Review for Car Wash. Brush is soft, havent seen no scratch marks. I always like spraying it down before use though. It takes me 2 uses to rinse, scrub and rinse again. Great soap and pressure washer.

Great little car wash with washateria next door!

Since the city has paved the street I have been washing the cars more often at Snowflake. The owners are good people and it shows in their business.

Opens at 6am and the car wash is next to it so I can wash my clothes and car at the same time

This oak Cliff/ cockrell Hill staple has been family owned and operated for generations.This is a family owned and operated small business. They work hard to earn your business. They are nice, genuine, friendly, and just good people. Theyve been in oak Cliff for generations. If you have to do your laundry outside of your home, the folks at Snowflake make chores less boring. Spend your laundry quarters here. And the soap at the car wash smells like bubble gum!! Its yummy!!.

COVID-19Although I have never had any problems with their machines, this place does not have anyone to enforce the “must wear a mask” mandate. They have signs posted on the doors, but that is where it stops. Whether there is one or 20 people here, there is always someone without a mask. Even when their employee is on duty there are still people without masks. Total disregard for others.So if you are one of those who is disrespectful to others, this is the place for you.

Everything is good about them, but miss that they are no longer 24 hours. I work nights and sleep days, I have to rush to make before they close. Sometimes I dont make and have to go across the street which is 24 hours and not as good as snowflake.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years even since I was really young with my grandma and mom I go every week and never have we had a bad experience. It’s really sad that now I had to find a new laundromat all owners were always very nice until now. One of the new owners not sure of her name might be Linda I believe is really rude. She is not as friendly as the other owners. One of our machines was dripping water and I called the number on wall to call if problems with the machines had a phone # and the name Linda I got no answer. So the lady who I’ve seen before and is one of the owners she was at the laundromat at the moment and we decided to let her know. My sister said “ excuse me one of the machines is dripping water and idk if it’s malfunctioning or if something is stuck” she responded “the machine doesn’t malfunction the person does” “I don’t know why people always blame the machine” we tought that was really rude and of course we got upset and told her machine or not even if it is our fault there was no reason for her to respond that way at all and she said “well your making it seem like it’s my fault” we never said it was her fault nor the machine itself. We were trying to explain to her we were not faulting her at all. Then she kept going off we asked for our money back and took our clothes and left to another laundromat to finish washing and drying our clothes. Then she followed us to the laundromat across and brought us the small soap boxes saying I forgot to give you your soap.Sadly I won’t be going back. Also I had previously had my clothes stolen from a dryer and I still returned to wash there because I don’t blame them I blame the guy who stole it and the male owner was very nice about it and was outside with me when I called the police to file report if I needed him for something.

It was clean and they even have wi fi.For customers

Thats why my mom by-passes several washeterias from Ledbetter to this location in Cockrell Hill. Prices r very competitive- these owners care that u have a pleasant experience!
