We’ve been using JOY cleaning now for a few months. We have had to have them come back to finish what wasn’t done 2 times. I thought I had lucked out having them come the day we were leaving for a trip for 5 days, so we’d come home to a clean house. However upon returning home, we were greeted to messes that weren’t picked up. When I emailed her and showed pictures, she was quick to try and ask if anyone else had been in our home….. uh nope!The owner stated in her email that they are “human” and perfection isn’t always attainable, I never asked for perfection, just that the job be done right the first time, not the 2nd time, 3 different times. It’s unfortunate that this company has to succumb to sending out employees to finish a job this often.(Yes, those are otter pop wrappers that were under the dish rack in the sink from my kids 😑, I typically would have picked them out before the house cleaner was there had I known they were under the dish rack)

I have used Joy for over a year. They always show up on time and give me a thorough cleaning. It is a great value for the money, and its like Christmas when I come home and my house is clean. The ladies clean systematically throughout the house so they dont forget what theyve done. I simply have someone open the door for them and can trust they do a great job when Im not home!

I have used J.O.Y. for 3 years now and had deep cleans quarterly, and regular basic cleanings. The team of ladies are all very nice and work hard, never had any issues and love coming home to a clean house!

I’ve used JOY cleaning for a couple of months. They are fantastic. Very responsive, never late and very thorough. Such a “JOY” to work with. They’ve recently started cleaning carpets. Another fantastic job! Kevin was thorough and even went over some areas twice to make sure some dog stains were gone. That did the trick! And because they were so responsive to my first inquiry, I have gained a house cleaner, a carpet cleaner, and a handyman. And the best part is, they are extremely affordable !! Highly recommend them

DONT USE THEM! They will bully you and threaten legal action if you arent happy with their services.I reached out to this company looking for someone to clean my floors, baseboards, window sills, dust and if there was enough time clean my bathrooms. They wanted $250 for a deep clean but I did not need everything in the deep clean package so they offered an hourly rate of $25 an hour for a minimum of 3 hours. So I went that route. They came out and spent 3 hours cleaning my floors and baseboards. I messaged the company via Facebook as that is where I found the company and I spoke with Carrie. I sent her pictures of my kitchen floor and baseboards as they were not clean. You could still see where I had accidentally split a little tea on the floor the morning of them coming but I was in a hurry and knew they were coming so I just left it. Well to my surprise it was still there on the floor when I got home. So when I messaged Carrie she said she would come back out the following day. I had to tell her specifics where I knew the floors had stuff on them which made me think they were just spot cleaning. Carrie advised later that day that she went back over the floors and went ahead and cleaned the bathrooms since the floors were not cleaned properly the first time and she dusted the master bedroom. Well when I got home that night the floors and baseboards were still not clean. Since it was a Friday night I waited until Monday to reach back out as they are closed on the weekends. I reached out Monday morning and sent pictures of my findings from Fridays second attempt of cleaning. I was told then the job was too big to get done in 3 hours and they did the best they could with the allotted time. My response, why didnt you tell me that? I didnt have a problem paying more money if more time was needed but I dont know if you dont communicate with your customers. I was then told they would take $25 off, so now I owe $50. This is because they had to come back a second time and they spent 2 additional hours the second time cleaning. Them having to come back out to clean a second time is not my fault so why should I be charged for that time? I received a text message this morning from the company requesting payment of the $50. I advised I was not paying for the services because clearly my floors were not cleaned to my liking nor were the baseboards. I was told they would send my account to collections if I did not pay by the end of the month. Send it to collections because Im not paying for the extra time you had to spend trying to correct the first cleaning and even after the second cleaning I was still not satisfied.
