Jerrell Green and the Paul Bolden agency is AWESOME! I moved here about 2 years ago from Greece. I was shopping for a car and knew I needed auto insurance. My significant other referred me to the Paul Bolden agency. I reached out to him and they prepared a general quote. I finally found my car on Saturday. The dealership told me I needed insurance on the car before I could take it. I thought I would have to leave the car there until Monday. I took a chance and reached out to Mr. Bolden. While I was finalizing my car purchase I received a phone call from Jerrell Green. He prepared a quote with all the coverages I needed and wanted. He was able to take the payment immediately and I had coverage the same day. He emailed the insurance ID card to the sales representative and stayed on the phone with me until I confirmed it was received. The sales representative provided me a copy and kept a copy for their records. I couldnt believe how quickly he took care of me and on his day off. He was so friendly and professional. Im forever grateful that my first experience at buying a car and getting insurance in the US was this amazing. Jerrell thank you for making a special moment for me so memorable. Lady gave me the run arounds on speaking to Paul Bolden whom claims we can reach and speak to for any problems that arise. I tried on four different occasions to reach the Agent. Til this day we have not heard back from him. I call the same number that is left In the responses with his signature.

Weve been with Allstate for a little over 2 years now. It dosent matter if you are in the local office or speaking with one of the agents from this office on the phone; every time you will get a professional and knowledgable agent. Whenever, I call and have to leave a message, my calls are returned within a reasonable amount of time. And most of all they are able to cover all of my insurance needs which include my home, care and life... I have recommended friends and family and I will be with this agency for life!!! I had a general insurance question that I needed help with this afternoon. Before calling, I tried about 4 others (Allstate agents) and no one answered. I called this place and immed spoke with Jacqueline Castle. Jacqueline not only helped answer my ins question, but she helped give me some useful info about another problem that was related to driving/insurance. She was friendly, helpful, and relatable...the kind of customer service and business ethic that seems harder to find these days. If and when I buy another policy, I would call and trust her. This is the kind of agent you want to do business with.

I called today to ask questions about my new policy to understand it. I spoke to Shantee . When I was on the phone awhile talking withShantee said just a second. She hand me over to Paul Bolden. He got on the phone and was very rude to me and said he had been over this new policy 100 times and that she can not answer any more questions for me. He had also called me last week and talk to me in a bad way also. I called another day and Brian answer the phone. I told him I want to talk to Paul Bolden. He said he was not available. He would leave a message for him. He did not returned my call. He had Shantee call me and she said that i can call her from now on. He was dodging me. I treated him with the most respect. I never talk to him a rude way. Thats no way you treat your customers at all.
