This is the fifth time that I have used Carpet & Rug Cleaning North Dallas and I continue to be delighted with their work. I have a pet dog and he is having accidents with alarming frequency. The guys made everything look like new again. They arrived on time and were polite as well as respectful of our home. I will be calling them again for sure. Good service and friendly staff!!

I scheduled an appointment, they confirmed to arrive at 10:30am. Then they called an hour before to schedule it at 1:00pm, which was fine. Then at 1:35pm I texted back, and called asking if they were coming. It took ME calling Them to find out their truck broke down. Guess we were not important enough to help...especially when they knew we have a baby on the way. Poor communication. I cancelled the appointment at 1:45pm in which they hung up on me. Disappointed.
