Very helpful, Polite and attentive giving me all the time in the world to answer and double answer to my questions about the quote I needed until she finally found and gave me the one I was looking for. If you are trying to get an auto insurance with Freeway at Beckley, you better aks them to let you talk to Lizette and she will give you the service and product you need.

Not trustworthy! April 8th Bought and canceled a policy within 24 hours and was promised in writing a refund of my $177 in 3 to 4 weeks. Still havent received refund and now theyre saying tough cookies. Thats what I get for being patient and waiting. I called my bank and disputed the charge. This company doesnt stand behind their word. I shouldnt have to fight for a refund that was owed and promised to me.

This is the absolute worst insurance company ever you cant even get through to make a payment, they never answer the phone Ive literally set out in the lobby called the number while they sit around and talk about their kids. Then you try to log on and make a payment that doesnt work then you try to call the customer service line takes them 15 minutes just to answer the phone in 5 minutes just to answer a question so the whole situation is screwed up
