the tapes “ as if I’m making all this up . That itself was enough for me. I’ve visited multiple locations but my experience at this one was enough for me to toss my lime card membership for good.
This gym is great! The machines and restrooms are always clean and the staff is super friendly.
My club got permanently closed due to COVID, and I was paying all this time... now, since offered to me new location is too far, I want to cancel my membership, and it is basically IMPOSSIBLE. Every call to HQ, customer service and local club just gets disconnected. DO NOT sign up with YouFit!
Everyone is friendly and courteous about sharing space and equipment. Trainers and staff are always happy to help, answer questions and offer assistance.

I’ve been coming in for over three years now.The staff is always welcoming and helpful, I typically always see someone cleaning up machines and everything is usually clutter free unless a member has made a quick mess.Never have to wait for any machine or device which is a surprise given how busy the place can get!

Impact closed their White Rock location and gave the members less than 30 days notice. Rather than allow members to effectively cancel their members on the closing day of the gym, they with held the 30 day cancellation notice clause of the membership, forcing members to pay for another month of dues after the gym is closed.
Location is the perfect size gym, with super helpful staff. Trainer P is excellent!!
This is the best deal in town if you’re looking for affordable workouts on machines and in classes. The Lime Card is about $22 a month and includes unlimited classes at any YouFit location — I love Pilates with Sherise. This is not a super fancy or particularly large gym. But for me, it’s got everything I want.

Horrible management! Cant keep a manager for very long. The company changes rules all the time. I had the same complains as Roxanna Santana regarding closing my account and my debit card changing. I was handling 2 deaths in my family for the past 2 months out of State. I was called and told I was going to be sent to collections. I told them to close my account because Im out of state. They said I have to pay the bill and sign a form to close the account. But to top it off the want to charge me $10 to close it.I will be sending in a closing letter as well as my father and grandfathers death certificates. If they want to charge me to close the account they have no heart.

Jessica Bahena, your fitness instructor at your club is absolutely the best. She teaches both YouGX Total Sculpt and Zumba classes. She without question the best motivational instructor, I have ever seen. She comes into class and immediately sparks high energy in the way she addresses the class and motivates everyone. She is always completely professional and makes sure every person is doing each exercise correctly and safely. I used be a runner, running 4 to 8 miles daily at a sub 8 minute per mile pace but I was stuck at a weight of 228 lbs. Since doing Jessicas classes steadily, both Zumba and Sculpting classes, I have lost 20 lbs. Thank you for adding Jessica to the schedule on Friday. Her one hour combo is fantastic and the class feels like a super fun party
Great place. Usually not too busy or having to wait on equiptment. Only thing we dont understand is why we cant keep gym bag with us. My wife was rudely given crap about that; but several others were carrying gym bags around and they werent confronted, even after my wife pointed them out. Answer that please.
I think the staff is amazing they always answer my questions always a nice clean gym and they help me with my workouts and give me advice on what I should do to better myself and any member Ive asked advice has gladly helped me out theyve never made me feel uncomfortable I enjoy going up there...
Friendly people working there and plenty of equipment to work out on. They offer unlimited classes and child care for $30 a month or just $10 to workout only. Great price, but a little too hot and humid during the summer.
I went to try to work out in this facility as a guest around 6:40 pm 18th of July. The staff checking people in did not even know what their guest pass system is. Furthermore, they decide to help other people while they clearly see they jumped the line. Nee to town and was trying this fitness center out and I clearly see that I would never want to go here already.

After 2 years of our group having membership here, we were met with a new Operations Manager: Jessica. Jessica asked our group to not make any noise during deadlift, first of which we have heard in 2 years of this policy. Jessica continued to escalate the situation and did not recognize normal deadlift noise. She clearly has no idea how a deadlift is supposed to sound, and more importantly, lost several long term members while making no attempt to be reasonable. As we were leaving, she walked away from our cancellation to tell another they could not deadlift due to noise.In short, do not support YouFit as long as Jessica remains an employee.
Decent gym and inexpensive.
I went into the gym in June 2018 when I moved away and tried to cancel my account. At that time I was told I did not have an active account. Around the end of the year I noticed an email in my junk box and called to verify if my account was indeed cancelled and was again told I did not have an account. I noticed that the fees were still being withdrawn from my account in Jan and called to find out that I did have an account, they just had my phone number wrong so they never found me when they looked for it. They refused to refund charges.
YouFit is a scam. They told me I had to give them my card number to pay monthly and they have been taking large amounts of money out of my bank account. Ive been in several times to try to fix it. Their policy is to never give refunds! This place is absolutely despicable. Please give your business to any other gym in the area.

Called to cancel the membership was talked into putting it in hold instead. Lady on the phone said all I had to do was walk in and sign a form. I go in there they tell me I cant put it on hold unless its a medical reason, so needless to say there were so many fees to cancel and on top of that it was too close now so I had to pay for another month. All they could tell me was -there is nothing I can do you didnt talk to me not my fault you were misinformed. Really??

I lost my card and i completely forgot to add the gym to it, I was transfered to youfit from blastfitness. And i was not aware or told i must have to call and cancel membership, now im past due 100+ and i live 20 minutes away from the gym so why would i go so far?! Now i must pay the past due amount before i can cancel.And theres cancellation fee!!! The guy on the phone was so rude! He said if i wanted to challange this i must speak to his manager, theres absolutely nothing he could do! What kind of person says that to a customer?!!! I am being charged for service i did not want or even receive!!! Why should i have to pay for something i was not made aware of ?!!!Terrible services!!plus the phone on the website doesnt even work!! I had to call customer service and get transferred! I should have been advised that there was. A cancellation fee!!
I can honestly say this is the worst experience Ive had at a gym. The trainers dont know what they are doing and they made it impossible to cancel a membership.

This particular location is one of the worst gyms!!- Equipment is broken on a regular basis for days- Certain groups people have no regard for wiping down equipment after they sweat on it and the staff could care less! Plus, paper towels are out of supply more than they are in stock- This same group talks on their cell phones while working out - this is a GD gym people! Hang up!A Joke!
