Ive used Persian rugs In carpet cleaning for 20 years. Great service. Timely. They do a great job.

Persian Rug and Carpet Cleaning has been a trusted source for decades, but starting in December of 2020, after they had cashed a check that was a deposit for some work, they stopped returning my phone calls, the business phone mail box was full, and letters and emails went unanswered.Clearly there has been some terrible business disruption, whether permanent or not is unknown.I would like my money back and would like answers.

People must look up Persian rug cleaners and confuse the many generic listings with this company. Over the decades I have owned many Persian rugs including one presented to my father by Shah Pahlavi. All of them have been cared for by Persian Rug & Carpet and every experience has been excellent. Indeed, this week I will be dropping of a French rug by Paule Leleu for cleaning to be hung in an office. I write this because I was amazed to see even one bad review as my rugs are important to me.

Never ever go here unless you want your Persian rugs to be ruined. I brought my rugs to be cleaned and when we got them back the color has ran on all of them. When we called the owner to let him know he said no no that is how they were. The owner is so rude and arrogant and does not know what customer service is. He told us never ever come here again and he doesn’t want to hear about this anymore and doesn’t want to do business with us all because we complained and were not happy about him ruining our carpets. Stanley steamers could probably have done a better job!!! We didn’t want to bring them just anywhere to have them cleaned that is why we brought them there. So disappointed and disgusted with the way we were treated!!!!

Stay away from these people. They ruined our big Persian carpet and refused to pay the damages. Stitches were torn out, colors bled and it even stank like mold. The manager was very rude and did not accept any responsibility. Seems like hes not insured, this guy should not have business!

Advise to all Dont ever use them. I sent my rug to be cleaned, they return them with cat hair all over it the rugs was still dirty with cats hair all over it, they charge $ 227.0 . I called to ask for the manger a very ignore rude personae answer with a terrible attitude and hang up . I called back to ask why he hang up I need to ask about my rug he hang up again.Stay away from this scam business, they are true thief.waste of your money and they will destroy your rug STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!
