Giving 4 stars for service because My son did not have a wait his appointment was right on time.Staff was friendly and attentive.,As far as the haircut it was exceptional due to the fact that husband asked the young lady if she knew how to taper in which her response was yes, result was different but exceptional. Please be honest with your customers. Would come back if ever in dire need again.

Went to get my hair cut. Explained how I wanted my hair cut. Specific about wa ting my mullet just trimed. Barber didnt do what I ask her to do. I realized she had not cut my hair like l ask for until I got home.She needs to frame my payment to her because I will not be back. If you work for the client that sits in your chair you better do as they request. Called the shop to complain and told them where the barbers station was. The barber who did my cut informed me that they had stylist not barbers. Some of them may be stylist but she is a butcher. How she got a license is beyond me. She may not even have one.

Not the worst but the lack of attention was quite obvious. I wont be going back here. Plus side is the stylist didnt try to upsell me on anything.

Been a patron for several years now. My preferred stylist, Beverly, recently moved back to her hometown. So I had the shop manager to do my color. VERY pleased.I especially appreciated the safety measures they are enforcing.

After 18 months without Salon services due to Covid and Chemo, my brother recommended Super Cuts! I called and Amal said she had a 7pm opening. This was perfect since I am High Risk and there was no one else in the shop. She was very kind and did a great job with my chemo-thinning hair! I was so happy! Plus I looked great the next evening at a formal wedding. I will go back in 2-3 more weeks! Very grateful! 🌟

Always have a great experience here. The stylists are knowledgeable and give me fantastic advice on how to take care of my hair and are very efficient when I go to get my hair trimmed.

Well we come here sometimes and it’s good and bad. Sometimes they get the wrong length, sometimes they don’t! Good prices and good place for quick haircut! Sometimes your unlucky and get a bad haircut so be careful.

Short version: Exceptional experience, Friendly service, Excellent Haircut, WILL return.Longer Version: I was out running errands and needed a place to get my hair cut. I called ahead, got my name on the list, waited maybe 15 minutes, and received an EXCELLENT haircut. I dont like anything fancy, but I do care about what I look like, and the gal who serviced me was personable, eager, joyful, and precise in what she did, even doubled checking with me to make sure it was what I wanted. There were only two of them in there, but because of the attitude and work ethic they displayed, it felt like there were 4 of them in there. They were polite, hard-working, and very business-like. I felt like I was handled more than adequately especially for later in the afternoon when they were only an hour and a half away from closing. Definitely will return as I was given coupons and a punch card, on top of the already well-performed and executed haircut.Usually places get a bad rap on Google reviews because 90-95% of people who go and have a good/decent/excellent service dont say anything here. Most of the time the Google reviews only state the horrible side because egregious people want to vent their fury to the world because their experience was less than kosher. However, I have decided to start writing reviews to help those who want to make an informed decision based on the average user on an average day. Hopefully you find this helpful from the Average Joe.

If you want a good fade then Abdel is your man!!! Generally speaking here but if you claim to do fades then you are expected to do just that. We’ve gone to several people who have claimed that and all we see is patchy work. So I give Abdel hands up for such a good job!!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I have been coming here for years. This place is fast, professional, and they have a very friendly talented crew. They have some turn over, but its not anything compared to other Supercuts locations. The thing is this location is a franchise location and the owner has done a splendid job along with the Manager in being consistent. You know what to expect each time you come in for a haircut or color. Its very neat and clean. I mean there is NO dust on the products. I posted lots of pics so that itself should tell you that though this is a Supercuts, you can expect a Neiman Marcus Salon experience! Think no more.. download the Supercuts App from your App Store and reserve your spot. (They take walk-ins of course, but the App is really good to have.) Ask for a frequent customer stamp card so you can get a free haircut!!

The core group of stylists are great. The store manager, Abdel, is fantastic - have been going to him for my haircuts for several years now. He has a hardcore following of clients that will wait a long time for him, even when other stylists are available.

Love the staff at the Pepper Square location. Store is always neat and clean. Super Cuts app doesnt really give you priority...better to call.

Ive come here twice in the last 2 months. Different people cut my hair each time.Happy with both cuts! I wasnt sure what I wanted and asked for changes in both visits, and they were happy to work with me.

I love this place !!! I came here after the Supercuts on Coit/Campbell started to act stupid like theyre the only ones that have a pair of scissors in Dallas. Upon walk in the receptionist is very sweet then Kimberly took me and she did amazing even fixing the last Supercuts stylist mistakes. My new hair place😊😙✌😍❤

They butchered my sons hair, now he’s cold every day because she decided to chop off his hair to nothing. It was my first and my last time here. I was upset and the other employees just ignored my response. I am not sure who the manager was but I came on a Sunday. This is not a good place if you’re a walk in or first timer. They don’t ask you or show you what the cut looks like they just go in full force. I wasn’t aware they used different blades hence my frustration when I saw my child hair cut. My son was upset the whole week and kids laughed at him in his class. What a waste of my hard earned money for this place to be so unprofessional and inconsiderate to new customers.

I asked a lady standing outside when I walked up could she cut my hair. She said the other stylists can do black hair. So I sent my 14 year old son up there about 3 p.m. today and they didnt cut African American hair. Sad as an organization you choose to not to learn various textures and styling techniques. How do you make money?

7/1/2019 today I told them I wanted a Flat Top. They cut my hair, I looked at it and it was rounded over the top. They said Ill fix that. When they were done the 2nd time, it was rounded even more.This makes the 2nd time they have done this. They dont know what the hell they are doing. They do not know what a flat top is. They pretend to know what you are talking about.Dont get you hair cut here! They only F it up. The photo was take immediately after the cut. Looks way too round.

No patience for children! An older Hispanic male stylist gave my 2year old son a mean, dirty look and asked me does he cry?. Yes, hes 2! He was totally rude and unprofessional. While the rest of the staff hid in the back. Who wants to get a hair cut with that attitude? Weve never had a problem cutting his hair here until today. Stop hiring people who dont like their job.

Do yourself a huge favor and find a better place to get your hair cut. I have never had such a bad experience as I have had at this place. I clearly communicated with the hairdresser what I wanted, most of all not short hair!! We had a clear understanding and I got the exact opposite of what we had discussed. SHOCKING is what it was. I now have a pixie hair cut. HOW does that happen other then just flat out incompetence.When the manger came over to talk to me, his attitude was indifference, he was sorry, but its hair, it will grow back, it was insult on top of injury.I will not be going back there ever again, the bad haircut was just to awful to risk again and is just unacceptable on every level

Awful customer service, long unnecessary wait, and dirty store. I used to go to this location about 2 years ago and it was always great. Since then the staff has been awful any time my roommate or I try to go. I walked in and there were 3 employees there, no one getting their hair done, and a bunch of people waiting. So I was 4th in line while the staff just walks around the store talking to each other, not even cleaning up the hair on the ground so when it was my turn I had to walk through all the old hair (I shouldve left at that point). A woman with blond-ish curly hair with an accent did my hair and all she talked about was how disgusting and oily my hair was. Aside from that she didnt say anything the whole time except to talk to the hairdresser next to her who was also silently doing a mans hair. My roommate went a couple weeks after me and the same woman did her hair and just insulted her hair the whole time as well.

There are excellant hairdressers and everyone is very nice.
