I have been working out with Bear, Michael Mitchell, for 17 years. For the past year he offered Zoom which kept me on track. I would recommend Bear for any age group. He will create a plan for your specific needs and keep you motivated.

This facility has professional trainers with the knowledge of training, corrective excerise, stretching appointments, 3 nutritionist and a chef on staff with much more to offer.

Ive trained with Bear and a mix of trainers that work with him for over four years now. He and his staff put together excellent workouts that push me (but not too much) and have improved my fitness, flexibility, and general health. He has also always been flexible on scheduling to help me get workouts in when conflicts arise. He and his staff were also quick to adapt to the changing pandemic restrictions supporting workouts in parks and remotely as necessary. I would wholeheartedly recommend training with Bear.

Love working out with Bear and Body Renovation Fitness Center. His expertise and interest in creating great workouts for me to accomplish my health and fitness goals is amazing. I have accomplished a major health goal already in less than 3 months and I have added in my 2nd goal to accomplish. I havent been able to quite accomplish these 2 goals on my own and I am doing it! working with Bear. I love the workouts! i look forward to them! And I have fun doing it!

I worked out at Body Renovations with Bear and a couple other trainers, and they were all fantastic. They have a great environment, plenty of excellent equipment, and everyone is very knowledgeable about the human body.Im not a person with much background in sports, working out, or training myself physically. Working with Bear and the other trainers, Ive gained a better understanding of nutrition and how to work out properly.The first time I came in, Bear gave me a free consultation workout session with him. We talked about what I was trying to achieve. To be honest, I didnt have *exact* goals because I just wanted to get healthier and lose some weight. Bear had some helpful suggestions on what we could improve my health and weight and what some good goals would be short-term and long-term. We took measurements, and we went through a pretty tough (for me, at the time) workout.I started doing workouts with them twice a week. They made a custom meal plan for me and every session we would change things up. The workouts were a mixture of exercises with the equipment and things that I could do at home.I highly recommend this place.

This is by far one of the best fitness studios i have ever visited. Bear is very knowledgeable and really engages with his clients. The price is great for the amount of personalized workouts and help that you receive. I highly recommend.

I moved to Dallas and didnt know anyone and I was really focused on getting in shape. I saw Body Renovation studio and decided to give it a try. Over there I met my trainer and a really good friend . Bear is very knowledgeable, taught me how to eat properly and work out with the proper form! Five years later I still have the pleasure to be trained by him and count on him for anything ! I HIGHLY recommend Body Renovation !!!

Bear is an awesome trainer and fun to work with (like, I genuinely look forward to working out with him). He knows what hes doing and tailors workouts to suit your needs and abilities. Its expensive, but I think well-priced for getting a personalized workout.

Finding an excellent personal trainer in Dallas can be very hard – until you visit Body Renovation.For over a year, I have been a client of Body Renovation.After hiking in the mountains of Colorado last summer on my vacation – and becoming winded with every step – I knew I had to get back in shape after years of docile activity.After a free consultation, the personal trainers at Body Renovation took the time to understand my needs and created a 36 week schedule of fitness sessions that helped me get back in shape and shed a few pounds.Their work out routines are both challenging and inspiring. I have been working out with Bear at Prestonwood Country Club for the past 2 months. I have worked with Personal Trainers before...but Bear is an exception. His sessions are positive, productive, professional, and tough...What a pleasure. As a Professional Tennis Instructor, I know how easy you can become distracted and/or disinterested when your clients do not have a positive attitude while you are working with them...With Bear...there is no chance he will allow that to occur...He means business....isnt that why we work out? To be a better, more fit person...You owe it to yourself to give him a call and set up your FREE consultation..You will be hooked!I hope to see you at Prestonwood Country Club gym very soon ....
