I don’t normally review, but I noticed they have a lot of bad comments. So, I decided to share. Bought a house for my mom through them and had a great experience. Yes, they do try to bid you up towards the end, but there is a disclaimer that the company can put in bids also. Closing went well. I had friendly helpful people that returned my calls in a timely manner. I look at their site often hoping to find another great deal!

I LOVE THESE GUYS. No many listings but when they do have it. You better leave EVERYTHING and get to it.

Loved it! Easy to work with. Communication was slow, however, when buying a home it is expected to take time. Got my home did some remodeling, and is now worth 5x the value: if we were to sell! Definitely always checking back.

Scam scam scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I requested my account to be deleted and they refuse to delete it. Worst company ever.

Bid on a double wide mobile home for 68K. pics etc show mobile home and all details etc on private lot. in their 26 page contract they said there was a addenmden .for land only. I did not see any disclaimer on this on bid page. Title co found issues with double wide. Do not use this service they are slick.

They have a great platform for buying auction houses. There is chaotic inter-company communication. Many of the employees are allowed to be slow, inaccurate, and unfriendly - especially in the closing department - which can kill a deal.

Terrible customer service, and attitude. Very pushy when they need things but drag their feet when its time for them to get anything done. Would not recommend business with this company.

Worst online home auction experience ever. Seems as if they use the admin account to bid up properties way above their starting bid price. It may be due to sellers reserve, but it happens in the last few hours. The auctions are also ridiculously long on some properties, like 3 days and a few hours. Also, if someone bids higher in the last few minutes, they keep extending the time by 3 minutes. Was a waste of time and effort. Very disappointing after watching a property like a hawk for 3 days and seeing the bid price go up to well over twice the starting bid price in the last 2 hours.
