We have been using Citrus Solutions for a couple years now and we are always 100% satisfied. Recently we were looking to have our hardwood floors refinished because the previous owners used lots of wax that just built up over time. The quote to refinish them was around $6k. So, I asked Joe at Citrus Solutions if there was a way to clean the floors to remove the wax instead of completely refinishing them. He said they can clean them and remove the wax build up. We had an entire jar of spaghetti sauce burst in the middle of our living room due to a botched instacart delivery. We called Citrusolution on a weekend and Joe answered (which surprised us as we werent expecting an answer on a weekend). He walked me through how to prevent a permanent stain until they could get out to our house. The person who cleaned our floors was polite, wore a mask in our home, and did a great job getting out the spaghetti sauce and other stains. Our house smelled amazing afterward and the price was great! Will definitely call them again!
