Very clean pool. Well managed and kept up, plenty of things for the kids to do. Front staff was very helpful and responsive. We rented one of their rooms for a birthday party and it was affordably priced and spacious.

100% recommend! The staff is wondeful, nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and super roomy. Just the absolute best. My family will never forget the great time we had here. We hope to make many more memories here in the future.

For a public pool this one is 10/10 very clean friendly staff. Only issue is not enough privacy for disabled people I take my residents here and I know they are fairly uncomfortable changing around so many people who just stare at them we have now started changing before coming and having to change them in the shower space since its the only spot with kinda decent privacy but its an incredibly small space only other place is the toilet stall and that very unsanitary to change in.

Spending time with my grand daughter and my great friend plus a work out it rocks

It was so nice to escape the heat and hangout in the pool on a 90+ degree day! The recreation swim is 3 hours long for $6.50. Much cheaper than going to the movies and the kids will sleep better after the pool!😉

I have loved Dallas Aquatic Center since they built it! Its a great place for exercise and fun for families. There are swimming classes for babies and older kids, private lessons for adults, water aerobics, therapeutic exercise, and pools at temperatures from 82°F and up. My granddaughter loves it too.

We drove clear from Salem because our child likes it here and it’s affordable.We called ahead and asked if we could reserve a spot and pay ahead of time and were told no, but we have been sitting here waiting to get in for half an hour and we’re told part of the count is a family who was allowed to pay on the phone. I understand that their kid is autistic, but first come first serve should apply to all. They should have been here at opening like we were but we are being kept from swimming because they were allowed to pay on the phone and reserve a spot. Now it’s a half hour after opening and they still are not here.Not fair! Not right.

Water was cold but the facility is nice in general. The hot tub water was not hot.

No lockers, facilities is clean kids had a fun.

Had a fantastic time at the pool with my wife and two boys! The price was reasonable, plenty of tubes and life vests for the kids. The lifeguards were friendly and seemed happy. Plenty of locker room space for changing and showering. The pools were not too heavy on the chlorine like many other pools Ive been too. And there was a great selection of water things for the kids and adults to do.

It is a really nice place! Loved the therapy pool a lot. Good choices of things to do and the little spinner you put your wet suit in to is amazing!

Great spot! It was only $5 for my five year old to swim. Not many purple there so it was fun and we didnt get splashed the whole time. The lazy river was fun. Well definitely go back.

Chlorine took me a minute to get used to. My eyes were burning and my chest hurt for a bit. The kids loved it and otherwise was really fun. Nice set up!

I liked the aquatic center. The slide was so fun and so slippery. Even though I didnt go on the diving board you could see the smiles on peoples faces when the got up there to jump off. The only thing I didnt like to much was that the hot tub was for 16 years and up but over all theres a lap swim a water slide, a tidal pool, 12 ft pool, and a warm pool. There was alot of room to sit and there was a snack shack you could say to get nachos, corn dogs, popcorn, chips, candy, ice cream, and lots more too so I would definitely recommend this place for people who like to swim so

This is the 5th time I have visited this facility. It is very well maintained, the staff is always friendly, and I feel very safe with the number of lifeguards they have posted. I even watched one lifeguard save a small kid who got out too far today. They have 3 pools, a jacuzzi, lap lane, small lazy river, water slide, and a diving board. Price is reasonable for a family of 4. Well worth checking out.

My first time here and I absolutely love it. It wasnt crowded and there are so many things to do there. Very family friendly. If it wasnt 50miles from home I would visit regularly.

I went with a big group with kids of all ages. There was enough to keep everyone occupied for over two hours. It started getting kind of crowded after an hour or so, but it was still enjoyable. The ages of the kids ranged from 3 to almost 17. I would highly recommend this for residents or visitors.

Super fun low key spot to take the family swimming. We had a birthday party there. The kids had a blast swimming. The party room was a bit of a disappointment. Very plain, kind of dirty. The food they supply is not very good either. But they charge when you bring your own. =/ fun place to swim. Not sure the birthday party there is worth it though

I have had a great and easy experience with the aquatic center. Yes it is simple bit everything that I have noticed is clean and danger free. There is no rough housing allowed and yes the guards manage it strictly, but they have to as some people take a mile when theyve been given an inch. The lessons for my 6 year old have been done well and she is even aspiring to be a blue dolphin (local swim team)

It was good. Its never too busy when Ive gone. Their price is reasonable too. Prefer going there than to The Kroc Center.

Really loved it! Great lessons and free swim! This place is perfect to bring your family! I really appreciate that theres nice workers here. I really do suggest this place for swim lessons and free swim. Sometimes I make noises at the lifeguards and they dont know it was me when they looked around to see what my noise was.

Its a good place for kids, regular lap swimming, and they even offer aerobic aquatic classes. Definitely recommend going here if your local to the Dallas area! They even have some great deals on Groupon right now too.

I rented the facility for my daughters bday over the weekend and it was worth every penny !, the kids had a blast and the life guards did an awesome job by not only making sure the kids were safe at all times but also helping out with the cleaning, I don’t know the leads name but he was very nice and helpful my husband really liked him ! We will definitely come back and use the party room again, big and very clean :)

It is a lot of fun! Only complaint is the air is freezing, so if youre walking from one pool to the other or not fully in the water, its really cold! Its not normally that cold, but today it was freezing.

My first experience at the Dallas Aquatic Center.I just went into the Dallas Aquatic Center with my wife, bought two tickets (for which I was given a receipt) and I had to leave before I even had time to change clothes - I walked back to the front desk about 30 seconds after paying, obviously still dry and fully clothed, explained I couldnt stay to swim after all and they wouldnt refund me.My last experience at the Dallas Aquatic Center.

Great family place, clean, very fair admission with a slide, toddler pool, lazy river, kid pool, deep pool and a roped off lap area. Lifeguards pay attention and make routine locker room walk thru. Worth the drive out to Dallas.

Love that the three pools here are all kept at different temperatures, so I’m never too hot or too cold. The large spa has strong jets. The complex is spacious, locker rooms are adequate and staff are generally friendly. There are snacks and swim gear for sale in the lobby.

I really like this place but sometimes it gets so crowded that the water becomes filthy. Please support this place though because it needs the money and is actually very nice when not packed with 100s of kids.

Love this place

This is one of my favorite pools for lap swimming in Oregon. They keep the pool temperature perfect for a workout. Usually not very busy and often have long open hours for lap swimming. Locker rooms are nice too. Bring a quarter for the locker - not returned.

We’ve been coming here for 20+ years and have always had a good time BUT we recently celebrated a birthday party here and had an awful experience. The new management was extremely rude, the lifeguards were rude and unknowledgeable... very poor experience.

When I went here, this place was pretty cool. I went here on a Friday, and it wasnt very crowded. Would defiantly keep coming back. All staff members were very nice.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received this evening!! Half of your facility was closed for maintenance. It did not say so on your website. And when we arrived from out of town and realized we asked if we could receive a discounted rate since all facilities were not available. And we were told that was not the way it works.. we will never be back!!!

So Im used to taking my family to the Kroc Center here in Salem so we finally ventured out and went to the Dallas Aquatic Center I actually thought it was pretty cool its a little cheaper than the Kroc Center which is definitely awesome and they have the lazy river and heated pool hot tub and all that it was actually pretty fun

We has a family of 6 always have the best time there!! Summer swimming isnt that expensive either!

We go swimming here with the kids and have a good time. The kids really appreciate the fact that they dont have to go all the way to salem to swim.

A fun place to take the family! There are plenty of options for the type of fun to have in the water. They have a slide, a diving board, a lap section, a free play zone, a easy floating stream, an adult only hot tub, and a kiddy pool. The locker rooms and staff member were all great.

Good time

They open areas so you dont know if is party or just people watching. They charge more for cold drink then for the same drink warm behind the counter... PS I would pay 1.25-1.50 for my water warm or cold without complaining, but to charge a different price really was irritating.

I enjoyed myself here many swimming options. I went on a quiet winter evening time swim and it was less populated.

We got family passes for the year. Which has made the pool accesable for hours outside of the public hours. We are able to use the 5 pools on our personal schedules.

Great place to swim and fairly reasonable pricing. The day we went it was extreamly packed so that was a bummer. Not sure if that is a regular thing but we will be going back again for sure.

I couldnt tell if it was a retirement center or Jenny Craig. There are very few things for kids to do which I thought was what a pool was for. So if your old or fat or both, youll love it.

My 20 month old loved the little wading pool. Tons of toys to play with and quite a few lif3 guards all over.

They where very nice and the pool didnt have too much chlorine in it, like the Crock Center does.

My daughter was in swim class the other day and needed to use the bathroom. The instructor told me she could use the bathroom on deck so I took her over to it. When we opened the door it stunk of poop. My daughter who is 4 even said it smelled gross. In the corner of the bathroom was nasty brown looking water and the floor felt sticky to my feet. It just wasnt sanitary.
