I was there working on the outside fountain, so it was cold and wet!

Not enough visitor or free parking close to the building’s entrances: most spaces are reserved. Small parking spaces that are barely big enough for a compact car let alone the hordes of trucks and suv’s that drivers have graciously parked over lines / anywhere they please.

Ok, older building. Elevators can be slow. Parking is very inconvenient. Very little visitor parking near the building entrance (spaces are so small lots of people double park or park way over a line). Clearly the bank and a few select tenants take priority over anyone visiting the building, going to an office etc. SMH.
