I cannot recommend Yashua more highly. BOTH of my HVAC units died and Yashua came straight out, walked me through my options (which were less costly than other bids I received), and even answered questions for me afterwards despite the fact it was quite late. He then came out the next day for my install, staying till he could verify everything was working exactly how it was supposed to, and again walked me through my warranty and maintenance plan. I would recommend Appliance Air Care Experts to any one of my friends.

I definitely recommend this company. Bobby took excellent care of us. Before coming to our home, he helped me figure out the model number so that he could make sure he would have the parts necessary to make the repair. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a snap. He explained the charge and made sure I was ok with the price before starting the work. Ill ask for him again in the future if a different appliance needs service.

They did an awesome job diagnosing the issue with my dryer and getting it fixed quickly. Couldnt have taken more than 30 minutes. Will definitely come back if i need things fixed in the future.

I got someone out to my home the same day I called! My AC went out on the hottest day of the year and was very thankful for the quick response and visit.Yashua came late at night to make sure I didn’t have to wait another day, he was very professional, talked me through the next steps and gave me a quick estimate.Ismael came the following morning to install the AC which was quite laborious but he did it quickly and well. He stayed a bit longer to make sure it was running properly and cooling.Very thankful for the team!

Our AC stopped working during a string of 100 degree days. Inside the house was sitting near 90 degrees. In all, I interacted with Roger, Yashua and Mike. Our dishwasher was broken. The part that needed to be replaced was on major back order, so the repair was impossible. Bobby and I went through all the details virtually, saving us the cost of a service call. He was very professional and helpful even though they didn’t end up servicing our appliance.

Our air conditioner stopped working as soon as June began. It turns out our old AC unit was over ten years old and needed to be replaced. Yashua gave us the option to temporarily repair or replace our AC unit. He was informative and professional, so we never felt pressured to commit to anything during the initial assessment. We had a fantastic experience with Appliance & Air Care Experts! Our furnace quit just prior to a major winter storm so they were already very busy. The tech, Yashua, had a very long day with more appointments to keep after us. He was very professional and took the time to explain all of our options despite a very busy schedule. Once we made an informed decision about or system; Bill kept us informed of where we were on their priority list throughout the storm. He was able to adapt when even the manufacture was closed for the storm. Once he was able to acquire our new unit, the installation crew of Elias and Walter called to schedule, then showed exactly on time. They installed the entire system quickly, and made sure it worked properly and went over the new system with us. Theyre customer service was very impressive! They are very professional, care about what they do, and above all, care about the customer!

I bought a house when the temperatures were in the lower 70s. Once it got to the mid-80s to lower-90s, it was apparent the AC was not working well (house reached >85 degrees on a 90 degree day). Roger was able to get me all the relevant info and pricing as well as guide me through the process of choosing the right unit for my home, and Ismael and his partner did an amazing job of installing my HVAC units. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC repair or tune-up.

Their whole team took wonderful care of us. The technician (Yashua) found the issue with our furnace that two other companies had overlooked. He was thorough, detailed, knowledgeable, and understanding. We elected to replace the unit and the team that removed and replaced the furnace was efficient, cleanly, friendly, and detailed. Bobby is a great guy and was diligent to fix our fridge. He replaced a damaged fan in the fridge. Soon after replacing the fan, the fridge acted up again, so he came back out a second time to find a leak in the fridge. He was able to fix the leak, help break up the frozen ice that built up, and did all this quickly. The only concern I had was the bill.. $500 just to replace a fan? And this bill was before we knew there was a leak. I haven’t had to fix a fridge before, but that seemed a bit much. Maybe it’s normal though, you decide for yourself. That has nothing to do with Bobby, that’s more about the business that created that price. Bobby was great so if you get him, he’ll do his help to help you because he cares.

We called AACE because our ac went out in the middle of the night and our home warranty people couldn’t come out for a week. It was 89 degrees in our house and we couldn’t wait. They were responsive, came out within a couple hours of the call, and fixed the problem.

Our freezer fan went out on a Saturday evening and we immediately received a call back from scheduling to set up an appointment after leaving a voicemail. While we weren’t able to set up an appointment until Monday due to the LG parts store being closed, we were told steps we needed to take before our appointment and felt confident our issue would be resolved as soon as possible. Prior to our appointment, Bobby gave us a call to ask questions before coming out to save us time in case he needed to purchase a part. He was so nice, helpful and patient with us and we really appreciated him going the extra mile to save us time! We will 100% be using Appliance & Air for any future repairs!

The work was fine, but there were some things they could have caught earlier to save time and money, like how they charged me to repair a pipe into the furnace thats broken and unusable anyway. The real issue was their lack of either understanding or respect for social distancing. More than once the worker tried to pressure me into speaking with him face to face instead of over the phone as I had requested, even though there was absolutely nothing that couldnt be done just as simply over the phone. Even though I asked them to limit the time they spent in the house they still sat on my furniture filing out paperwork and sweating and breathing heavily for 15 minutes and when I told them they could leave they just stood inside the door continuing to talk to me like its a joke. My message for them is that its not about whats easiest or most habitual, its about making sure clients feel safe and comfortable and they could do a lot better with respect to that.

Richard was able to diagnose and talk me through how to fix our A/C issue over the phone. And they didnt charge us for the service. Best A/C service Ive ever had.

Chris was very personable and thorough in explaining my HVAC system maintenance. He not only serviced the system but made sure to walk me through the different parts so that I was able to learn as well.

Scheduled two different times for tech to come out and provide an estimate to repair a dishwasher. A trip charge of $69.95 was going to be charged so its not like they were doing it for free. Both days nobody showed or called. There are other appliance repair companies that are hungry and need the business. As for Air Conditioning...Mechanical Air Design is the absolute best and respond promptly and are very affordable. Looking back at other reviews, this has happened to others.

I called 2 days ago, they said they would send someone out today between 11 and 2. The person that was coming out contacted me saying that they might be later than that which was fine.Whats not fine is that its now 8pm and they havent arrived. Last I heard from them was at 3:30pm apologizing for it being a long call. I texted back asking for an ETA with no response. I asked again a couple hours later if they were going to be able to look at my dishwasher issue today with no response. So now Ive been ignored and I wasted a day waiting for this person to arrive and diagnose my dishwasher issue.I find it extremely rude to do this to potential customer and I will not be wasting my time with them in the future. Thanks for nothing.UPDATE: They called multiple times to attempt to correct this. I know they probably generally care about their customers and this was an unusual oversight. My review is strictly based on this one incident. For attempting to fix things Im changing it to 2 stars. I already had my dishwasher fixed by someone else so theres nothing else to be done here.

Excellent Service overall. The person I scheduled the service with was friendly, helpful, and fit me into the schedule immediately, when it was an emergency. Roger was the expert for my A/C issue. Before Roger even came out to my house to check to see if I indeed had an issue he asked me to check a few things on my own. His reasoning for that? Because he didn’t want to come out here and charge me just to end up telling me I needed a new air filter and to turn my system off for a few hours. The transparency was admirable and that’s the reason, when we do actually have an issue with our system, we WILL be calling Appliance and Air Care Experts and requesting Roger to work with us.

Appliance & Air Care Experts came highly recommended from my friend and real estate agent. My service tech, Roland, was timely, clean cut, and professional. He was able to fix my dryer immediately. That is, the needed parts were in his truck. That has not always been my experience with other companies. I would definitely use this company again.I want to add that today Bobby came out to work on my sub zero and viking hood. He did an excellent job! He was clean, neat, efficient, and very pleasant! I am very happy with the job he did on my sub zero and viking hood.

Wonderful service, was quick to fit me in. The repair man they sent, Bobby, was very personable and Jiffy my dog loved him. Was in and out very quickly. I will be calling them again for our next repair if needed.

Roger came to my house to check out my heating unit, which had been short cycling for a couple of weeks. He was very helpful and helped me understand the ins and outs of why this might be happening, along with a couple of possible solutions. He even helped me fix my kitchen sink disposal while he was here, just because. Highly recommend.

We had communication problems in the beginning, however, everything was remedied. I was given a time frame for Bobby to work on my refrigerator. He came prepared with parts that we ended up not needing due to a larger issue. We appreciate Bobbys transparency in letting us know that it would be best to purchase a new refrigerator instead of paying 3x the cost of the fridge to fix a faulty coil.
