Its a good place to go get a hair cut they have good customer service they get you right away but first ya have to make an appointment so they could get ya right away everybody Cuts good and if you waiting to get a haircut they ask ya if ya want something to drink or if ya want ya could either play pool and wait but its a good place to go it gives me good vibes when i go . I recommend ya to go and try it out and also I recommend ya to please leave a comment for feedback for The Barbers so they can know what to work on and improve more so they can make us feel good so we could go again for the next time

This place was decent. Super friendly staff and fun vibe. The haircut/beard trim wasnt the best but definitely not the worst. Lots of distractions though so I couldnt relax like I was hoping to.

Comfortable, great people, its what a man wants when he gets a haircut. Great Atmosphere. Its got a pool table there. AND! its the first time in 25 years that I got my haircut correct. I get my hair cut in military high and tight. I grew up in a military town. The guys across from me were getting fades. These guys know what their doing. Wasnt really happy about my haircut. Showed him a picture of how I want my haircut but a bit longer. He cut it too short maybe even shorter. Paid $30, $10 more expensive than what I usually pay anywhere else.

We had a very pleasant experience at the Mens Cave. We Were greeted from the moment we walked in, which is very rare to happen in the majority of urban barbershops. Everyone was friendly, Bernardo was our stylist, he took his time to ensure that we were satisfied. The music was upbeat and non voulger, or Violent! One of the barbers who was very vibrant and the life of the party. (Theres always that one) who added the last touch to the experience we had at Mens Cave, and will definitely look forward to returning. Keep up the great work. God bless.

The mens cave has been my go to spot since Ive moved back to Dallas 3 years ago. All the guys there can cut and take care of there customers. I refer everyone I know and they always leave happy! 5 stars for sure

My first time going there and had a great experience. My barber (only know him as G) did a great job. Ive been looking for a barber who is well skilled with a straight razor and I think G is it. My lines are crisp due to the attention to detail.The barbershop has a great atmosphere. Nice place to relax, get a drink and even watch some comedy.Only reason I didnt give the last star was because of the lack of credit card or debt card uses, (cash only).I will be back next time I need a hair cut ..Keep up the good work

If I wasn’t such a loyal person to my own barber I think I would have to relocate because Mike cut my hair on point. I am from out of town, I stopped by because they publicized that walk-ins are welcomed and it was highly rated on google. I was thinking, I was going to get my haircut but that didn’t happen. I work for an airline so I had my bags and uniform on and some idiot (with gauges and a patch of hair on his head) wants to make a statement saying “I better not start passing out peanuts”. Highly unprofessional for a person in his position talk about some one else, especially to someone from out of town is not right. There are customer service videos he can watch so he can learn how to address people in the correct manner. And if appointments is all this business goes by it should state that on the website.

It cool chill place to be at and cool workers. If you want to me ready or feel fresh on a weekend night out trust me this place will take care of you on that!!

Best Haircuts & Fades in Dallas! Mens Cave truly is one of a kind for their great service and for excellent fades. Ive been to various barber shops, and none compare to Mens Cave, they have me coming in time after time. 10/10 would recommend!

My hair is very thin so I keep a very short hair style. Oh how I would love to have long flowing hair and the complaint of having to fix it everyday. However that is not the case and it is a quick cut for a barber. Men’s cave is the most costly barber shop I have been to. $25 for a haircut and a added $3 tip is $28. I do not drink so I declined the complimentary beer (more on that later). I go to pay with my credit card and I am told they don’t accept credit cards. The problem with that is I seen on their google map that they did. No problem. I go next door and break $100 because they couldn’t, leave the $3 tip, and go on my way.Next week I go back and am offered a beer as I wait. I decline politely and am seated for my haircut. As I sit there I notice that the barbers are drinking more complimentary beers than what the customers consume. No problem right? I ask the barber if I could pay less because I don’t drink. I know that they have to pay for the beer to give to the customers so they charge more to factor that cost in. He said that they don’t because it is complimentary. He said they have always been complimentary even when the haircuts were $20 at one point. I’m sure at one point that was the case until they realized that a company does not stay in business giving stuff away and not factoring cost in some way. However I didn’t fuss, I payed the $25 plus the $3 tip and I head out.The next week I scheduled a appointment on a Sunday at 12pm noon. I arrived at 11:50 am and the shop was not open. I waited for the first barber to arrive which was my barber and that was at 12:35pm. The guy said he was late because he had to get the keys from the owner. Funny thing about that is 2 other barbers came in 10min later to cut each others hair. To be fair I was really happy with the haircut and pay $25 plus $3 tip and leave. The next week I was headed to Florida for Christmas. So I had already made my appointment with the same barber as the week before. It was supposed to be at 1pm however he ended up arriving at 2pm. My son got a haircut from him and I went with another barber. It was Christmas and it is customary for me to give all the people who provide a service to me $50 tip for Christmas. However this day I gave $25 each to the barbers that cut my son and my hair.Today is the last and final time i have given The Men’s Cave the opportunity to have my business. I called in to get a haircut. After being told yes and maybe I talked to one of the barbers who cut my hair before Christmas and got a $25 tip. He said he could get me but he was going home in a min and i would need to take care of him. I wouldn’t have minded doing if not told I would need to take care of him. Maybe if he let me know he could have went home earlier as he is cutting my hair but he decided to stay for me. Hell yeah I’ll give you a bigger tip. So I decided not to get a haircut with this barber and decided never to go here again. Four times is more than enough chances to give a business in my opinion. In the end it is my opinion and my experience.Over priced for me by $5 with no more to offer than every other barberCharged for product I don’t consume and the barbers do (complimentary beer)Multiple times where barber was late by over 30minBarber asking for more money for a service done within operating hoursDo not accept credit cards or debit which is on the web site

I been to this place a good number of times and its kind of give and take. They do give great haircuts, regardless of who you get. The downside is they are super bad at keeping appointments. Pretty much every person Ive made an appointment with at some point ended up overbooking or was only halfway cutting someone elses hair when I walked in, which means I had to wait around 15 minutes or more and one time I was waiting for over an hour! Theyre actually polite when it comes to the cut but I think that disregard for peoples time is pretty bad, especially since they even made a new rule to charge customers if you happen to be late or miss an appointment. Ive also done walk-ins and thats mostly luck of the draw but honestly my longest waits have been when I made an appointment.

It took me a long time to find a barber I trusted with my hair and beard. Mike does a great job every single time, been going to him for over a year now. Highly recommended.

Today was my first time getting a haircut and shave, i can say i had a great experience.

Not sure where to start. Had a 2:30 appointment, the barber arrived at 2:50. I understand things happen, but thats why I made an appointment. While receiving my cut I noticed how easily distracted he was, and it seemed like my haircut didnt really matter to him. He kept mentioning how he was behind but dont take it out on my head. Ive gotten better haircuts from barber students. When he handed me the mirror I noticed that my edge up was cut way too high. Highly disappointed, I honestly wanted to give this barbershop a try due to the high ratings. Im not one to leave bad reviews but seriously Go to another barbershop.

Waste of time. I scheduled a walk-in appointment for 4:30 today. Showed up on time, had to wait an hour to be seen. When I scheduled my appointment over the phone, I was very specific with what I wanted and they said ok. When I sat in the chair, they told me that I couldnt do it. All I got was a sorry. The cuts are over-priced for the quality that they produce anyway. An edge up is $20. Lol. Wont be back.

My 13 yr old has had many cuts in our area at many shops, he has never been satisfied, pleased, or impressed and I really wanted him to get a professional cut since hadnt been in a very long time because of BAD experiences I typed in best barber and my zipcode. The first review said if you aint getting you cut here, your wrong? I was intrigued. I read on and it was lengthy, but what really caught my attention was that he said every time he left he felt fresh and clean and new, also that 2 of his co-workers asked where hed went and 2 days after telling them they were both sporting cuts from The Mens Cave.I did find a bad review that a man went and was there at 9am, and at 9:18 left, and he stated they were unprofessional. I went on a Sunday before Presidents Day and they were closed. I went on Presidents Day and they were closed, so I called because I was determined to see if this place was what it was said to be.We had an appointment for 6pm that next day, my son was nervous and I shot a video for before and pics while there. We waited about 35 minutes, but they had a flat screen and the atmosphere was great, so they offered me a shot and we watched two different barbers give 2 really good cuts.After his cut I asked him to get his brows trimmed and to my surprise he agreed. Then when the final result was complete, he not only agreed to take the after shots, but posted them! My son NEVER posts pics, he doesnt like taking them, and when we left we were both SO impressed, but what impressed me the most was I could tell my son felt great with his new image and when I asked him how he felt he said Mom, I feel AWESOME. WOW!!!!!!Bottom line is, we were there almost 2 hours, and it was a few dollars more than usual, but I was so pleased I gave him more than twice the fee, tipped the bar, and left a $10 payment with an appointment to take my husband to get the works!!! It would have been unbelievable for anyone to tell me that I could spend even $100 and my son come out as happy and transformed as he did, if I thought that were possible Id have searched sooner! But it didnt cost that much, even though afterward I say it was worth more than that to see my child with a new sense of esteem and pride for the image and as long as Miguel is cutting hair, that is where we will do business!!!Great cut!!! Never on schedule here. My first time I had to wait an hour after my set appointment to get my haircut. And this last time I set an appointment for 1pm. Arrived 15 minutes early and was told Francisco would be right saying he just went to the store. Waited an hour and he never showed. Called his phone to get an explanation and he never picked up. Never returning.
