Perfect gym if youre ready to zone in and reach some fitness goals. Being able to workout anytime has been life changing. Not to mention the membership fee is more than reasonable, and the staff is always looking for constructive feedback. I had my own fitness transformation while working out in this gym, so it will always have a special place in my heart!

Horrible horrible experience. Good luck trying to cancel it takes FOREVER the most unhelpful ratchet people working here.my membership is a COMBINED ACCOUNT WITH PATRICK GIESE YOU HAVE RECORD OF US BOTH COMING IN ON 9.13.2021 at 6:15PM I have the signed paper attached. Called back in spoke with the Manager Tony who proceeded to give all the reasons why she is not to blame bc she has chemo treatments and she does not reply to reviews. Basically no one here actually handles anything no one is able to take fault for anything basically if you have an issue every single human being running this place does not have the cognitive abilities to resolve any issues. So seriously save yourself the headache of trying to cancel your membership and just don’t even get one to begin with!

Lou is amazing. He makes me and my boyfriend feel so welcome. We have been been members for about 6 Months and we absolutely love it here. The staff is amazing. They always greet us at the door and are so sweet to us! I recommend this place to all

Amazing family gym. Been going to this gym for over 2 years now. They make time to get to know you and have all the equipment you need for a great workout.

I cannot say enough about this gym. Even though this gym is small they have all equipment you need plus added perks like tanning machines, massage chairs and sauna chairs. The staff is very friendly, and professional. A special thank you to a trainer there named Lou who always goes above and beyond and has a GREAT attitude. Highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone in the area (even though I secretly want it all to myself).

I came in to cancel just cause of money issues and they were very understanding and helped me quite a bit in the situation. I very highly recommend this gym cause they are very understanding and communicate with the costumer very well. Hopefully when I am in a better financial situation I will be able to come back but unfortunately I cant at the moment.

Clean gym, 24 hour access and reasonable monthly pricing

I love this gym. I live in the White Rock Lake area, and was looking for a smaller size gym. This place has all of the equipment that you need, definitely less crowds, very clean, and kind staff. I also gave some feedback to the management and they were incredibly responsive. I’m very grateful to have this gym nearby. I also appreciate being able to workout without a mask on; as exercise helps to increase your immunity. :)

I love this place. Everyone that works there is nice and helpful. Its a smaller gym so it has a family feel to it. The only thing is the bathrooms smell like there might be a sewage issue. But all in all its a great place!!! My boyfriend and I love going here

I initially came in a little upset about a billing issue but I was greeted by Lou and Madison immediately and I could tell I was dealing with good people so I got over it quickly. Madison fixed my account and cleared the issue up while Lou and I small talked on the side. I mentioned I was interest in some testing and they called over and introduced Nelson who handles the physical training and 3d body scan. After a brief conversation I was hooked and signed up for training session with Nelson. Point is I walked in upset and ultimately ended up signing up for more services. That is quality customer service. Shout out to Nelson, Madison, and Lou and the rest of the staff for doing great work.

Workout anytime gym employees are great this is not against them!I havent even set a foot inside that gym since Oct 2020.Hopefully, I get a response here! Because emailing has not resolved anything! When I talked to someone back in late November/early December of 2020 to cancel my membership, they said email [Person ABC], they handle cancelations (out of respect, I would not say the persons name). I followed along and emailed the person. Fast forward to June 2021, I get a call from a debt collector saying I owe money. The fact that you have to email a person to cancel a membership, they will get to the cancelation process at their convenience, not the members convenience is absurd! The cancelation should have been done in Dec 2020/Jan 2021 at the latest, and I should not have to be worrying about now in June 2021!

This Gym was my God Send....All the people that work there are so incredibly helpful and are on top of cleaning and making the gym sparkle. I recently got a trainer Viviana. She is so awesome, sweet, and very knowledgeable, she is a spunky and has been nothing but a huge help with my weight loss journey. She made it her job to know personally what my goals are and how to reach them. She is also very hardcore athlete. If i could give more than 5 stars i definitely would!! Love this place!!!

Honestly best gym, by far no haste great payment for everything you get, they basically have it all to be successful. I am very proud of the establishment and hope it remains in casa view area. I got a membership thanks to a former employee there named Lou he wears really small shorts. Very energetic and stands out, he made the negotiation so easy and a no brainer to join casa views 24 hour fitness!!! Keep up the good work !!

All of the barbells are bent. Its the only gym around me that is open 24 hours so its better than nothing.

Ive been trying to cancel my membership with this gym for almost a year. Ive contacted and emailed many times to cancel and every time they say its been cancelled, Im still continuously being charged every month. This gym is a scam, would never recommend.

Great gym with lots of available equipment and never too crowded. Other amenities offered on the upgraded plan include hydro massage chairs, tanning, and dry sauna. Basic plan is only 20 dollars a month.

This is my go to gym right now! I love the staff, the MX4 classes are totally worth it! The equipment is in good condition and the staff does an excellent job keeping the gym clean. I would definitely recommend everyone to join and check out the gym.

At the time I was with you, only one girl attended me in Spanish and sometimes it was kind other times not, coaches told me that there was one who spoke very little Spanish and never offered me any class although seeing how they gave their workouts they were unkind and nothing motivating
