I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with State Farm and their representative Clay Fitzhugh. My prior experiences with State Farm have not been great, to say the least, so I was not hopeful for the experience this time. This office has some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry. When I was switching auto insurance I always look for local agents and I was able to find this office. The lady that helped me was Jasmine Briano. She gave me a quote for my vehicles and took the time to go over each coverage. I have older vehicles and she asked which vehicles I drive the most to make sure I had the correct coverage. Her quote was a couple of dollars more than what I was previously paying, but I loved her attention to detail and she made me and my family feel safe. My review is only 4 stars, like I said the policy was more than what I was paying previously but worth it. It makes me feel like if we have an accident they will guide us in the write way when filing a claim or take of us when we have any concerns in regards to our policy.
