There are many valid reasons why Mr. James has 5 stars. He is very professional, punctual, and conversational. The shop was easy to find and his room is very neat and accommodating (TV, radio, sufficient space, etc.). Mr. James himself knows how to listen to his customer to figure out what type of cut s/he wants and knows how to connect with the customer. I will gladly be back to get a cut from him.
