She has made every process/situation that may come forth a very easy and understandable experience. Is a great place to go on your free time, they are a lot of stores there and all then stores are not that expensive, there a family Dollar store,,I went there for the State farm insurance place, but they are not there they move to another location,

I love StateFarm but this branch is so frustrating!They literally NEVER answer the phone!!!!It rings forever without even the option to leave a voicemail- however, they will blow you up daily to update your email or odometer reading. But y’all not available when I need y’all?How does that work?Get it together! There’s some high school or college student y’all can pay to come answer phones for y’all. It’s not hard.

Insurance can be a complicated topic. This office is always willing to help. Maricruz is very knowledgeable and is always willing to take an extra mile to help you understand. She gives you her honest opinion and always has your best interest at hand. They are always very quick and responsive. We needed a copy of our insurance policy ASAP and Maricruz was able to email it to us within a mater of minutes. We have been insured with this office since 2008 and we have always been very satisfied.

I have never met a more passionate State Farm agent like Maricruz at the Luis Rivera State Farm location. After our meeting, I knew she was the right agent for the job. Daniela was really good at explaining my policy. I recommend this agency, great service and takes care of any issues right away. I have my autos and house.

If there is a rating of zero, then the Zero is what they are. This is a crooked Agency. I set up my nephew with this Agency for Car Insurance.It was horribly expensive. They increased the rate on him after one month ( he has spotless record) even though they told him he will get a rate reduction once he gets the TX drivers License..which got right away. He emailed and cancelled his policy and was paid up to the date of cancellation. They keep harrassing him with mail, email, and telephone as they dont want him to cancel even though they told he can cancel policy anytime.Stay away from this crooked Agency.We have reported this Agency to the BetterBusiness Bureau.
