Good place to buy and sell cars but the truck drivers that are transporting the vehicles DO NOT know how to drive or follow the laws while driving

Worst employees here lazy and dont help

I wont go to any Manheim unless they have pullers available. Since covid-19, us transport drivers arent even an afterthought to them. I try not to go here at all. Security is just nasty.

Terrible to car haulers

It is ok but just ok. The people that work there are great, the place is just unorganized.

Not a fan of the new head of security. He takes things way to far and over steps boundaries. Customer service at the front desk and dealer services are very friendly and a bunch of great people.

They are spreading disinfectant into the cars while people are in them.

Have a lot of fun with the customers but people are right about head security he does over steps his bound alot he needs to be replaced because he treats the temps like dirt and the temps is what makes the seals happen. Take away the temps for 2 weeks. Than see what kind of seals they have.

Some of the staffwas helpful some was not. Very big facility with lots of people. The vehicle I picked up didnt have keys and was an inop. They took my gate pass and brought vehicle out with a tow truck. Customer wasnt happy about it not running and not having keys. Makes me look bad and all I did was agree to haul it. Doesnt help that the only person willing to help was the tow driver(Blake).

Manheim Dallas, needs to repaint and number the Parking Lot. Who wants to walk all day trying to find their RR or Corvette. The lot is numerically unorganized.
